KBots! Come And Get Them!: The GFS Peacekeeper Forces are slowly being overrun from the KBot advance through the Free Interest Section. The Brass have ordered a Defensive Checkpoint to be setup before the Guild Future Society HQ to stop the Bots from advancing any further. Fortunately, the streets grow narrow as they stretch toward the HQ Building, allowing for Peacekeeper Forces to mount a defensive stand at a crucial choke-point. It is your job to assist the Peacekeepers in holding the line until the Checkpoint can be set up. Once the signal has been given, you are to then fall back to the Checkpoint in order to make our last stand. Stand firm, hold your head high and remember, no heroics! (Min. 5 people required. NPCs allowed)

Our Checkpoint Will Blot Out The Sun: The order has been given from the higher ups to construct a Defensive Checkpoint in front of the Guild Future Society HQ. Whilst we already have engineers working on it, there a few sneaky KBots who have made it past our defensive lines. Your job is to protect our engineers at all costs whilst they complete works to the Checkpoint. Once the building work has been completed, you must give the signal for our soldiers to fall back, making sure their path is clear. From there we will show those Bots what it really means to fight in the shade! (Min. 3 people required. NPCs not allowed)

Alright, talked it over with @Cynder and the basic idea is viable. Posting my profile here for approval.

The idea is for a 'mission control' type character who can assign missions and objectives to others, as well as dispense awards and the like for doing a good job. We will not be seeing them in person often - they are intended to be a supporting character. Lots of conversing, little action.

As far as Guild City personalities go, Terminal is one of the more enigmatic. A regular member of the Advanced and NRP sectors as well as the Guild City Inter-Relay Chat, Terminal appears in the form of a clay-like golem that is generously described as being humanoid in shape; they possess no facial features, orifices, hair, nails, or sexual characteristics. They never use gender pronouns to refer to either themselves or others and has never revealed their age - or any other personal details. Rarely seen in public, they do most of their business via streaming, and accusing them of being a chat bot is a common joke amongst those who know Terminal, now somewhat less amusing given the swelling invasion forces.

Terminal is also known to be as old as Guild City itself, or perhaps even older. A survivor of the First Guildfall, evidence exists which suggests Terminal was active in the Old Guild City as far back as 2007. They have a permanent listed address referred to as 'The Iris,' but to this date its actual location in Guild City remains a mystery.

Terminal is notably opinionated in regards to the Guild City Sectors. They disdain the Casual Sectors and their inhabitants, and likes to pretend that the Free Sectors are a tasteless urban legend. Pretentious and condescending, Terminal takes little seriously and is notoriously difficult to impress - and they also care little for the feelings of others, sometimes coming across as brusque and abrasive.
Terminal is noteworthy for their operation of a Guild City Contest called The Twelve Labours, operated from the Writing Contest Sector. From what you hear it is mostly torture porn, with Guild City inhabitants constantly throwing themselves through proverbial meat grinders just to inevitably be chewed out in scathing reviews. 

Terminal is credited with the erection of the Guild City Inter-Relay-Chat Facade, the digital MMORPG universe setting within which the chat program is set.

Finally and perhaps most relevant to the bot invasion, Terminal is technically a forum Moderator - and possesses access to the fabled Modkit. While distasteful, dealing with them is the best bet for holding back the bots while the rest of the Guild Staff finishes working on the Guild HKA anti-bot weapon.
Although they are listed as a Guild City Moderator, Terminal is technically not a true Moderator in the sense that household names like Hank and Kangaroo are, possessing only a fraction of the awesome powers generally ascribed to Moderators. However, Terminal does still possess a fabled Modkit, and also possess access to the Taskmaster Panel, specifically designed for use by them and the other Contest Moderator mdk. Any other abilities that Terminal may possess, natural or otherwise, remain a relative mystery.

The Modkit is a legendary, fabled weapon possessed by Guild City Staff Members. It has the power to target any specific entity, region, or subforum in all of Guild City - and completely neutralize that target, erasing all materials, equipment, powers, effects, influence, and information. In practical terms, targeted areas have all modifications and additions by Guild City Citizens removed, and the surroundings reset to their default blank slate. Any individuals or entities caught within the targeted area are shunted through white-space and returned to the local sector hub. In the context of the invading swarms of bots, being targeted by the Modkit removes the bot from the target area, undoing all of its hacking and corruption in the surroundings while reinitializing all security features.

The primary drawback of the Modkit weapon is its focused nature. In its default configuration it can only target a single entity at a time, and lacks rapid-fire capacity. Secondly, the Modkit cannot be used to expel entities from Guild City proper by itself, and so is ill-suited to handling the bot invasion. Finally, Terminal needs to be aware both of the target coordinate location, as well as the registry information of the target entity, in order to use the Modkit. For this reason, they are relying on others to remotely provide telemetry data so that the bot invasion might be held at bay long enough for the rest of the Moderators to finish development of the HKA anti-bot weapon.

Of some concern is the possibility that Terminal might opt to use an alternate configuration for the Modkit that can force a Sector Reset, completely wiping away all traces of matter within. While this would destroy all traces of previous bot activity, it would not prevent the same bots from returning to cause more trouble...and would also erase the entirety of that Sector's community and culture.
The Taskmaster Panel, in conjunction with the functions of the Modkit, enables Terminal almost unlimited universal access to all forms of communications and information transmission in Guild City. This can be used to take control of all broadcasts for the purposes of disseminating a particular message or announcement. 

Additionally, Terminal is able to assign boons and accolades or else brand individuals. Boons are honorary titles, generally distributed for great feats and accomplishments and thus commanding a measure of respect and fame from the general populace of Guild City. They are predominantly awarded through participation in contests within the Writing Contests City Sector, but may be awarded for other reasons as well. Accolades are uniquely rare bestowals that grant the owner unique abilities, but the number of them that have been awarded can be counted on one hand. Brands are marks of condemnation, specifically assigned for the crime of theft.
Having to deal with aspects of Guild City that others do not, Terminal has enhanced perception of various utilities and functions within the Sectors. Practically, this means that Terminal may see through illusions and invisibility, and has access to complete surveillance records of every Sector and Sub-Sector in addition to a being able to perceive where certain Citizens have been and when, allowing for effortless tracking if necessary.

May target individual entities.
May target entire sub-sectors.
Cannot request multiple consecutive uses.

Well, try not to be "bitchy" then. I don't want anything to set off as a result of it and the first rule of the Roleplay is to not start anything in the OOC. That being said, since Nation is supposed to be our military-based area, then that makes perfect sense and I'm fine with it.
