I am so, so unbelievably sorry about the wait. I've been left hanging before and it's awful. I'll make damn sure to make up for-at least the size of my opening post, I think.
It's all right. I'll get a post up here in a bit, gonna start off the new guy though. Then Pent can be all omgwtfbbq. Going to see a movie today so maybe later tonight. That should be about when I can roll out all of my backlog posts. ^^
So, I've been assured that this RP is now open for new players. Asking clarification before I start on my sheet (which, to be fair is mostly finished). Are we allowed starters from any of the Regions?
@Gryphon Pretty much. I couldn't really pick out of the starter groups for Viore, so it's kind of like rotations or it's different across Viore. And, if you're coming from out of region, It would be best to pick from that region's starter group.

Everyone, meet Grif. He's a good friend of mine, and he's been looking for a Pokemon RP. Sooo...
Also, I'll get a post up for my two new characters later. One of them is in Vertigo City and the other is at the Route 701 Pokemon Center, so that'll be interesting.
Alright, this battle has shown of the first of many Custom Mega Evolutions for the Viore Region. Here are the details for you all:

Kyle is what one would refer to, in the olden days, as a hero. He legitimately enjoys helping people, for both the satisfaction of a job well done and knowing he made somebody else's life better. The money or gifts he earns on the occasion for these good deeds are pretty awesome in his opinion as well.
He is also supremely reckless: he'll charge into pokemon battles without so much as a second thought, relying on strength and power to defeat opponents. On more than one occasion, this has resulted in an embarrassing defeat, but he always returns from it stronger than he was before.
He's mostly laid-back, enjoying sleeping, relaxing, and eating every bit as much as he does battling and training. In his mind, if you don't enjoy your journey, what's the point?
Hometown: Vaniville Town, Kalos
History: Kyle moved to Vaniville Town at a young age, about 10, but didn't start adventuring until...well, until much later. He simply lacked the motivation for it. He had no interest in the outside world, and why would he? From what his mother told him, the outside world was a scary and dangerous place, full of marauding Pokemon, controlling gangs, and horrible things besides! But Kyle always loved Pokemon. Despite not having his own, he would watch pokemon battles on his television, secretly yearning for the ability to do what Trainers did.
The opportunity came, one wintry morning, when Professor Sycamore, renowned Pokemon professor, visited Vaniville Town for a Pokemon Exhibition. Pokemon were given away to prospecting trainers, who also learned how to care for and love their pokemon. Kyle watched from the shadows, waiting for the opportunity to speak to Sycamore. When nobody was looking, he approached the Professor, and asked for a Pokemon of his own.
For a moment, the Professor was confused: the boy seemed a bit old to just be starting his journey. But he recognized the burning love of Pokemon the boy had, deep in his eyes, and decided to make an exception. He brought out the three starters of Kalos: Fennekin, Froakie, and Chespin. Kyle observed each critically, before finally settling on Chespin. He took the young Pokemon back to his home, and there they began. Kyle showered Chespin with love, brushing him, feeding him, and petting him. In the morning, they left for training.
In the nearby Pokemon Center, Kyle purchased several Pokeballs, and began searching for his first Capture. He happened upon a Fletchling, who he proceeded to battle. It was a difficult fight for the Grass-type Chespin, but they soon triumphed, capturing Fletchling.
They journeyed from town-to-town, battling trainers, having fun, and bonding. Over time, Fletchling evolved into Fletchinder, and it was around that time that Kyle heard of the faraway region of Viore. He heard of the exotic nature of the region, and decided that he'd rather adventure there, rather than in Kalos.
He consulted with his mother, who was hesitant to allow him to leave so far from home. But, after seeing his rapidly developing bond with Chespin and Fletchinder, decided that it was time for her little boy to grow up. She provided him with a plane ticket and a some spending money, and saw him off on his journey.
@Gryphon Eh... Upon first inspection needs a Last Name. Not a fan of the formating job for the CS, either. Also, just a quirk, People are allowed to become Trainers at any point in their lives, as seen in an Anime Episode where a Business Man decided to become the Trainer to a young Treeko.
As the dust cleared, Feraligatr was not only still standing, but didn't seem to have a scratch on him. "That's what I like to see, Feraligatr. Alright, Fire Fang let's go!" He said, Feraligatr's mouth lighting up with flames as he rushed forward towards the Mega Evolved Metagross.
Uh....How does Brooks' Feraligatr know Fire Fang? That move is impossible for it to learn.
@Shiny Keldeo According to Bulbapedia, it can't. Also, are you and @Ninian ok with me writing a transition to move Brent/Lily, Devon, Nasir and Celes to Route 701?
@Light Lord Only thing I have against it is the position of everyone. Brent and Lily are already outside ready to go, so is Celes. Devon was still inside I think.
Also, in these famous words, "Screw It". Brooks' Feraligatr can be a, how you two say it, special snowflake. XD

I'll input a last name ASAP.
As for the formatting, well, chalk that up to me not being used to this site's interface yet.
