It was the depths of summer, breakfast was several hours past, and a lonely breeze did little to cool the mansion down. It was also late enough that the maids, even new as they were, would have realised that their mistress should have been up and about by now... which meant her vampiric instincts had probably taken over and they'd have to go wake her up.

The room was vast, though it didn't make much of a difference to her. No, Ai was used to just about any surroundings, really. She had many different experiences in many different locations over the course of her pre-maid career, really. There was something... wonderful, however, about being a maid. Not that it showed on her rather stoic face. But... well, she even loved the feel of a maid outfit on her skin. And her 'skin'. There was a faint seam between her body and her arms and legs... that was where her original flesh stopped and her mechanical limbs began. However, she could feel with it. The systems were highly advanced within. Ai walked over to the bed, realizing that since she became a maid, she had ceased to use a variety of incredibly dangerous objects on the person in bed. Not that she wasn't prepared to do so if she was requested to.

But she would only do so if her Mistress required it.

She came to a stop beside the bed, noticing the hair protruding from beneath the blankets. Ai looked to the windows, then to the bed, then back to the bed again. Her expression, still quite stoic, did not shift once as she began to speak.

She should keep it concise, right?

"Mistress," she began, her soft voice a monotone for the moment, before thrusting her arms rapidly into the air, taking the blanket with them, "Awaaaaaaaake."

The result was lightning-fast: Natsumi's arms lashed out, trying to ensnare blankets and maid, and then drag them back down into a warm hug. Ai would probably be somewhat... confused by the sudden reaction, along with why she was feeling so breezy. Of course, it would be child's play to ascertain why this was the case: her clothing was scattered around the bed, with the maid herself caught in a soft embrace. It seemed her attempt hadn't been overly successful at waking the mistress up...

Well, unless she could AVOID it all.

Of all the things that could happen, this was not at all what Ai had been expecting. She stayed there in stunned silence for a few moments, eyes wide. While her expression barely changed, her cheeks did flush as she simply stared directly upwards, with no clue what she should do. Her Mistress was so fast that... that... had this been a true combat scenario, things would have been different, but she was hardly prepared for something like this when she was just going to wake her Mistress up... her wonderful maid outfit was removed, and that wasn't even the worst part of all this. Her limbs, too, had been... somehow taken off(How did that even happen?). Thankfully they were nearby and all she had to do was be close to them for them to start reattaching.

This had to be rectified.

Quietly, Ai began to headbutt her Mistress, trying to disentangle herself from the vampire and wake her up at the same time. Not too hard, but hopefully enough to awaken her.

"... Mistress... you are supposed to wake up," Ai began, her monotone wavering slightly, "This is almost exactly the opposite of what you were supposed to do."
