I mean, you would at the very least receive some scrapes (Because, contrary to popular belief, Kinetic energy absorption can't negate absolutely all damage lol).

This seems like the kind of setting that's conducive to, you know, a story! Like, if I wanted to min/max and blow everyone else out of the water, I'd play a video game or some dice-based strategy.

Leaning towards the friction exacerbation ability, if only because the kinetic energy would prooobably play out like a BNHA-style "One for All" rip-off.

Speaking of 'fuck physics get money' powers, I had a thought that might be a little more interesting than 'melt hole in thing rinse and repeat.'

So, what would 'manifesting' sound fall under, @Mr Allen J? That is, [character] could literally pluck sound waves from the sky and force all the objects the waves touch to aberrate. In more obvious terms, [character] could totally fuck up the terrain around them, so long as they've got a sufficient amount of sound around them--the louder, the harder, the better. The aberration'd be similar to what you'd see on an audiograph, and it'd be totally temporary--the sound wave would pass over the terrain, not like, stick to it.

It'd be short-ranged--like, 10-30 meters, and anything organic wouldn't get affected. It'd really fuck with clothes, though. Also, like, the source of sound would have to be near them, so just using their power could fuck with their ears pretty bad if they wanted to get a whole ton of control out of it. They could wear headphones to block out the noise, though, and still be able to control it--they just have to know a loud sound is there, not have to actually hear it.

I'd say sound- or music-related powers are more of energy rather than elemental - as you have said yourself, sound energy, yeah. For elemental I think of it as those related to the classic 4 (for Eastern, it's 5): fire, water, earth and air, and possibly light and dark (yin and yang) in the literal sense.

You guys are all so gay it rubbed off onto my character; incidentally, I'm almost done with my sheet, in the 'totally not' kind of way.

Her backstory and powers are pretty much the only sections remaining, but those are, of course, gay as hell time-consuming.

When I say "friction exacerbation" (read: human matchstick, but, like, not as one-note), is there anything you'd prefer I avoid? Like, considering the one kinetic energy dude's abuse of artistic liberties, and all--I'd rather not go down in RP history. Aside from the obvious "don't level a fucking building with one punch, you idiot."
