The year is 1883, the notorious outlaw Jesse James was gunned down almost a year ago. Nearly a year before his death, Billy the Kid was killed. Despite the death of these two famous criminals the outlaw lifestyle is still idolized by many wanna be desperadoes. More and more people seem to be taking up their guns and embarking on a life of crime.
Ranchers herd their cattle to rivers to drink, bandits ransack trains, rob banks, topple carriages and steal horses, bounty hunters then track down these outlaws and bring them to justice. Any man can make a living here, only if of course they have the necessary skills to avoid being shot in the back and tossed in a shallow grave in the middle of nowhere.
The area near the border to Mexico will be the focus of this storyline. The quiet town of Soursprings, home to a few hundred simple-folk. Unbeknownst to its residents the town will clash with a band of renegade outlaws, their list of crimes almost as long as the list corpses they've created. A group of makeshift bounty hunters is organized to chase down the outlaws. Someone has to put a stop to them...

Rules:
- The usual: No godmodding, metagaming, auto-hitting, powergaming, Mary Sues/Gary Stus, etc.
- Original characters only.
- Don't use anime pictures for your character's image. I prefer high quality art.
- No fighting in the OOC. Any problems must be brought up to me where I will end them.
- Keep the romance PG-13. Fade to black or take to messages any explicit romantic scenes.
- This is a casual level roleplay. No one liners and try to have at least one solid paragraph per IC post. More is always great.
- Roleplay in third person.
- Don’t be afraid to do collabs with your fellow players, it’s always a great way to flesh out your characters, also helps keep the IC from getting clunked up with drawn out conversations.
- Please don’t just disappear without a word. If you're going to be away then please notify me. One week without a word from you and you're removed from the RP.
- Character death can occur.
- Don’t control named NPCs, I’ll handle that.
- My word is law.
- Have fun.
