I'm still pretty new here and to group games, so please forgive me if this is a silly question.

Is there a limit on how fast we can post? I mean, does a person need to wait for a certain number of people to post before they post again?

Definitely not a hard and fast rule, but I tend to go by feel. If it seems like the story should wait on someone to have a chance to post before the scene continues, I give them a day before fudging it. But if I'm not waiting on anything in particular, then don't mind posting sooner.

Sure! If you want to fill in any details from the last few days on board the Elfleda, that's fine. But it's so early in the RP, it's really up to you. :)

I guess I will introduce myself. I'm enjoying the fact that the rp is moving and is not one that stagnates for days on end. To let you all know I am online nearly all the time unless spending time with my husband in the evenings after dinner. Yes I am a grown adult. Wick is short for Wicked. Wicked is a name I had in an rp for three or four years and I loved it so much that I had it tattooed on my left arm.

Might as well introduce myself as well. Makes things less awkward.
I'm Fubsy. Yes, it's an actual word and no, it's not ironically used. I'm truly a very small girl.
Anyways, my posts can range from a tiny paragraph to a three full paragraphs, if inspiration and time allows it. I'm in school during the mornings, so expect me to check in from time to time but not actually respond until later at night. I love writing, I love making new friends, and I love cracking groan-worthy puns.

As we get into the adventure, please feel free to either stick with the group or break off into smaller parties to chase down a particular lead or just explore in a different direction. I'll do my best to keep up, but if you feel any particular description needs a little more detail, please ask!

(Of course, deciding to let Avery's Isle sort out their own problems is an option too. After all, you didn't sign up for this monster-hunting crap! )

@Wick Not trying to stifle the creativity, but please let me have control of the constable's actions. I'm working on a 'set-the-mood' post. If you could edit out that last paragraph, I would greatly appreciate it. (Though I don't mind if she sets the protection spell shortly, you're just getting ahead of me a bit)
