Might be interested, just a few questions regarding techniques:

We start with "four points", how do these work? Is it four techniques only, can we spread them at will across techniques so we could have a lone 4 point one that's much stronger than a one-point one? Same on the whole Health-Skill-Focus thing. What do these do, what's the difference between skill and focus, what's the point of these?

It feels as though you're trying to have some sort of system to limit things and introduce progression without actually detailing it or making much of a system at all and that just kind of muddles things. Also, as a minor nitpick, what you classed as "stats" feels more like "skills and abilities" or somesuch.

EDIT: Also, where would we be starting at power-wise? Would haki be a thing? Are logias allowed? Legendary zoans? Canon fruits?

Eh, yeah I think I won't be taking part of this then. Not a big fan of going half cocked with a system the GM is basically trying to make up on the spot, and which is still extremely nebulous and mostly just GM fiat. Even in your own explanation trying to sell this you say that a twist of the arm "somehow pertains to skill". Doesn't really inspire confidence, sorry. You have fun though.

Ah gotcha! So I've got a few ideas for characters (either the one piece equivelent of Batman, or a user of the shi-shi fruit: a mystical type zohan which transforms the user into a grim reaper) but I'm still working on figuring out the system. lol this is all new to me t.t

This looks interesting and you seem like you have the spirit to carry through the ill-luck of all the OP rps I've seen so far. Probably aiming for a melee weapon character of some sort.

Eh. It's really been an idea I've wanted to try for awhile because the theme brings to mind a lot of possibilities, but its always seemed like something that would naturally start going OP, but with the system you have in mind it looked like it might have a shot. Though, if You feel it won't fit I'll give another fruit some thought, and I'll get back to you later either when I get off or when I have time to post at work lol
