Hmm. I've been thinking about what other portfolios to inherit. I was thinking sculpture, because flavour, but I've not got too much more inspiration. Is it going to be worth it?


Hmm. I guess Sculpture works under Creation, but I still feel like that falls more under Teknall's Crafting.

Perhaps Toun expands into Machinery or something of the like and makes obnoxious Dwemer that build stupidly complex cave-cities filled with traps and robots, and then inexplicably vanish?

Yeah, overlapping with Teknall has been shooting down most of my ideas thus far. Although, I suppose overlap isn't too bad, given the different domains. I mean, Teknall and Toun both have their own distinct styles and motivations.

I'd say it's much the same with Vakarlon and Daegon but Daegon hasn't done anything to hint at motives.

I did further simulations. This time my simulated god will save up Might for a specified number of turns and spend it all on a Holy Site when the cooldown expires.
By just spending the one turn of Might on Holy Sites, I cut down the time to level 100 to 34 Turns. By Turn 9 our god had reached Level 11 and had 2 Holy Sites. This is only one level ahead at this point, but from turn 8 onwards it went up two levels per turn. The fourth Holy Site, built Turn 18 Level 28, boosted the rate from 2-3 levels per turn to a fairly consistent 4 levels per turn. Holy Site number 5 (Turn 30, Level 73) got us to 7 levels per turn.


The best time I can get is 25 Turns, at 4 or 5 turns of savings per Holy Site. At 4 turns of savings per Holy Site, that the first 3 Holy Sites, taking until Turn 10 to build, occupy its entire spending. But with that Might Production it can then leap the levels until it reaches 100.

That is when I came with the idea of the domain "Extraordinary", the word is defined as "Strange and Wonderful" and "Out of the routine". It is the fantastic of "The mysterious invisible man!" instead of the fantastic of "Holy shit a dragon oh fuck". Not "Magic Swords" but "This CRAZY rings changes color according to your mood!"

Bizarre: Oddity. Dogs meowing, Apple trees growing lemons and the Bearded woman.

@Dawnscroll Logos should totally just level and build Holy Sites until Turn 25, then flex his Level 100 god-muscles and recreate the Universe into his perfect Order.

Lol, I did a similar simulation, though it's a little easier when you're manually able to produce Might.

In the same breath... why would you solely want to save. Sure, in twenty something turns you'll be GOD ... but where's the fun? Story over stats! Use and abuse thay divine power!

I agree. This would be the most boring way to play (unless you could manage to get by using only Free Points, but again, boring). Might is to be used.

Yeye, as Kho said, we should play this as less of a game, and more of an RP - we should write awesome stories, not play Pathfinder with gods. I've already got enough of that in my other RP.

I never seriously suggested playing this as a numbers game. I simply did it as mental exercise, and to see what the limits of the system were (namely, to see how far away level 100 was).

I never accused you of such - I actually kind of liked the number crunching exercise, it's really nice to see a group of RPers so invested in an RP!
