Personality: A tad shy, a bit quiet. She's generally upbeat and hyped, always a whirlwind of energy, but her manic energy can quickly transform into a fiery anger. She's not the type to hold grudges, however, and is quick to forgive her friends, and even her enemies. She has a positive outlook on life, always pointing out how things could be worse.

Quiet a bit of this is a mask.

At her core, Ilia is depressed and lonely. She has an unfulfillable need to make everyone happy, to suppress her own unhappiness. She is weighed down by guilt and self loathing, but her new life has helped to heal her. She still struggles internally every day with the heart break of losing Kellen. Her need to protect and all those around her stems directly from the belief she has that Kellen had died for her.

If she must, she will wear slacks, but Ilia is very feminine and prefers to wear dresses or mid length skirts. She has an endless supply of patterned tights as well.

Her music interests rang from harcore rock (Avenged Sevenfold, Theory of a Deadman, Three Days Grace) to the angriest rap (Eminem, ). When she stays indoors, she likes to either curl up with a good fantasy or science fiction book, or she has a child like love of blowing things to hell on games like Borderlands and Serious Sam. When she ventures out and into the world, she prefers for the day to be dark, as in the evening, but still warm. For the most part, she likes to just be with her friends, a sketch pad, and some pens. This is her idea of a perfect day.

Dislikes: The list of her distastes isn't quiet as long, but holds many small things that irk her to no end. Nail biting, the color brown in clothing, burnt food, driving a car, any form of pop music, and being asked serious questions. She also has refused, time and time again, to answer any of her friends' questions about her past and has displayed a tendency to shut down upon confrontation.

Magical Abilities:

+Flame manipulation- Fire manipulation allows Ilia the ability to direct flames. She can do so in any degree, from causing the flames to burn faster, to forcing them to spiral through the air.

+Heat Generation- Heat generation does exactly as it says: It allows the user to raise the temperature of the air around them to a desired temperature.

+Flash Bomb- If something ignites anywhere in Ilia's vicinity, she can cause the newborn flame to spark to a full flame size in less than a second. This also causes a drop in breathable air nearby for just as long.

+Detonator- Detonator is a form of concussive fire ball explosion. This is created by packing extra flames and energy into a small, compact ball, and throwing it at a target. Upon collision, the ball explodes outward, releasing the energy trapped inside. Sometimes causes hearing damage.

+Flame Generation- Another self explanatory title, flame generation allows Ilia to spark flames from nothing.

Fighting Techniques (if any): Ilia does not have a technique, so to speak. She prefers to just throw everything she has at her foe, giving no regard to how it will end.

Weapon(s) of choice (if any): Although Ilia is a mage, she also carries a collapsible chakram for long distance and close quarter combat. She enjoys setting it on fire before throwing it.

Weaknesses in Combat: Because Ilia focuses so intently on eliminating the foe in front of her, she rarely remembers to watch for other advisories. When she battled alongside Kellen, this wasn't as severe a flaw, for her partner and her caught back to back.

Strengths in Combat: Also because of her intent focus on her enemy, Ilia can spot the slightest motions, a flick of a wrist or a tensing in the shoulders, and therefore prepare herself for an attack.

While fast and quick to react in combat, Ilia completely lacks to ability to aim. This stems from the fact that her powers do not require complete accuracy. All she has to do really is focus on an enemy and her fire will home in on them like a missile. She's still rather good in close combat, however.

Ilia would probably die if left in the wilderness. She refuses to kill any kind of animal herself, and her medical skills are severely lacking. She has basic survival skills, but other than her ability to make anything she could possibly need from what's around her, she'd be so out of luck if she couldn't find edible vegetation.

Background


Ilia was born in Aurora San Diego Hospital, kicking and screaming. She was a difficult child from the beginning, throwing fits and generally causing trouble. Whenever someone turned their back on her, she was instantly gone. When sought out, they would find the baby trying to ride the cat, or climbing into the LIT fireplace. For some odd reason, the little girl loved being near an open flame.

As difficult a baby she was, it held nothing to the child she became. While kind and generally well behaved, she couldn't seem to focus on reality for long. She would often wonder away from her parents, finding a quiet corner to draw in. Her parents, although annoyed when she disappeared, adored the artwork that came of her 'alone time'. She would produce full color depictions of gardens and story scenes, Alice in Wonderland a frequently occurring theme. It was during her "daydreamer" phase that her parents enrolled her in preschool. This is, of course, where she met the three people who would forever change her life.

By this point in Ilia's life, she had begun to enter the dream realms. As a child, she didn't quite comprehend that she was intruding upon others' dreams, or that she was inviting people into hers. She had begun to construct basic Faders, unknowingly inviting everyone she met into her head. Her teacher in preschool, a young woman by the name of Aiden Liddell, was also a dream walker. The night after her first class, Ilia invited Aiden into a dream. The teacher recognized Ilia's abilities immediately, and the next day kept Ilia in during lunch. She explained to Ilia what it was they could do and took the girl under her wing. Within the next week, two more students came to Aiden and Ilia in their sleep. Only one knew he was "Realm Jumping", as Aiden referred to it. Their names were Kellen and Cadmus, being the one who knew what he was doing, and they were both in kindergarten.

Immediately, the three children hit it off. They were all creative and inspired. None could focus on the present, seeking only to daydream their young lives away. Ilia, by this time, had a legitimate reason for her escapes into the realms. Her father had begun drinking heavily. Abuse at this time was less common, and Aiden took it seriously when she began to notice Ilia's variety of bruises. The girl would frequently come with blackened cheeks and finger shaped marks on her arms. Both of her friends ratted her out to Aiden, concerned that she lied for her father. Aiden, being a teacher and guardian to Ilia, did the only thing she could. Contacted CPS, and immediately began to fill out adoption forms.

Aiden was given custody of Ilia through several long years of hearings, CPS visits, hospital trips, and flat out pleads. Ilia's mother, who loved her husband more than her daughter, did not put up a real fight for the girl. Her father, on the other hand, was furious and tried to abduct his daughter from her new home. Aiden, having caught him trying and having called the cops, had ended up in the hospital trying to save Ilia. During those few weeks, Ilia stayed at Kellen's house. It was then that they constructed their first realm. It took them a few nights to realize it was an Everlasting, and when they did, they were overjoyed. They were getting stronger, which helped the joint goal of the three children: to make the ultimate Everlasting and escape the world.

The three stayed friends through elementary school, and with the guidance of Aiden, they began to control their abilities. Nothing was able to tear them apart, not physically or mentally.

Until Cadmus disappeared. Neither Ilia nor Kellen could find him, and after a few days, Cadmus's parents began to post search posters. Although the details of his home life had never been shared with the others, they knew there was only one explanation for the boy's disappearance: he had entered the realms and was hiding. As neither Ilia nor Kellen could reach them, Aiden suggested giving the boy space. In time, the woman was sure he would return to his two friends.

And in high school, when Ilia and Kellen had began the first construction of Eurasha, he did come back, with a new title and ability. But that's for another time.

Eurasha. Throughout their first two years of school, Ilia and Kellen constructed, edited, and vamped their world. They gave it forests, opposing kingdoms, and even NPC citizens, each with a distinct personality. They constructed castles and cities, made resources for expansions and gave it the capacity to become anything. With their balanced powers as the Mage of Creation and the Chaos Knight (Their roles would set a baseline for the powers gifted on others), they were able to create a perfect phantasm, a perfect dream. And finally, it was ready.

The first four people they invited in showed that Eurasha had already become it's own world, with a sentience unlike any other Everlasting. As Aiden walked in, she was given the position of the Sirenian Queen. Cadmus was, of course, given the title and abilities of the Sanchar Dragon, a defensive and powerful position within the world. Another friend and fellow teacher, Michaelis, was given the position of the Dracao King.

But something, somehow, went wrong. Because the fourth Realm Jumper never arrived. Instead, a shadow slithered into their world and immediately vanished. Although the teens were less than concerned, both Aiden and Cadmus were troubled. They had heard stories of a "realm eater", a beast who destroyed all it touched and poisoned the minds of Jumpers. Though Ilia and Kellen played no mind to the warnings, opening the gates of Eurasha to those who sought entry, Aiden and Cadmus were right.

The shadow that had entered Eurasha was known as the Entropy Beast. Myths claimed that it was the remains of Realm Jumper who had been tortured until he lost his mind, or that it had come into existence through the destruction of a different realm. Theories were endless, but only IT knew the truth. It could take the shape of any creature except a human, and it had an insatiable appetite for all dream life. It was supposed to be noticeable only because it glowed a sickly purple.

The beast took the Dark Kingdom. Although it's never been proven, it's widely believed that it killed the Dracaonian King. The destruction through the kingdom, the sheer amount of undoing... Ilia and Kellen retaliated with a fury, making the journey from theirs' and Cadmus's shared home in the Carrion Mountains to the Dark Kingdom to dispose of the beast. Together, the two were a formidable and undefeatable team.

Or so they had thought.

Instead, they were beaten nearly to death by the beast, and they fled. If they left the realm together, and willed it hard enough, their precious realm would disintegrate, forcing it's inhabitants to wake. The beast had other plans, as it chased them down. Both Kellen and Ilia knew exactly what it wanted, for they had heard stories from Cadmus as to what it did.

It wanted to inhabit Ilia. It was widely known that Ilia's abilities as a Realm Jumper and Creator were unmatched. She bent every reality to her will and created things that others couldn't have dreamed of. Her imagination was powered by something like a rapid fire, nuclear reaction. With her abilities in the Realms, the Entropy Beast could destroy everything.

It could enter the real world.

Kellen, while defending Ilia, was gravely injured, and forced Ilia to leave. When Ilia awoke for the first time in six months, she was attacked by an onslaught of physical pain. All of the fights from Eurasha caught up to her in reality, something that had never happened before. She made Eurasha far too real. Despite the pain, she immediately tried to return to Eurasha, angry and determined.

Only to find her way blocked. In his last conscious moments, Kellen had placed a "ban" on Ilia, something the two had come up with for when a Jumper caused too much damage to their world. Ilia, stunned and heartbroken, refused to give up. For three weeks, she tried to return. For three weeks, she was denied access. The ban that Kellen had placed would stay in effect until the Entropy Beast or the Sanchar Dragon learned to lift it.

Sixteen, alone, and broken hearted, Ilia hijacked a car and ran from San Diego. She drove all day and for part of the night before the car broke down in Michigan. She left the car on the side of the rode and made her way into the nearest town, a decent sized town known as Coscmicah. There, she managed to build a new life. She shied away from questions, and she worked a night job while attending high school. She made enough to get by, and not a cent more. She made some friends, few of which grew into true friendships.

Up until now, Ilia had avoided going back into any realm. The idea of returning to the dreams scared her so bad that she developed insomnia. The only way she can sleep is by the use of sleeping aids. If it weren't for the plea of the Realm Dragon, she would never consider going back.

Now, she has no choice.

While most have said she is very smart it's hard to see the majority of the time. She's insanely clumsy and lighthearted. Every day to her is a new day of adventures. That and basically running into danger at times, it's safe to say why she takes more of a knight role. The girl is a little nutty. Much unlike her partner she's very optimistic about life, one way the two are opposite. That being said opposites can sometimes make the best team. They`re two different sides of the same coin in her opinion.

Appearance:
Sky got more of a curvy figure compared to the other women in her family tree. Along with being 5"2 and having unusual grey eyes it`s safe to say she sticks out quite a bit. Freckles dot her face and body being something she loathed as a child and something she`s come to find as apart of who she is now. The sun is usually an enemy because of her pale skin color. Her hair is naturally red and is curly and thick. She`s learned after cutting it short once that it`s best to leave it long, it`s a untamable beast. The redness in her hair varies by season, in summer months it turns copper due to the sun, in winter it turns a crimson red color(her preferred color of her hair).

History:
Sky was born into a tricky situation, both her parents were in college when she came along, both 19 years old, and very unknowledgeable on how to take care of a child. They both were party animals and she was an accident. Even though that was the case they got married and tried to make do for as long as possible. Her father worked hard to take care of her and be a devoted father, he knew that the moment she was born that he had to take on the responsibility of raising her correctly. Her mother however, wasn`t the same way.

Whenever her father wasn`t home her mother would do drugs and drink, not even both to watch her, she found Sky to be a burden. There were multiple times when her father would come home and yell about how irresponsible she was and eventually, he had enough. When she was three he left and divorced her mother. He tried to fight to get custody of Sky but her mother was a good actress, for some reason the court decided that her mother would get full custody of her.

When she was five however she started school and her teachers started to notice strange things about her. Like how she`d always come to school with new bruises and seem like she was a little more out of it on some days compared to others. Eventually Sky didn`t come to school for days and they called child services. That day they found Sky knocked out behind a door and an overdosed mother on the couch. This would mark the day she`d go into three foster families for the next 13 years.

Growing up she was relatively normal, life in the foster system was difficult, but compared to the conditions she`d lived in as a child, it was a vacation. The families were always nice and welcomed her as best as they could. As she got into her teen years and went into high school she started to notice that when she slept she`d go to another world. In this world she controlled what she`d be and went on many adventures as a knight that was hired to protect, she was known as The White Knight.

When she was 16 however, the dreams stopped. She never was able to go back into the dream world of Eurasha. It was also around this time that she noticed her friend Ilas seeming to become distant, and the seemingly disappearance of Kellen. It turned for a strange time in her life. As Sky didn`t know of what exactly happened she assumed it was all just high school changing people.

At the age of 18 she moved out on her own and started to work as a bartender for a bar downtown while she worked on her Video degree at the local college. All the while having the mystery of her strange dreams coming into her mind at times. She wondered why she had such a recurring segment of dreams that just suddenly stopped, it was strange to say the least.

Now at 21 years old and living her life as exciting as she could ever possibly live it she`s long forgotten Eurasha and being the White Knight. In one of her classes she`s noticed that a guy stares at her rather strangely at times, kind of like that look you give someone that looks really familiar but you can`t place them, she thinks his name starts with a G possibly, he kind of keeps to himself though. Whatever the case is with him, she has no idea of what awaits for her in the near future, or that the dream world she once loved, is in fact, very real.

Magical Abilities:
Light Step:
This ability allows her to be able to walk and run through the air. It allows her to go through the air with less friction over her body making her faster and more precise, while using it she can almost slow down the way she sees her opponents movements because of her speed, this effect is however very slight. Light Step is the ability that uses the least stamina and is the only one without major side effects or downfalls.

Hollow:
By closing off her sense of sight and tough she can increase her senses of hearing and smelling. This allows her to be able to sense things from far away or hear things being said at an normally not hearable distance. The side effect to this ability is that in order to close out distractions she has to close her eyes. This makes her rather vulnerable if attacked while using the ability.

Tornado Pentagram:
This ability creates a circle of tornados that only she can move properly in. It leaves no escape for her opponent and if she decides to use Light Step in combination with it she can move rather quickly in and out of the high speed circle. Landing blows easily. This however is one of her strongest abilities, so it takes up a ton of stamina. This gives her only a small window of time to end the fight before she`s left with almost no choice but to try and run.

Storm Blade:
This ability takes advantage of her weapon Aura. Storm Blade creates an extremely sharp edge to her blade using air. Considering the ability makes her weapon so sharp that she can cut through stone this ability is a last resort. It can only be used to kill or cut, there isn`t an in-between the two. This ability also has the most recoil out of all her abilities, the recoil varies on just how much stamina she puts into it, however if she uses this attack in a live or die response, the recoil could kill her. The use of her stamina will drain as much strength goes into the attack. If that means taking down an opponent in a death match, she will be left weak or possibly unconscious.

Fighting Techniques:
Sky`s fighting style tends to have a lot of jumping and spinning in it usually to avoid an attack or tire out her opponent. When it comes to attacks her fighting style tends to seek swiftness and strength, two things that would be impossible if not for her element of air.

Weapon of choice:
While Sky can wield any blade she holds, her weapon is Aura. Aura was named after the Greek Goddess Aura, Goddess of the Breeze. This broad blade sword was specifically forged for Sky as it is specific to her abilities as the Knight of Air. The sword takes in the ability of air to make it as light as a short sword, meaning Sky can use it easily and swiftly for her beloved swift and hard attacks.

Weaknesses in Combat:
Long range attacks and fire will kill her in combat. Since she`s a close range fighter with no skills in ranged attacks she`s quite an easy target for them. Not to mention all her abilities besides Light Step have side effects, and even Light Step can wear on her stamina if used for extended periods of time. Fire as it was will be fueled by her air just as easy as she could blow it out, making it a tricky foe.

Strengths in Combat:
Since her attacks specialize in close range, swift, and strength fueled strikes she`s a powerful ally on the battlefield, someone just needs to cover her back for those pesky long range attacks. That`s also not to mention that for allied attacks she can help her allies be using things like air currents to help them fight.

Appearance

A particularly shy style of dressing, Gwyn is often seen with a hooded short sleeve jacket that hides his physique, of either red or yellow motifs - but mostly black in colour. His hair is left acceptably long going by japanese standards, covering his left eye and has a fading red-brown hue to it, likely having been dyed a few years back.

However despite all this, he can be seen as a handsome young man underneath that grunge. With sharp, edgy facial features yet a light stubble to ensure he does not cross over to the feminine side. He seems to prefer outdoorsy wear like a compassed-watch, waterproof wallet and phone, with steel toed boots just in case he needs to kick something really hard. It makes things easier if he decides to run into the mountains and rue the day away.

He tends to read plenty of articles online so he always has a spare battery hidden somewhere, alongside a pocket full of unrelated knickknacks that, suprisingly, come in handy during desperate occasions.

Strong will - "because what's there to loose if everything is going to die anyway? It's all pain and suffering anyway, a little more won't hurt."

Personality:
He has his share of taking things not too seriously. It's not only a show, he really does and it has caused conflict in his past because his threshold of springing into action is higher than other people often would like it to be. However, when he gets beyond it, he wants to get things right. Keeping things tidy, maintaining strict punctuality and always obeying all the rules certainly doesn't count to that. The thing one could consider positive about that is: It is difficult to get him really angry and he doesn't expect from others what he doesn't fulfill himself, even if he will sometimes throw a non-seriously meant curse. He is quite generous and can be seen buying rounds in the local pubs and bars that are available.

Appearance:
Hair: He never dyed his hair, so it still has its blonde color. With roughly three centimeters, he keeps it barely long enough to let it be seen that it is dense and not curly.

Eyes: Grey and striking, probably because they seem to be embedded in his skull rather deeply.

Clothing: Nothing out of the ordinary. If the situation doesn't entirely forbid it it can often be seen a bit dirty because of dust, rust or even oil. Likely because of that he most often wears a black instead of a white shirt and also black or ordinary blue-white jeans or shorts.

Background story:

The Ahrends originally were a German family, but back in the late 19th century it happened that they split up. Gregor's great-grandparents joined the stream of emigrants trying to escape Europe by steamship and settling down in the US. They were able to profit from the Homestead Act, picking a piece of land in Nebraska where they started to grow crops and cattle, just as they had done in their homeland.

Gregor's parents are a charming couple that have taken good care of their sons to equal amounts. Yet they left them with the hard choice of who would continue the farming business which had grown significantly over the generations. Thomas had always seemed to be the more calm and educated one, which had made him the preferred choice for their parents. Gregor on the other hand was the one of them actually willing to continue the business. Not wanting to press one of their childs into things he didn't want, they, though hesitantly and not without dispute, decided that Gregor would be it.

However, there were requirements: He would have to pick up a decent amount of education in what was going to be his subject, preferrably on the academic level, and prove that he would be able to get rid of his little-rascal attitude. Accepting the expectations, he moved to Curtis in order to be closer to the College of Technical Agriculture. To earn money in addition to the support of his parents, he picked up a job at a local repair shop.

He still is enrolled there and chances that he will actually finish his studies successfully are quite good, but only now. Most of the time he has been a struggler more interested in sports, video games and cars than approaching the question of how to run a farm in the theoretical way. He loves travelling, sending himself out on road trips when he has sufficient time and money to spend. In combination with the internet, there is quite a bunch of people across the country that know him at least remotely. Currently he has free time to do just that and pay visits to friends.

Combat - Magical abilities:

(Might of the Earth): Of all the elements, earth is probably the most undervalued one: It doesn't posess the spectacularity of fire, when you ask people which substance is the most important one the first answers would most likely be air and water. It lies in earth's nature to shift entire continents, but the pace it carries out its actions is so slow that it is neglegible for the short lifespan of a human. They don't recognize that the very ground they step upon each and every day is an accumulation of earth that dwarfs both oceans and atmosphere. It's within Earth's nature to pass along its properties: In his role as the Knight of the Earth, Gregor gains about one and a half feet in height and a noticeable amount of muscle. Who could throw such an appearance of his feet now ? This is a passive ability - he can't turn it off, even if it would be benificial for him to do it in the situation he currently is in because it reduces his speed and agility.

(Pull of the Earth): One can't escape earth without very high expenses, yet earth is the most immobile thing we experience in our life. Gregor might be slow, but his enemies might have to struggle against him even if he doesn't touch them. Those who are too lithe or can't muster the necessary strength will get sucked towards him. This active ability comes at a moderate cost of stamina. He can target distinct areas instead of an entire radius around him, but the direction of the force points always towards him.

(Gifts of the Earth): Even the deepest mines of humans are only scratching the surface. The Knight of Earth is capable of going deeper, accessing resources unknown to ordinary blacksmiths. Earth grants Gregor weapons specifically designed for him: Much larger, incredibly durable and all strange and searingly hot. Summoning is not much of an effort per se, but wielding them: An 'ordinary' sword or mace would likely not put much of a stamina drain on him, but that's because it would likely be undersized (and be worn out quickly, considering his strength and fighting style). It wouldn't allow him to unfold his true potential when it is really necessary. These true earth weapons do, but they are much more demanding as well.

(True skin of the Earth): The dirt we grow our plants upon and that we are sometimes worried about getting washed away in a flood is nothing but a thin layer above a crust noone has yet ever managed to drill through. Gregor's skin become's basically as tough as stone, his hair and fingernails will resemble crystals instead of organic material. This active ability comes at a very high cost of stamina, but he becomes more dangerous for the things hitting him than vice versa while his fists and feet themselves become crushing weapons.
