Nate Ver Sbratsis, billionaire, club owner, and quite possibly the heaviest smoker in all of Exicidum. He sighed and rubbed the side of his neck before looking over the railing, down at those in his club. How many years has he been here? He has forgotten so much ever since he came to Exicidum, one of which was WHY he came here. For now, he didn't care too much.

All he wanted to do was run his club and make sure that no one ruined the fun for his clientele. "Now then... where did I put my cigarettes?" He mumbled before going back to his search for the time had left until a meeting. Meanwhile, with Lord Jalos, he was throwing a tantrum. He was so close, so close to actually winning the civil war!

If it wasn't for those damned storm troopers of Libertas, he would have actually killed Loyas! It wasn't that long ago when it happened. He had his men set up all around the embassy, disguised as the staff. But, unluckily for his plans, Libertas had somehow caught wind of what was happening and sent their grunts to flush out the placements. Now, thanks to that incident, Loyas knew he was making his move and raised the amount of guards at the embassy.

Meanwhile, with Master Joan. ... Well, nothing to see here. Just Joan infecting some poor soul who had wandered to close to the dimensional breach he had came through. Now, if you will excuse him, he has things to do and it is rather rude to stare at someone who is eating.

The heels of brown combat boots quietly tapped on the pavement as a girl walked by, the hood of her fluffy black cotton jacket pulled up over her head as shockingly blue eyes scanned the area around her in disgust. The Libertas troops scoured the area like a pack of wolves, keeping everyone in check and in silence. They think they own the place, the dirty wankers. The dark haired woman was obviously unamused, if not annoyed, by their presence rather than fearing them as the rest of the citizens.

The British woman entered a club, a frequented one at that. Not because she herself liked the cigarette smoke filled cavern of a place, but because she often met other rebels around here to discuss their next move. As usual, she was first to the place, clicking her tongue in distaste as she took a table at the very back of the club to await her companion's arrival. "Couldn't they have chosen somewhere that didnt reek of shoddy fags* and desperation?" She mumbled under her breath to no one other than herself.

@deathsong12

*'fags' in Britain are cigarettes.

In outpost aetius, Fade was lying on a worn out couch trying to drown out the sounds of the arguing rebel members currently vying for leadership at the table in the centre of the briefing room.
Fade eyed around the room at the rebels and there were a lot more younger members than he'd remembered, even some quite a bit greener than him. They'd lost a few of the veterans when "X" had left which created a rift that may tear them apart right here and now. He was tempted to go to the rendezvous point that the remaining vets had agreed upon. Fade shook his head to himself, "far too much effort." And tried to go back to sleep.

Loyas adjusted his blue sunglasses and looked around the meeting room. He had come here expecting to meet with some so called "rebels," but all he found was a shady man who claimed to have owned the club and pointed him here, shady staff, and multiple druggies huddled in the booths of the club. Nothing like what he had expected to see for a place that had a rather good reputation. If it wasn't for the fact that he was curious about the offer he was given a day earlier, he wouldn't be here. He checked the clock, noticing it was around 3:30.

Where the hell were the people he was suppose to meet? It had been fifteen minutes beyond the time they were suppose to be here. Loyas had come all the way out here and disguised himself, and what does he get in return? A late meeting? He liked it, actually!

During his time in NOVA, they had a strict policy of everyone must be there an hour early. At least these people were not as strict as NOVA and were willing to be late. Loyas quietly laughed to himself. "This universe holds quite a strange species indeed, I really must come back here someday after this is over..." He said to himself.

The blue eyes glanced up as she noticed a man enter before her, cocking her thin brow in slight interest. The woman walked up behind him in her quiet way, lightly tapping him on the shoulder in her playful way, a small grin playing on her coral tinted lips. Well, ello there. I don't quite recognise you, but you fit the description I was texted." The woman pushed off her hood to reveal her soft featured face, she then holding out a hand casually to the man.

"Patty Longeharte. Pleasure to meet you." The dark haired woman, now known as Patty, gave a cheeky grin to the man as her other hand rested on her hip in a calm and relaxed manner. "If you are wondering where the others are, I apologize. They always keep me waiting. You best just sit back and wait. No telling when they'll show up, they aren't much for first impressions." With that, she fell back into a chair and crossed one black jean-clad leg neatly over the other.

Loyas turned around and looked at the woman before him, raising a brow for a moment when he saw her face. "Likewise!" Loyas took her hand and shook it before he gave his most gentle and warm smile that he could manage. "I'm..." He thought for a moment before the name of his father appeared.

"Kaign! Also, it's quite alright, I'm sure I can manage to wait."

"Having issues remembering your own name, love?" The woman laughed quietly into her own palm at his hesitation, before leaning her chin into the same hand now propped up on the table beside her. "It's perfectly alright if you don't wish to tell me your real name, but don't lie, dear. It's much simpler when you don't have to cut through the bollocks as they say." Patty gave a warm smile, though she had basically just called out the man. The dark haired woman showed no signs of aggression or even being feisty, in fact she still outwardly appeared completely friendly and joyful. However, Patty didn't trust this guy in the slightest, just as much as he didn't trust her. The atmosphere was almost crackling around them with their distrust for one another as Patty spoke up again. "Ol' Chap, are you going to stand there until oblivion? Might as well relax if you are hanging about here, wouldn't you say?"

Loyas continued to smile, ignoring the fact she called him out for using a name that was not of his own. "Alright." He set moved to the chair behind him and pulled it out from under the table, sitting in it. Meanwhile, with Nate, he had finally found his pack of cigarettes and started to head towards the meeting room with. He retrieved one of the cigarettes and pulled out his lighter before he place the cigarette in his mouth.

He looked around one last time as he reached the meeting doors before lighting the cigarette and entering. "Hello to you both." He said as he closed the doors behind him and moved to the head(The chair near the door.) of the table and sat down in a chair that was already pulled out. "Welcome to Club Infinity." For someone who seemed to starve himself, he seemed rather lively!

Nate looked at the two people in front of him, the Jalosian and a woman, presumably one of the many rebels that frequented his club. For the Jalosian, he took note of what seemed like white dye or possibly a gray hair, he can't really tell at this distance. For the woman, he took note of her features. He then took in the atmosphere of the room and the postures of the other two. "I'm Nate Ver Sbratsis, it is a pleasure to meet you both."

Loyas just simply smiled and waved. He would talk, but something about this man seemed... off. Especially his name, it sounded rather familiar. Just not in the way of the person that owns the club but much, much more. That was just most likely him being paranoid, however.

The sharp blue eyes shot to Loyas silently, as if expecting him to give the sane fake name again. Instead, she was presented with silence and a plastic grin. This new guy, Nate, certainly didn't seem to be the one you'd toss your name around with so she could understand the hesitation. However, Patty had no care who knew her name. They couldn't get much from her anyway.

"Patty. Patty Longeharte." She stated matter-of-factly in a sweet, charming voice as usual. For now, she would prefer to stay on his good side. "Introductions aside, may I ask why you are joining this meeting in particular? Just curious really." Patty uncrossed her legs and leaned forward on the meeting table, her short black hair falling forward over her loose shoulders.

"Vinur minn, it is quite simple, really! I have been invited, quite similar as our Jalosian friend over there." Nate said with as much of a friendly tone as he could muster as he gestured to Loyas. "For what reason, I do not know exactly. I do believe, however, that there may be more then just three factions joining us here for the meeting."

Nate shrugged and placed his arms on the table, smiling. "If you do not mind me asking, are you the one that is holding the meeting here, miss Longharte?" Meanwhile, Loyas furrowed his brow while trying to think of what was so familiar with Nate's name. Soon, he gave up and sighed, adjusting his sunglasses again. A single thought running through his mind.

"These people really need to get seats that can handle Jalosian legs, it feels like I'm trying to ride a unicycle made of wood with splinters that keep sticking in my leg... "

"Afraid not." The dark haired woman replied simply, leaning back into her chair with some thought. A Jalosian and a club owner. How peculiar... Who did summon us? Hopefully no one mad... Patty glanced to the door with mild curiosity, as if expecting the one to arrange the meeting to waltz on in, right on cue. Her eyes darted back to Nate, recalling what he had said. Wait... More than three factions? Something's off here. How would he know something like that unless he was involved? The woman kept her suspicions to herself, plush coral lips pressed tight into a slight purse. She would definitely keep an eye on this Nate.

Patty turned her eyes back to the Jalosian, who seemed uncomfortable with the sitting arrangement. The chairs weren't the softest things, but they were decent for a human. "I would stand before my bum fell off." She said with sweet sarcasm, smiling through her words.

"Aw, how sweet of you for worrying." Loyas chuckled as he said this, standing up. "But seriously now, Nate. You need to get chairs that can have both races sitting on them with comfort." Nate smiled before placing a hand under his chin, keeping his head propped up.

"I am quite aware, I've been requesting chairs that can support Jalosians and humans. The problem is I've put in that order a day right before Libertas decided to make our 'great' city a police state." The sarcasm was practically a water fall when he said the word great during that sentence.

Upon waking from his "power nap", as he calls them, Fade was greeted to the same heated debate that currently plagued the Outpost. Fade stood up and sighed, "how riveting." Although sarcasm was emanating from him something was off, or not off but different. Slowly the dishevelled man scanned across the room looking for what bothered him and it wasn't long before a look of shock tried to appear on his face but well, he had just woken up so it was far too early to get emotional.

Fade walked to the exit eyeing the room of shouting rebels a last time. As he stepped out and closed the door behind and made his way outside, he was wondering why Zevrox wasn't there. Though he couldn't care about this little power struggle of theirs, he would usually pop in and out or something. The man knew when things would be taken too far somehow even with not being there. It unnerved the yawning Fade.

Zevrox sighed and flipped a coin. How long were those fools going at it? By now, he would guess it is the sixth hour of that argument today. He sighed again and looked around the training yard. He wondered how long they had to rebuild their numbers before the day Libertas would find them out here.

He shrugged and smiled before laying down, looking up at the sky. Honestly, he wishes he was a crow. "Crows are cool..." Zevrox chuckled before he went back to flipping his coin and watching the clouds pass by. Maybe some day, he can find a way to become a crow, but for now there is a war to finish.

The incessant glare from the overcast sky caused Fade to cover his eyes, he'd been inside a bit too long. Hate to think how those guys fighting inside will feel. With squinting eyes he could make out a few recruits in the training yard, not as many as we'll need, Fade's expression visibly soured something that didn't happen often. He sighed again, "today is such a downer." before scoffing. The recruits were being taught CQC by the jug head instructors which is good, he guessed.

He could also make out someone else across the way, "Zevrox?" Wondering if he was out here overseeing their training or just brooding. Fade shook his head and made his way over. With his hands in his pockets Fade stood behind the man, "Sir." Although there was slight sarcasm in the term he was wholly truthful. Zevrox was always someone who could get stuff done and the feats he had achieved against Libertas so far was admirable.

"Hmm?" Zevrox tilted his head upwards, looking at Fade. "What can I do for you?" He proceeded to stand up and turn towards the other man before he raised a brow as he adjusted his shirt. Meanwhile, in his mind, he was still having that crow thought despite what he thinks is a serious situation going on outside of his mind.

Fade could see that the man wasn't entirely there, his eyes stared right through Fade, clearly thinking of other things. "You seem rather calm for someone sitting on top of a rebellion. Are you that sure this whole thing will go off without a hitch? The forces are split." Fade stared stone faced at the vacant leader.

"Honestly? All we need to do right now is recruit people. Speaking of which, I need someone to head into Excidium for a special task. Feel up to it?" Zevrox raised a brow as he placed his hands into the pockets of his jeans.

Meanwhile, with Master Joan, he had added more recruits to the Joan army. At the rate he was going, he would probably have more than enough Joans to take over at least two streets. But, for now, he would need to send his units out into places to infect more people with themselves.

"Nehh? Why don't you ever ask me, huh, Zevrox?"

Seemingly out of nowhere, a small child-like person appeared beside the two, blonde messy locks in their face. They wore a heavy black jacket with gold lining that looked too big for their small frame, the fur lining of the hood tickling their cheeks. Contrarily, under the jacket they simply wore black stretch pants and black sneakers, both tight to their form. But even still, the gender of the teen was impossible to determine.

"I'm strong enough to handle it too, you know?" Asael whined in an infantile way, their voice cute to match their appearance. However, something was off with this kid... Something unnatural, dark even, as they lightly poked Zevrox's arm with a pout and completely ignored Fade for the moment. Eventually, the big hazel eyes trailed to the other man with a huff from the 'child.' "Why is he better for the job?"

"Well, unlike you, he doesn't stick out too much. That and where the job is going, it would require you being at least over twenty one. As for why I don't ask you, it's simply because I prefer to have you around the outpost unless I'm going to Excidium or some other place." Zevrox snorted as he turned to face Asael.

"Now run along and go do... uh... whatever it is you do."
