Welcome to Excidium, a city that was turned into a temporary base for an organization know as Libertas. During the time of the occupation, a group of rebels called Neo-Clearance rose up and started to combat Libertas but lost half their members thanks to a traitor among their ranks. Now, six years later, Libertas has made the city a police-state while Neo-Clearance has gone off the radar, becoming only a myth among the population of Excidium.

Libertas, in all of its glory. They are the big league of warfare in Excidium. You can usually find their troops scattered in groups of six around the city, setting up checkpoints, executing people in places out of sight. Their main base is Havoc tower where you will it dead center of the city, in which you shall find the elite of the elite inside. Those that are particularly observant would see that they bring people into the tower. What do they do in there? No one knows exactly besides those with clearance above six.(End Libertas.)
The Jalosians are a race of nearly humanoid beings, the only difference is their size, their missing noses, and their legs. You can usually find them at their embassy.(Nicknamed "The Hive.") What is known about them is they come from another universe.(Nicknamed "Universe V." End Jalosians.)
We know move onto Tenebri. This bunch is not recommended to be associated with. They are almost always being that are pure black besides their eye which glow a sickly green. Not much is known about them other than they are usually hostile, especially towards the Jalosians and Libertas. They are a hive mind, spawned by the one known as Tenebris Navitas.(End Tenebri.)
Rebel time! This bunch is usually groups of citizens that grew sick of Libertas rule. There is multiple groups for this faction, most with varying ideas.(End Rebel.)
We now move onto Neo-Clearance. Like the Tenebri, not much is known about them, but what is known is they were the first to rebel against Libertas. For a rebel group, they seemed rather unusual thanks to their technology which seemed to have been almost on par with Libertas level! They were ran by a council of six, right after one of the original leaders("X.") gave up his leadership and left Neo-Clearance after a particularly difficult battle that resulted in a split in the group.(End Neo-Clearance.)
Now we move onto the corrupt Jalosians. These "people" have broken the sacred laws of the Jalosians, set by the first among them. Unlike the Jalosians, these are NEARLY human in appearance. Almost always seen in the sewers with the turtle people.(End corrupt Jalosians.)
Citizens! This doesn't need explaining since it's kinda obvious what they are. (End Citizens
The Infinity club! This faction is, as in the name, a club! This place is considered neutral grounds for most factions since the owner pays off Libertas to keep the place up and running while having his staff keep the rowdy customers(Rebels and the like.) in line. (End Infinity club and Factions.)

For Libertas, no one is quite sure who leads them. There has been multiple theories about who they are led by which extends to, but is not limited to, a council, a god, a man who has gone beyond the universe that we know, or a giant spaghetti monster with a passion for throwing people off high cliffs.
For the Jalosians, we have their Archangel king, Loyas, who came to the throne at a young age (One hundred and six in human years, Twenty four in Jalosian.)
For the Tenebri, we have the one, the only, Tenebris Navitas.
The corrupt Jalosians are lead by a man named Lord Jalos, who claims to be of the bloodline of the original kings/queens.
The rebels have multiple leaders who are almost constantly bickering with each other despite having the same goal in mind. Overthrowing Libertas. However, they rarely work together thanks to wanting to achieve different things. So in other words, this faction is way too mixed.
Now onto Neo-Clearance! This group is led by a council as stated above. However, as stated above again, they were led by "X" and "Zevrox." before "X" left.
The citizens are led by (wo)men they elect to represent them.
For the Infinity club, we have Nate Ver Sbratsis.

Name, age, gender, appearance, bio, personality, race, and energy type.(That last one is obviously for energy users. Also, bio is not really required. It is suggested you write one, however.)
Be sure to check this for your character sheet.

The Infinity club, otherwise known as "The Refuge" to those wanting to hide from Libertas and get a drink. Currently located at the west side of town, right by the Jalosian embassy. The Jalosian embassy, as stated in the previous sentence, is located on the west side of town, right by the Infinity club.
