If there was I would imagine it would be a 7th level spell that could be instantly cast using a material from another plane. You would open a rip in reality and travel to the origin of that material.


T_T aww. Damn i was really looking froward to it.. maybe next time... (I wish we could create homebrew spells as magic really is limited in DnD) does anyone read or watch naruto?

Yes I did roll for a wisdom save and I wanted to end the combat early.

Basically what Jakar did was threatening the Bandits, and for that to work you normally would roll intimidation but I could just do a Will Save with a standard 11 DC.

Disadvantage in rolls (thanks to Galawayn's blind) means you roll 2 d20s and you take the lower score.

If they fail, they are inflicted with a certain course of action.

I am addressing all members of this role play for their approval. I've a friend that would like to join our party and the Gm ask that i get your consent to see whether we choose to recruit her. She would make us a party of seven however she may bring something new to our party... what do you guys say?

I believe she intends to play something like a mage or bard or monk.. i don't know.. she does intend to be unique and bring something new.. and that is something we could use. I know she said something about druid..

Listing four different classes and insisting on bringing something new doesn't make me want to say yes.

Not to say I'm against new ideas in general of course, the flow of information is important, and new minds thinking in different ways is powerful. But the risks of bringing in a new perspective can be just as bad as it is good, and without solid reasons and solid thoughts I can't reasonably say yes.

I will remain neutral on the matter until additional information is had.
