Hmm... I'll accept the use of it, but only on two conditions.

1: he has to start off at a somewhat bad start, not really having any use or complete control over it.

2: if there is any chance at all to use the devil fruit in a comical or humorous way, then you will take those shots. I want this roleplay to have some light elements and keep it from being so serious and gritty.

Oh right, suppose I should mention what I had in mind for my Devil Fruit to see if it's okay. ^^;

Basically... It is the Fruit-Fruit Fruit. What it does is it allows the user to create masses of any fruit or fruit-like vegetable (aside from other Devil Fruits for blindingly obvious reasons) and alter their properties such as size, firmness, etc. It was just a silly idea I had a while back that I've always wanted to actually try, so I hope the idea is okay.

Still really don't like the sound of it, honestly, but I guess it's not my call.

Dude...I swear you just read my mind. It was always my intention for him to be inexperienced with it, that's the entire point. I want to explore what the road from "WHY IS MY ARM GIANT AND GOLD!?" to Sengoku level is. Hell, the idea was for him to have gotten it less then a month ago

Huzzah! I know it's kind of silly, but I went through several Devil Fruit ideas a while ago and it was the best one I could come up with that wasn't obviously overpowered or just plain dull. ^^;

Nah, it's not Devil Fruits that do that.

Wait! I got a different idea for a devil fruit; a trading card themed one. similar to the the Pasa Pasa no Mi, The Card Card Fruit would allow the user to turn their body into cards. They could also create cards of varying sizes that would be able to store various things from. Once somethings been stored, it can be released at any time in a different manor depending on what was stored. At first it would only be objects, but then he would learn to store more abstract things like abilities, techniques, and even knowledge.

If Kuma could 'push' someone pain out of their body, then I'm pretty sure that I would be able to get away with storing more abstract things

Actually like the sound of that one, honestly... I mean as long as it has the obvious "can't store other people's Devil Fruit powers" limitation, that would be really neat to see.

That devil fruit idea sounds amazing! How about calling it the seal-seal fruit? I do t have a translator since I'm on my phone, but I'll figure it out later!

If you want, I'm not too concerned about the name. I think Seal Seal Fruit would translate to Fuin Fuin no Mi

Fun fact; this fruit idea was inspired by Phantom from Maplestory

so...my character idea was basically this which I had drawn up by an amazing and awesome friend of mine. He's a young ninja from an ancient and respectable clan who's run away from home to pursue dreams of becoming a great pirate. Although I'm not actually sure what the specifics of his dreams and goals are yet so if he's acceptable then suggestions are appreciated. Also, due to some odd things I found out about pandas, if he eats meat he gains a huge boost to his physical abillities but then becomes exhausted and lethargic after it wears off.

If it helps, so far we have captain, ninja scout, swordsman, navigator, marksman and cook. Not sure if all the slots for Devil Fruit users are taken or not, but we have at least two of them at the moment.
