Jesse Flies along the shore line past Fisherman's wharf and under the golden less than a foot off the wave tops at about 200 kph maintaining the flight vectors of 6 go pro cameras that are filming a video of her two following, three leading with a point that also catches the other five camera's stunts around the slender choreographer / cruise missile.

It was fantastic practice in close contact flight as Jesse called it but was toys in the attic crazy to her former trainers. It was actually a good demonstration of her skill in close support flight and all one needed do was replace the camera with weapons and her mad little dance with fate became a deadly dance and had any looked past her flight helmet visor they'd had seen a serene smile.

About five minutes into her flight and she found herself the focus helicopter news cameras from two of the fast choppers.

A quick comms call and Jesse allowed the two machines to film her as they flew in formation. She could hardly wait to see her camera footage when she finally hung up her air party.

Goddess she thought people confined to the ground or mechanical flight could never know what it means to slip free the cruel bonds of gravity and merge with the air.

Hunger finally drives her back to base and head in the icebox filling a military metal meal tray as two presently filled others wait patiently.

Third was filled with melties (candy an junk) for their sugar content and floated to an empty couch with it's siblings to be consumed by their cruel mistress.

She doesn't even touch her stainless ware as she begins multi-tasking controlling her touch pad with her fingers as she seems some happy Hindu like goddess with invisible extra arms.

She munches as she puts up all six camera views on screen and goes over her first test of her camera skills and any trouble the little cameras show tracking her. She frowns seeing that she lost some good chances allowing the cameras she's not focused on to wobble in flight.

Omega: A Witch, Some Aliens, and an Old Friend...

"I still can't believe this stupid shit is all about some arm bracelets that have Siri downloaded into them." Aaron complained as he leaned against a wall in the cell. "Thanks Mike. I lose my business and I'm basically a slave... in space of all places."

"Which means that even if we do get rid of our captors, chances of getting back are slim." Enchantress caveated. Omega just stared at Sol.

"Sol could get us back. She has a a thing for tech. Besides we have more than enough time before we're sold..." Omega's optimism kicked in which caused the other two to look his way with contempt.

Seven hours later...

Omega, Enchantress, and Aaron found themselves standing before two groups of what they could only call aliens. One species that they were familiar with and another that piqued their overall interests. The Etrisians spoke in their native language to these black robot looking beings. They had more in number, but the Etrisians seemed to have more body mass... at least with their combat suits on. The three misfits were bound by wrist and ankle cuff that they could not break.

"Sol." Omega whispered. "Tell me what they're saying."

"They are discussing a trade and a service. The trade is you for the Xyron's service of removing me from you."

"Well shit. Is there anyway I can get out of these?" Omega asked.

"No." The AI answered.

"Shut it Omega." Aaron butt in as he didn't want to look suspicious. Omega sacked his teeth before a yellow was heard from one of the Etrisians. He almost thought he was in trouble, before he watched a Xyron shoot through an Etrisian. "Damn!" Aaron exclaimed.

"Shit..." Enchantress said dreadfully.

"Fuck yeah! Fight!" Omega cheered as the two alien forces went at it.

Shiver had ported to Belle and asked her how to reach Kronus. Belle was skiddish about telling her how. She knew it would open a few things for Shiver that she was not sure she should know. It was kind of like a ritual if you didn't know how to do it already. Shiver had to concentrate on him. Belle handed her a picture of him so focus on and she focused and when nothing happened she got frustrated.

"Try again." This time Shiver had some anger behind her mental call for him. In her mind she could see his face and yelled 'DAD!'

Shiver sat down and rubbed her temples. Suddenly Kronus appeared next to her.
Shiver jumped.

"Dad?" Kronus looked at her and saw some resemblance. "Where is your mother? Where is Wicked Flame?" Shiver didn't know what to say.

Belle stepped forward. "Hello Kronus."

He turned and saw Belle and he smiled. "Bellisima, I'm glad to see you are well. How is Tommy and your little girl?"

She smiled, "They are well and thank you for asking. This is yours and Wicked's daughter, Shiver."He chuckled at her name and it irritated Shiver. "Why are you laughing at me?"

"Did your mother ever tell you why she picked that name?" Shiver shook her head. "I figured it was because my power was Ice."

"It was because she thought that the creator mismatched us. She thought that if she was all fiery that I should be icy to balance out the equation. She must have laughed when she birthed a child of ice. Where is she? I wish to see my wife."

Belle stepped forward, "Kronus, Wicked's glitch as you guys called it got worse and worse until she was not capable of emotion. She was killing people and she finally lost everything about her and there was nothing left but the angel of death. We had no choice but to put her down."

Kronus smiled, "That is okay she will again rise." Belle looked at the ground and shook her head. "No, we did a final molecular explosion of her to make sure she couldn't come back."

Kronus fell to his knees in agony. "Why would you do that?" He said through angry tears. "She was everything! She kept your world alive! The creator wanted to redo this planet and she wouldn't let him. You have doomed your world! and you have tortured me, for the rest of eternity I will spend alone."

Shiver looked at Belle completely shocked at the consequences of what they did. "What have we done?"

Omega: A Witch, Some Aliens, and an Old Friend...

"Wow, our knew captors cleaned up rather nicely." Aaron said as he looked upon the scattered remains of the Etrisians bodies. The Xyron all looked towards the three captives standing within the Etrisians ship.

"You... can you understand?" One of the Xyron asked as he approached. His jointed made mechanical clicking sound.

"Yeah, you gonna let us go?" Aaron figured he could ask a hopeful question since a deal wasn't made between the alien species. The speaking Xyron looked back at its team and nodded.

"Congratulations, you have been conscripted to fight in the War Pits. You will be representing.... The Xyron Collective. Clarifying questions?"

"Xyron Collective? You mean we're fighting for you? You all seem formidable enough to fight on your own." Enchantress was trying to find their underlying reason for doing this. The being tilted it's head to the left before answering.

"The Xyron Collective are a machine race designed by the Creator. We have conquered four star systems and have control over one black hole. Our success comes from our shared data. One's knowledge is all's knowledge. We want you to fight for our success within the War Pits due to your prowess in battle combined with your need to win." The machine answered without skipping a beat.

"Need to win?"

"Yes. Success is the only method of survival in the War Pits and possibly your only method to going back to where you came from. We can get you there thanks to X465 or as Omega calls her, Sol." The machine answered again. Omega furrowed his brows.

"You know Sol?"

"Yes, a creation of our species to learn more. We created conduits like X465 to gain and share knowledge to our race. Thanks to X465, we know much about your planet as well as the meta. You will bring success to the War Pits or you will die far from home."

"I don't like either of you two, but..." Omega was cut off.

"Same!"
"Same!"

Both Enchantress and Aaron said as the three were removed from their shackles.

"We're going to get this over with and go home. Then after settling back in, I'll destroy that HQ of yours." Enchantress said. Aaron smiled.

"Send me an invite, I'd definitely enjoy that shit." Aaron added.

"Go right ahead. You might be doing me a favor." Omega said seriously before all three smiled. "Just make sure you leave the gym intact." Omega chuckled.

"The War Pits will commence in four days. Your team training will commence on our ship." The Xyron stated.

"Wait what?!" Omega yelled as the other two looked at the machine in shock.

Kronus grabbed Shiver by the hand. "Come daughter, you shall speak to the creator and beg him to give your mother back to you. "

"I don't fly, how?." "You did not know how to call for me either but you did it. Think about flying about the freedom it gives you. Think about going to get your mother back. She was his favorite. So there is a chance."

Shiver concentrated on having wings and but nothing happened. He pulled her out of the earth's atmosphere and he let go. Shiver screamed and he told her in her head to see her wings and open them. She needed them now more than ever before and suddenly they were there. As she steadied herself and began to fly she stopped and looked at them. They were very similar to her fathers wings. When she got back to him she said, "How did you speak inside my head and can I do that? And how did you know that my wings would appear?"

He chuckled "Of course they would appear you are 100% angel there is no way that they wouldn't appear. Angels have telepathy with each other only. You would never have known that because you only knew your mom and I am guessing she didn't want you to know that for some reason." Shiver nodded with a stern look on her face.

"What does it mean to be an angel? Do I have another job?" She sounded so dejected at the thought that he laughed at her. "Let's see if we can get your mom back first. Come on."

Sigma

Sigma frowned at the doctor.

"Now that you mention it, this team does feel like it needs some kind of leadership and ethics course. You know, to get people right in the head and have them figure out what they need to do when they get promoted... Honestly, if it came down to it, I'd probably pick Miles over anyone. I don't know much about how, but he seems to have a cool head on his shoulders. No drama with him either."

Sigma got off of the gurney and shrugged as she pursed her lips.

"I guess we have to work with what we got. Educate them or something." Sigma went on as she walked away backwards. She then smiled. "And thanks again doc. I hope you and Glitch have a pleasant one.... you know what I mean." She said this looking Amelia up and down followed by a wink. Sigma teleported to the gym to break in her rejuvenated body. Please get back Omega... and you too, Enchantress... I need some fun in my life right about now.

Kronus took Shiver to the Creator and told her to stay just far enough back that she was keeping a respectable distance without looking fearful. Kronus appealed to his maker.

"Dear masterful and wise creator of all that is. I have dreadful news. I was on another planet when my mate, your beloved daughter Wicked Flame lost all of her ability to understand and display emotion and reasoning. She turned into a being with no forethought nor ability to make rational judgement. She became dangerous and those in her circle including our own child and her niece determined her to be more dangerous than should be allowed to survive. My creator I am so sorrowful to have heard this news that I beg you to give her back to me so I can repair her heart and mind."

Shiver followed her father's example and got down on bended knee. Shiver couldn't believe how intensely huge and grand the creator was. His mere presence made her tingle. The air seemed cleaner and more pure than ever before. Shiver thought he seemed so strong and forgiving and that he would be understanding. The creator turned to her and said.

"You there, young woman. I've not seen you before. Are you Wicked Flame's daughter?" Shiver nodded. "Yes sir I am." Shiver was so nervous she felt her stomach twisting. "Why did you kill your mother." Shiver looked as if he had struck her. "I'm sorry sir but there was none of my mother left. The only parts of the woman I had known had eroded over ten years. She became uncaring and cruel the last year or two. So much so that we were having to cover up murders that she had done. She was becoming radioactive and bordering on triggering a nuclear meltdown." "I would never kill my mother. There was simply none of her left in that body sir." Shiver was very matter of fact even though she had corrected the almighty creator herself.

Kronus didn't know how she should have responded to that question but he was proud of her even if it were to cost one or both of them their lives for her correction. The creator looked at Shiver and there was a bit of sparkle in his eyes. "So you believe you were just in your decision?"

Shiver replied honestly, "I did not know Kronus was my father and I didn't learn how to contact him until just today. It was not just one or two people making the decision. It was years in advance, My mother brought it up to her circle of friends. She knew what was starting to happen and it scared her. The decision to do this was made collectively by Wicked herself, Bellisima, Tommy Monahan, Bellare, Cambria and myself. We knew who had the best powers to fight her and that was Cambria and I would have to help her. The decision was left up to me as to when. It was presumed I would know best when there was nothing of my mother left in there. She was readying to blow up the western half of the country. We had no choice. I told them after watching and talking to her, after she slept with her own nephew. He didn't know she was his aunt. I told them it was time, my mother was gone. If there is a way you could return her to us in her right mind. I would be so grateful. I can't express how much I have missed her."

The creator looked thoughtful and he looked at Kronus and his daughter. He closed his eyes and Shiver thought he looked like he was deliberating. When he opened them again Shiver watched as her mother was fashioned out of pure white smoke. She had a new hair color, she was no longer a red head. She was a brunette and she looked just as her mother did in all the ways that counted. Shiver waited to see what she did. Wicked looked at Shiver then Kronus and finally at the creator. "Dear father why have you called on me?"

"My daughter I am to understand that on Earth you lost yourself to the dark angel in your final days. Is this true?"

Wicked nodded slowly as she remembered very little for a long time. "I seem unable to remember anything after I found out my nephew was lost. I remember killing the one responsible for his mistreatment. After that there are only a few moments here and there. It appears that I lost the battle to the dark angel."



"Go daughter of mine. Go back to the Earth you love so much and spend your efforts protecting it as you always did."
"Thank you so much father, we can not thank you enough." Kronus praised him as Shiver ran to her mother with tears running down her face.

Cal had the suit on and was running. He had snuck in and added a helmet with a visit that would cover half his face at the push of a button. He wouldn't be who he was if he didn't add his own touches. They were simple touches, but they were his.

He had no idea where shiver had gone, but figured she would call him through com link if she needed him. He had to admit, he was a bit worried. He shook his head and kept running until...it happened. He tripped and tumbled for a good long time until he collided with a rather large Boulder in the middle of a desert area in Texas. The hit knocked him out and to add insult to injury, his ankle was broken and he had not eaten in awhile. His body started to slow down, which for him was life threatening. At least the helmet made sure his skull didn't crack open.

Sigma

Sigma had been doing sit-ups when her comlink beeped. It was the duress signal. When the comlink notified that it was Cal, she frowned and set it down so it wasn't beeping in her ear. He can suffer for all I care. It really sucks to be in bed with the wrong people at a time like this...

Sigma went to continuing her sit-ups, but stopped after doing just two. She stared at her comlink with a different expression this time, one of worry for Cal who was just stuck out in the desert. You're lucky I can be sweet.

Sigma quickly placed her comlink on and teleported into the desert only to find what was left of a boulder and Cal's comlink. She grabbed his comlink and formed a tight force field around her body. The field gave her a blue glow so she was not only easy to find, but to keep the heat and sand off her as well. So he ran into the boulder and is probably far as fuck from here. I just hope he doesn't vanish into thin air like Omega did.

"Cal!" Sigma called out as she walked in the direction she believed he traveled.

Shiver brought her parents back to Conspiracy and gave them her mother's old room. Kronus was hovering over Wicked and Shiver remembered why she had gone looking for Kronus to begin with. "Dad?" Kronus looked at his daughter and smiled. "Yes daughter?" He said. "How do I find out if someone was taken from the planet? Coheed just up and disappeared and we can't find him or the Enchantress or his opponent Alpha. The entire scene of the disappearance is very strange."

Wicked's head whipped around when she said Coheed's name. "He is alive then?" "As far as we know he is, Enyo was checking to see about the dimensions from Mt. Olympus." She smiled thinking of Bellare and the good old days. "I feel as though I missed so much." Shiver put her arms around her mother. "Well you are here now and that is all that matters to me."

"Mom, Dad I want you to meet my boyfriend Cal." Shiver hit her comlink and announced "I'm back in the HQ. Cal? Can you come to the HQ?" They headed towards the kitchen and lounge. Shiver frowned "I'll meet you guys in there." Shiver turned towards the office and hurried inside scaring Liz and papers went flying along with a string of curses from her frustration. Shiver ported to the war room and looked at where Cal's comlink said he was. She saw that Sigma was there too. What is going on? She thought to herself. Shiver teleported there. She appeared right in front of Sigma.

Shiver was so concerned about Cal she didn't think about the change in her appearance and Sigma must have looked at her funny or something but Shiver didn't notice. "Shiver? Are you back already?" "Yes, but something has happened to Cal. Enyo Go look in the kitchen real quick." "Okay, what am I looking for. Don't worry you will see it." Enyo shrugged her shoulders and zipped around the corner and all she saw was two angels. She figured they were family of Shiver's and then the woman turned around and Enyo lit up like the sun. "Aunt Wick? Is that really you?" Wicked nodded, "Enyo!" They hugged and she said "Shiver went somewhere but was supposed to meet us here. Do you know where she is?" Enyo looked at her comlink info and said. "She is fine but she and Sigma are in the desert looking for Cal." Her mother looked a bit concerned that Shiver's boyfriend was missing.

Meanwhile, Shiver looked at the boulder and saw his comlink in Sigma's hand. Shiver calculated the math in her head and jogged further down about a quarter of a mile sigma followed and they spread out and kept searching. "CAL!" Shiver screamed as she found him. She checked his vitals and his body was slowing down drastically. "Let's go Sigma." Shiver teleported him straight into the kitchen at the HQ. The Air conditioning would help to get his body temperature to stabolize and Shiver grabbed a Gatorade and a couple of sandwiches then she forced some fluids into him and gave him a sandwich. She waited til he opened his eyes. He seemed a little out of it. She kept feeding him sandwiches and everything she could reach in the fridge. "Oh thank the creator that you are alright." Shiver said as he sat up.

Cal looked up at shiver, but his head had been hit pretty hard. He blinked at her and winced, his hand going to his side. "think I have a concussion....bruised ribs" he went to stand and as soon as weight went on his ankle he winced and yelped before sitting back down. "Broken ankle....torn tendon" he lightly pressed the button for his helmet to recede and that exposed a bit of a bump on his head.

He looked up at shiver again with glazed eyes. "I don't feel very alright....don't think I even want to know how bruised I am under this thing" he winced and slowly laid back down. He was okay, but he was definitly worse for wear. In his current state he didn't even notice anyone else in the room.

Sigma

Sigma sighed at how much walking she was doing and almost felt like throwing the towel. Why run in a desert? What's with these men and deserts?!

When Shiver arrived, Sigma stopped and glared for a moment in defense. Ambush? Wait, what the hell... Sigma raised an eyebrow as she noticed Shiver's appearance. God needs to clip those wings and trade them for some horns. Sigma thought as she followed her superior. The one thing Sigma enjoyed about thinking, were the insults she could make.

"There's lover boy. You can take him home right?" Sigma didn't even give Shiver a chance to answer before teleporting into Omega's room. "Where did you go?" Sigma said as she looked around Omega's bedroom... maybe Aaron killed them both and left. He's pretty fast and smart enough to not leave a trail... Omega wouldn't go down that easily though. All the times I've seen them fight, no matter who won, it was always very close." Sigma sighed as she teleported into the lounge, not minding the visitors in the kitchen as she grabbed the remote and started watching Breaking Bad on Netflix. In reality, she couldn't keep her mind off of what may have happened in that desert yesterday.

Wicked, Kronus and Enyo saw Shiver and Cal in the kitchen and Wicked fairly floated over to them and as he was mumbling about his injuries Wicked Frost put her hand over his head and his body glowed with a golden glow. She was able to see into his body as she healed it. She healed each and every injury. Shiver watched her other with awe. Her powers before had been the most aggressive she had ever seen. Now her mother was in a supportive role and Shiver teared up. She hugged Cal and said. "Thank you mom." Shiver smiled at Cal who seemed to not have noticed her wings yet and she said "Cal this is my mother and father. This Wicked is not the one you ever met. By the time you met her my mother was already gone."

Shiver watched her mother shake his hand and then her Dad Kronus shook his hand as well. "We are both pleased to meet you."

Ro'Kun strode into the kitchen like he usually did, only to find Shiver, Cal, and two heavenly beings floating and healing them. His hands in his pockets and his eyes wide, he decided to hang back and watch as they performed their magics and spoke to one another. Without much thought, he could have sworn they had spoken to everyone in the room, so he walked up and shook both Kronus and Wicked Frost's hand. "No, the pleasure is all mine, m'lord and lady."

Shiver watched as Ro'kun stepped between Cal and her parents and proceeded to shake their hands in place of Cal who had the strangest look on his face. Shiver glanced up and saw Ro'kun being his usual self and she smacked her own forehead and mumbled something.

"Ro'kun this is my mother and father." Wicked looks different but still the same and she noticed his eyes straying to her daughter quite a lot. She guessed his feelings probably ran deeper than her daughter realized. Wicked asked him "Ro'kun? Are you close to my daughter."

Shiver answered that before he did. "Mom Ro'kun is my best friend." Kronus asked "Is that so?"

Ro'Kun gave a big smile to both Shiver and her mother, and gave a bow to her. "I'd like to think so. Shiver and I have been really tight for awhile. I kinda stumbled upon this place, and we've helped each other out of tight spots more times than I can count." He gave Shiver a wink. He almost jumped when a thought came to him, and raised up his arm. "Hey Shiv, check this out. I can now teleport too. I kinda walked in on Glitch gettin' it awn with some chick, and to make me leave he gave me this!"

Shiver laughed at his explanation as to how he acquired it from Glitch. "You didn't!" She laughed at his expression when he nodded. "Well he should have locked the door. Of course now that you can port you can interrupt him even if he does." Her chuckle made her mother smile. The look on her father's face was puzzling to her. Kronus just stepped out of the room and Enyo grinned. She looked down the hall to see if Tito had shown up yet.

"Oh, I just told Miles something Belle told me. Cambria is pregnant. I sent Miles to her so he will be over there for quite some time." Shiver got so excited she hugged Cal and Enyo. "She is? Really? I'm gonna be an auntie!" Shiver grinned and kissed Cal and hugged him whispering to him. "I'm so glad you are okay. Isn't that great news? We get to be the auntie and uncle."

Enyo waved and said "I've got to meet someone in the office in a few minutes. I'll see ya soon."

Tito nodded to Axel's issue which sounded nearly like Zoe's issue. Well I believe you're in the right place to learn control. That's why I sent Zoe here to learn control over her power before she seriously hurt or kills someone or destroy everything. I heard there's another fire guy here....perhaps you could talk to him and he can give you pointers on control. While speaking, he heard on the intercom that he was needed in the main office. The hell?.....excuse me... he said to Axel as he'd probably have to meet with him later.

Tito was wondering why he was needed in the office in the first place? What could this place possibly want? Tito walked down the hall and headed towards the office. The voice was familiar as it must've been Enyo. He was told earlier where everything was and as he reached the office, he turned to the doorway to see the reasons why he's being called.

Miles was on his way to find Cammy. He was nervous on how she was going to react to all he had to talk about especially what Enyo suggested. He walked in to find her, speaking her name to get her attention Cammy......hey babe....uh....how are you feeling? she was probably still moody but he wanted to check on her regardless of that.

Sigma

"My God, they talk loud." Sigma said under her breath as she could hear Wicked, Shiver, Enyo, Kronos, Cal, and Ro'kun in the kitchen. Shut up! Heisenberg is about to go in on Tuco.

Sigma turned the volume up on the television at the moment when Walter White throws the fulminated mercury. Sigma laughed as the loud boom came from the television speakers.

"My bad!" Sigma called out obnoxiously and she turned the volume back down to normal.
