Pendragon Academy is a new school in Long Beach, California notable for its allowance of the supernatural. Here, ordinary humans mingle with witches, zombies, and all sorts of other species every day. This means that the supernaturals do NOT have to hide who and what they are.

Teachers have the same CS, except they must be over 21 and mention what class they teach.
Powers: Karlos carries a very ornate rapier wherever he goes. He can, at will, turn this rapier into a whip made of thin, slicing water. Everything this whip cuts, makes it longer, so instead of losing power as a fight goes on, it just keeps getting stronger. Karlos can revert it back to rapier form at will, and is an incredible swordsman anyway.
Karlos also has a 'distress nuke' power. When in times of deep peril or stress, he can wrap his whip around himself, and it will transform into a cloak. When wearing this cloak, he has complete control over the very moisture in the air around him, allowing him to technically create tidal waves out of thin air. Obviously this power will knock him out cold for a good hour or so after use, because of just how much energy it requires. He can only find that energy to originally activate this power from deep peril or distress, so it's rare for him to be able to use it in most cases anyway.
description: dressed in a blue, pinstripe suit, with sunglasses and a straw hat, Karlos is an oddball to say the least. He has a green sheath for his rapier, and a holster for a energy pistol (fires off balls of concentrated energy)
Personality: Karlos is the sort of person who really doesn't care, until someone starts the fight. He will often swiftly end said fight by blocking both attacks in a fluid movement. He doesn't believe in violence, but neither does he ignore its inevitability. He is very laid back.
a sea dragon is never far away from him, either as a friend, ride, or fighting partner if needs be. Breathes out scolding water instead of fire
Bio: not much is known, but Karlos is said to come from a water community of elves, where everyone does things very naturally. No one killed, everyone was a vegetarian, not many fights broke out, and Karlos thought he would try to pass this philosophy to those who didn't grow up in that sort of environment.
Class: self defense. Not a class on how to fight, but a class on how to prevent yourself from being injured. Different blocks, different parries, different methods to 'win with your words, not with your fists.'
