Power: Telekinesis, Samuel can use his powers to lift up to 3 tons and can also manipulate human's as 'Puppets' to an extent.

Power cost: His power is a massive drain on his mind and his levels of energy, if he loses concentration for even a second, his hold on an object will be broken, his mind is also at risk as it takes most of his willpower to use his ability on an object over 1 ton. He also requires blood more often than other abilities, as his is more refined.

Appearance: Sam has short dark hair, often kept away from his eyes, he has red tinted hazel eyes, an odd offshoot of his power. He has a pale complexion and a scar over his eyebrow. Sam is usually wearing his 'Dad's' black hoodie, torn denim jeans, black, fingerless, gloves and a paint-balling mask. He is 5'11 and nearing six foot.

Skills:
-Samuel is highly trained in street brawling and boxing
-He is proficient in first aid
-He knows basic survival skills
-He is well trained in using his ability and can lift up to 3 tons with it (After a few drops of blood, of course)
-He is an expert liar

Personality: Samuel often comes across as jokey and friendly, but is also overly protective of fellow Unwanted, willing to do anything to make sure they survive. He is also deathly afraid of large groups of Anti-Unwanted groups, having witnessed an Unwanted being brutally raped and beaten, before being lynched. This is what led him to hide in the valley, to be far enough away to be safe, and close enough to not be suspicious

History: Samuel Fairs didn't have the easiest of childhoods. At age 10 he was abandoned by his mother and left to fend for himself. Samuel soon became friends with a strange man who could tell who he was a soon as he saw him. Samuel met the man under a bridge, where he was sat with a cardboard sign. The man always wore the same black hoodie, and did his best to protect Samuel.
At age 12, his "Dad" was killed by rioters. His last gift to Samuel being his red hoodie. Samuel would find the men who killed his 'Dad' and attempted to make them pay for what they'd done to his Dad. This got the attention of a local police, leading to Samuel being sent to juvenile detention
At age 16, Samuel, now calling himself by his 'Dad''s name, "David" was living in Harlen, alone and in a small apartment, but he was happy.
At age 17, Samuel witnessed the death of an Unwanted. He cut his hand on barbed wire on the way home, and his powers activated, he tore down a square mile of tree's and was soon being hunted, he fled to a small cabin by in one of the valleys, and has stayed there ever since, away from society, as he learns to use his powers. He has, however, learned of Unwanted fleeing from Harlen, and is planning to follow them, in hopes of safety in numbers.

Other: He speaks in a slightly tinted British accent

Welp, the short answer is no. I can't accept that. The age is way off, he reminds me of an existing character, juvi would have taken longer, the Unwanted aren't a thing yet. How the hell did he find Harlan? Why does he speak with a slightly tinted British accent when dudes from the ATL?

I can keep going if you want. I'm not trying to mean or the like but I can't accept that cs.

NP. Basically if you need the mods to whip out the hammer of justice, then any of mods HERE can be notified. Generally I go with Kangaroo because he's bouncy and gets things done with a quickness.

Some pointers for a better character would be really great if anyone wants to help?

@skeletor678 I'd lose the puppeteer thing. Anything that can take control of another player character without their consent, I would generally try to avoid. I've seen situations like that get out of control.

He wouldn't be trained in his powers as, at this point, they're practically brand new so I don't think he would be able to lift anywhere near three tons.

He wouldn't be protective of or even know any other Unwanted as no one knows they exist. Only the ones in our current groups know about each other because they've witnessed the powers. The general public is unaware of their existence. There wouldn't be lynchings or rapes. The player characters are the only ones we're aware of with powers. Remember, the event that they think started it all only happened about two weeks ago.

Also, I'd lose the accent. It's weird for someone living in Kentucky to have a British accent (even though there's no such thing as a "British" accent. Don't get me started on that.) without actually being from Britain. And you made no mention of that that I can see.
