Was about to post, but I realize, I don't know what kind of ship we're in. I can take some guests, but I don't want to make an assumption and be wrong. Perhaps I have read the situation wrong but it seems we are in a ship that can land or at least go into low orbit, has room for everyone to be in one space and even then room for people to spar. Could somebody confirm what kind of ship we're in exactly so that I can make an informed post.

@neogreggoryThink it said in the initial post that they were Acclamator-class ships and I think those are fairly large, could be wrong, but I think they're adequately sized for whatever you may need.

Upon second glace, it does state that the party is landing in Acclaimer class vessels, I am sorry for my error in not realizing. I hope that I'm not being a pain but I must sleep, it is 10:00 p.m. where I am and my post I make now would be a tired one. I'll wake up most likely in eiht to nine hours and make a post then when my mind is fresh. Thank you for understanding, assuming you understand. Otherwise... I don't bloody know I'm tired I can't make witty remarks right now.

Who's idea was it for people to start sparring with laser swords that can cut through nearly anything with utmost ease while on a ship rocking from the turbulence of entering orbit?

It's dangerous. Granted, so is being field commanders on a battlefield and visiting a planet where Grievous is but still.

But yes, plasma blade. Even at a low setting lightsabers can be dangerous however, and while jedi can without much effort control their blades even in such environments it would still be with risks, risks that are removed on more solid ground. Anyways, I don't want to explain myself in both the IC and OOC, nor try to justify actions and reasons I have made. So instead...

I'll wait for a little bit and then post.

It is perhaps a lack of judgment by a KNIGHT and a PADAWAN. Neither are actual Masters, I should also point out that they haven't hit anything yet...and that they aren't close to someone when they are doing their moves. They are also both physically blind....

Within reason

EX: 1 was watching the left flank, 2 was covering on right. 1 asked "Think we will find some clankers out here?" 1 asked aloud to no one in particular. (This is without names and basic)

You can have conversation and issue orders, some advanced things may need to be run by me first, IE, killing one in a way, disobeying another Jedi, etc.
