Raiden the Feraligatr
[Folio Town - Town Sqaure]A throaty chuckle escaped the revealed Feraligatr as Pyyrha became frazzled due to his flawed face.
"The scar comes with the experience I have.....Don't worry though, I'm fine. And I'll be hanging around the inn mostly if you need to find me."As the dancer waved goodbye, Raiden returned the wave with a stupid grin on his face. His fully extended scaly arm also showing off many horrid looking scars.
"See ya, and good luck!" When the Gardevoir was out of sight, the large gator continued to smile to himself as he walked off into the crowds to find a spot to view the performance. His red gaze flicking between possible candidates.
Not really much else I have to do today.....Really just waiting for Genji to get here...Shit, the bar stools are all taken....Oh, there's a place over there....I can keep on eye on the kids from that spot too....Shuffling his way through the hoards of anxious fans, the towering reptile stuck out of the crowd like a sore thumb. However it didn't appear to bother him much as he leaned against a building in-between a bouncing Azumarill and a Zangoose that appeared to be slicking the fur on the top of his head back.
Crossing his arms and scanning the environment with a calculating gaze, Raiden's happy expression returned when the famous Troupe made it's way out of the Guild. Loud clapping coming from his side of the square before, and after Relm announced the star of the show. The show began, and a warm smile over came the battle worn Feraligatr's maw.
It's been a long time since I've seen this show.... The quiet sounds of metal and beads rattling came from under the cloaked mon as his right hand raised up from out of the neck hole barring two items attached to strings. A tiny metal tube, and a good sized milky white pearl on a clay bead necklace hung around his neck. Staring at the metal tube for a few moments with a sort of lost expression, he let the thing fall through his blue fingers to instead focus his gaze on the pearl. Rolling it around in his palm a bit.
It's nice to see it again. Datsu the Toxicroak
[Folio Town - Town Sqaure]Ah, it seems like it's time for the professionals to get to work then.Another cloaked figure strode their way slowly through the crowd. Their body hidden by a similar dirty cloth that was worn by the Feraligatr also in the square. The Toxicroak's hood was drawn back and hung loosely behind his spiked head. An unsettling toothy grin stuck on his face as he came upon the scene of the dancers. Watching the group of various Pokémon sway and move with such grace caused him to slowly clap.
A beautiful, distracting performance in another beautiful, dull witted town in this dusty corner of the world.... The Toxic Mouth Pokémon's slit gaze panned to his left, where a Lopunny was busy watching the dance show. A small latched satchel hung loosely on the Rabbit's right hip. Datsu's eyes seemed to glint as his smooth, gentle voice rolled out.
"Lovely show is it not? It's charming to see some exotic flare in such a remote place....A hidden gem of a town Folio is."The Lopunny turned towards the now vocal frog, a cute smile on her face.
"Yeah, it totally is! Folio is pretty nice sure, Glyph helps us all keep it clean and such, but its like we don't have enough fun around here ya know? It's always work work work with these guys!"A somewhat curious frown came upon the Poison Fighter's face. Seemingly invested in what the female had to say. Bringing up a leather gloved hand to rub his smooth chin. The glove custom fitted to cover the mon's spiked red knuckle.
"What a shame that is...What is work without play? There must be someway we can fix that little detail hm? This...Glyph that you speak of, is he the leader of this fine village?"The Lopunny had grabbed at one of her long ears, and was currently fumbling with it's cottony end with her paws as she nodded.
"Yup! Well, sorta. He's the Guildmaster of the Folio Guild. The Sibyl is pretty invested in the up keep of the town, but she's not as public as Glyph is." Giggling, she waved a paw.
"Not like that's saying much, Glyph's always holed up in his room writing for hours on end! He's so lame! But, I guess he always does have everything organized in advance, so maybe that's not such a bad thing?" Shaking his head, Datsu closed his eyes and raised his chin.
"But of course...Preparation can take one far in life and make goals even easier to reach. Though it seems like he may take be a bit too invested in his work, that works in your favour. He cares deeply for the growth of Folio Town does he not? Well, providing him with suggests on how to achieve that growth from it's inhabitants would most likely make his job much easier and pleasurable. Don't you agree?"Blinking at the fact that this stranger wanted to help make her home better, a cheerful smile came of the Normal-type's visage.
"Yeah! I could see that. We should make a petition! Get everyone to sign to make this place more fun!"A croaking chuckle came from the frog.
"A brilliant idea. And, I can assist with that. Allow me to summon the other townsfolk, talk with them and gather their ideas for how they can make this city more 'fun'. I am rather good at chatting as you can no doubt tell." Putting her arms behind her head, the Lopunny beamed.
"Wow, you'd do that for us? Thanks! Yeah you totally can! You could probably score tons of names during the show!" "My thoughts exactly my dear. I'll take my leave now, gain some insight from the other Pokémon of the square. Thank you for the chat~" The manored amphibian said as he bowed to the lady, turning away and shuffling through the crowds. A large coin purse now safely secured in his grip as the muffled jingle of currency sounded from under his cloak. An unsettling low laugh came from the thief as he continued on.
And, the donation to our cause~Devon the Totodile
[Folio Town - Town Sqaure]@Ninian@Shiny KeldeoDevon nodded over at Selena from the bench they sat on.
"Yeah, I know. I just want to get out there though. It's literally a whole new world for me." The small gator commented at the show began. Clapping along with the rest of the crowd as it seemed the star of the show caught sight of him specifically. A happy smile overtook his jaws as he waved back at the dancer.
Huh....Wonder why she looked at me? Peering across the crowds as the show began, the former human stifled a gasp.
Whoa, that guy in the hood is a Feraligatr?.....A really beat up one too.....Wonder what his deal is? He's just sorta been nice to everyone so far.... Shrugging, Devon leaned on his bag as he continued to watch the show with an amazed smile.
"They're pretty good! I've never seen someone dance to that kinda beat before."~~~
All the while the kids on the bench were distracted by the show, a short shadow was slowly edging it's way behind them. A careful clawed hand reached over to the Quilava's patched up and worn bag and slowly but surely, un-did the latches. A red glance was directed upwards to see if the girl had caught on to it's scheme.
Hehe....Kid's are easy....Can't believe they let them into the Guild when they have the perception of a Slakoth...Silently rummaging around in the messenger bag, the thief hidden from public view by the bench and the backs of the crowd grinned as his paw brushed a small cloth pouch.
Jackpot. Now all I need to do is-The thief's form went chalk white as he froze like a statue. Wincing, he opened his eyes to spot his error that would most likely land him in some unfavourable situations. His paw had pushed up the flap of the bag accidentally; it was now clearly opened, and making total contact with the Quilava child's yellow fur.
SHIT!
