Current nation concept is a fascist state with a monarchy/president in exile. If anyone wants to collaborate and harbor the presidential/royal family/cabinet let me know. Nation will have decent resources but most importantly control over a canal connecting that inner and outer sea. I'll go ahead and name some of the bodies of water around my nation if anyone doesn't mind? I was also thinking we could just 'grey area' any claims that aren't made and consider them NPC nations.

The Black is the life without light, the Yellow; the gift of light and the White is the preservation of that gift
Location: On the main planet where the dry western deserts meet the jungle. They prefer to live in treehouses nearest the top of large trees, those who live in the desert build sandstone structures or burrow underground.
National History: The Zweirenn are a race of ALL FEMALE, "half devil" humanoids and are called so due to their horns, eyes, and seductive figure. They come in a variety of colors but most are born dark green, black, light to dark blue, and in some cases, human white. Some nations have sought to destroy the race as they fear they are dangerous, again many opinions rest on their appearance alone. They try to stay passive as a nation so they are not seen as an enemy. They wish to bring peace to the world and share the sunlight. No one truly knows where they came from but as other history goes, they have been living within the planet for the past "teen" centuries, as they have been hunted. Many know they worship the sun, and think it odd they would resort to living underground as a means of defending themselves; so therein lies the argument over WHERE exactly they came from. They claim they have always been here and perhaps humans evolved from them or vice versa somewhere early in history. However as they are drastically different from humans in every way except for their humanoid forms, it's likely they came first due to their horns.
Technology: The Zweirenn use tools closely related to Native American's. Bows, different arrowheads, spears, axes, etc. It's rumoured they may have special abilities, being able to heal others they touch and inspire a liking. It's just a rumour however as people who have been rescued by the Zweirenn experience have claimed to change their opinion about them.
Terrain in your Nation: They live in semi-isolated areas, from blankets of sand, to the canopy of the forests. Some Zweirenn still live underground as they believe at any moment an enemy could strike.
Culture(s): They hold a strong belief that the sun is the creator of life, (which isn't too far from the truth) They hold celebrations for the sun, mainly on days where it's most visible or going through phases due to the planet and moons. They don't necessarily believe in Marriage as they are all creatures related by the sun and the planet, they feel no need to tie themselves to one person for their remaining years, but those who have been brought into a different society don't find it hard to do so. Demographics: Zweirenn appear to be young women all their life, estimated around 26-30 for human years. It's uncertain how many of them exist, but their claims have been less than 3 million, which is almost less than 1% of everyone.
Other: They are all females, but can still reproduce with or without other male races / species. It's believed that they trick men into sleeping with them so they can produce a hybrid offspring, usually resulting in a white Zweirenn child, they do this through touch, as again it's rumoured they can passify and even sometimes control individuals they make physical contact with. They can live to be around 200 in human years, most only make it to 170 but retain their good health through and through. They live longer possibly because of their healing ability, also would explain their good health. They are not immune to ALL disease and medical issues, but it's rare that they actually get sick.

as with all nations, mine needs a leader and I am going to play in IC as a main character and still control the main populous, but I would also like to have an underwhelming character to make it a bit easier to tie in overlapping stories.
