Okay, so this was a thing that my friend @Dracogenius (previously Touhoure) and I did a couple of years ago. We're looking to revamp and recreate the roleplay, so here we are! Though the plot may be rewritten before the roleplay itself is posted (there's always a chance), here's the plot from the previous incarnation(s) of War of the Angelic Trio:
Species-wise, there's angels, demons, and humans. Humans can also be either blessed or cursed (though this is not a requirement), resulting in an ability related to the angel or demon that gifted them. Regardless of whether you're blessed or cursed, it's generally seen as a great honour, and should be treated as such. It's not a very common occurrence, after all.
What we're looking for is either a small or a large group of people to join us - there will be both royal and military roles in the roleplay, and each one is important. It's a lot like a chess game, but with four players instead of two. There won't be any war right away, though, and it will be worked up towards. (But we're definitely counting on war here.) Also, let it be known that we're not just counting on war - we're counting on character death here. Everyone is fair game, but it will be agreed upon beforehand. (No free-for-all unless the player says so.)
As an example of the roles, I'm playing the princess of Raphael, the king of Michael, an advisor of Raphael, and a bishop of Lucifer. (Lucifer being the fourth player that's supposed to be a bedtime story to give children nightmares.) Draco's characters are the king of Raphael, the queen of Michael, a warrior of Gabriel, and the head bishop of Lucifer. There are a lot of roles than can be filled, and you're more than welcome to take several characters, as Draco and I have done.
Our expectations are pretty simple - commitment (since every role plays an important part) being the biggest one. The other would simply be that you're able to post at least 2-3 good paragraphs, so that people have something to respond to. This isn't going to be a fast roleplay, so don't expect posts every few minutes or hours, and don't take up the whole roleplay with a two-player interaction. This will be covered in the rules, yeah, but consider this your heads-up.
