Appearance -
T'challa is a somewhat tall (6'1") man of Summer Island descent. He is characterized by his unusual vertical cat-like pupils and impressive physique, not unlike the animal his tribal clan are named for. T'challa's overall physicality is lean but solid with definition similar that of someone who regularly engages in rigorous exercise.

As the Black Panther, T'challa appears in a formal vibranium weaved suit of sorts bearing resemblance to the animal he's named after. The grain of his suit appears to have a kente pattern-like design. A signifying touch of Islander pride.

His suit is invariably black, with silver, sometimes gold outer trimming. His overall appearance is meant to convey the presence of a sleek but intimidating looking predator.



Biography:
Prince T'challa, known as the Black Panther of The Summer Islands, is the son of the late king T'chaka and the older brother of the late princess Shuri( also deceased). He is engaged to high priestess Ororo Munroe, the witch of storms as she's known amongst the people of the isles. T'challa is known for being an accomplished warrior in addition to being a scholar and a prolific explorer, having set foot on the continents of Marvelos, Essos and Sothoryos respectively, "making the rounds" so to speak if tales about his exploits are to be believed.

Although he had a bit of a reputation as a layabout prince unconcerned with noblesse oblige early on, the deeply troubling events that transpired between Sir Cain Marko(the juggernaut) and his sister Shuri, spurred him to become more serious in his duties as heir. It goes without saying, he bears a heavy grudge against the Juggernaut and his handlers, House Hydra who enabled the formers act of brutality against his sister and her children.

T'challa has since been biding his time for the opportunity to avenge his father and his sister, as well as procure land for his growing empire.

I'll rescind my stake on Bucky and just go with Steve, then. But also probably Clint for SHIELD. HMMM. Struck with inspiration! So, yeah, I'll go with Steve first and foremost and potentially Clint Barton afterwards.

I do hope you have room for more because this is right up my alley. Question though, are the Lords/Ladies/Priests of the homes up for grabs in terms of characters, or should we do our own? If the former, I'd like to express my interest in Emma Frost or Gwen Stacey, but I won't lay claim without a sheet.

I'll likely have some questions and concerns regarding a few things.

How much would it take to convince someone to play Carol Danvers and mesh both Civil War story lines down the road? ;D It's a tentative idea, but I think it would be interesting how something like that would fit in this setting.

For all the time line differences concerning some of the characters like Steve-o here is it safe to say that can twisted up and such for the sake of convenience? I'm thinking of ideas for his whole 'coming into Cap' thing and translating that into this setting atm. I should be finished with him tonight tho and will gladly change things to accommodate whatever CS is eventually official, so to speak. ;o But for now, I just used and slightly modified Viciers, if that's alright. (It's slightly hard to find a picture of blonde Chris that's not too intensely modern ;3; forgive me for that)

I do want to have a character connected with the house of stark, definitely. 100% sure want one in that house. *eyes one of the king/queen or Rhodes* Or could always take that new iron teenage girl from the recent comic as a character. I cannot decied. Wanted to see how those character first fill up before picking one to fill the missing roles.

And the third house I wanna have someone is hydra. Because its fun being evil. Having the same internal wondering which one to pick. Or maybe make one...

Oh, might I suggest Iron Spider Mary Jane? Can potentially fluctuate between Spidey house and House Stark.

Obviously would require some work translating the suit into a medieval-verse. But when you're talking about Tony, anything's possible.

Think we may have to wait for the GM to approve of all these things. As I stated, I was interested in playing Gwendolyn Stacey..so bare that in mind too.

All featured characters are up for grabs so long as they haven't been taken or reserved. You can have more than three, but less than 5. This is meant to be a large game theoretically, so have at it. In terms of what's more important for the sake of the game, I'd say I have a personal preference for canons, because they're the characters that influence the overall direction of the story. This being ASOFAI-based, you should know that even POV characters can be divested from the game.

1. Yeah...I think? In this setting, a lot of the magic comes directly from reading, among other means.

2. Probably...? I know in the books they're forbidden from studying, but we're not exactly a 100% retelling of the books. By the way, original characters can only support another house or do the solo thing, they can't "win" anything, but they have much to lose, so bear that in mind.

@ Most likely tomorrow if not tonight. I'm not much of a stickler for regulating character behavior , I'd rather give people a rough outline of what's acceptable and let them come to their own understanding of how the universe works.
