Light-Speed? No. Lolz. Currently it's only in D-Rank form. Speed-Wise? Bah as fast as the giant fireball jutsu. That's a moderately average speed.

What a KG that is only used through what Jutsu I have.

Its a C rank tech from a genin that's been studying on those select abilities for years. I can knock it down a bit but that's his "thing". He's a sensor. Mostly support for whatever team he is in. Not to mention it has a very short range, and it drains him chakra and stamina-wise to even extend it half if he was to go up to just 2.5 meters and he has to stay absolutely still.

His techniques seem as reasonable as a Genin than can layer Genjutsu.

@Kal-El He can obtain the field when he's a Chuunin, as I see it now he is strong enough for a Genin with his magnetic techs. I am okay with the rest of the character.
