I'd say casual, but it doesn't matter too much. In my experience casual basically means free

I'd say a minimum of 2 paragraphs per post is good enough.

I truly hope the IC will have the same frequency of posts as this thread.

I tend to lean towards casual in most things I do. So long as the same amount of effort is put into world-building either way, I wouldn't know the difference.

It has begun! Sorry about the lack of polish, like I said I did this in free moments at work. I'll probably make it fancier tonight, but for now feel free to start coming up with characters!
