So let me get this straight cause i might've missunderstood, there will be 2 chances to not get hit? first for dodge, than second for evasion if the attacker rolls higher than your dodge roll? not sure why there are 2 of them...i mean if you fail the dodge i personally udnerstand that you also do not evade the attack
wouldn't it be better if the counter becomes available only if the initial dodge has been successful and the dodger needs to roll idk a dexterity/agility test to see if he manages to make the counter happen successfully (amongst other buffs and debuffs cause maybe you dodge in a way that does not allow you to counter etc)
