It is the year 2018. New discoveries have led to finding portals to other dimensions. When they were breached dark creatures were released into this univesrse, causing chaos and sickness. There our story begins

You have just turned 13 and discovered a strange crystal in your yard. This chrystal gave you the power to control the portals and gave you a few other abilities. You must fight these dark creatures and find their master in the first chapter of this story

As I was sitting on my back porch pondering I thought "Well I will never miss the bus again with this ability.." as the thought faded though I was a bit sad. Normally I feel as though I can find the bright side of situations. Why not this though? I am a freak aren't I? My Parents can't seem to understand what is going on with me. They think it has to do with this new dimension travel and side effects the rest of the world was falling ill too. Without even another thought I ended up in the tree in our back yard. "Well, this also takes away the worry of running from my bullies at school...guess it all can't be bad then huh?"

"Woo-hoo!" Josh yelled flying over the roof tops. Looking over the neighborhood as a dragon had been one of his dreams since he was little . He spotted someone suddenly appear in a tree. what in the world?!he thought. He quickly swooped low, turned into a crow, and landed on branch next to him.

Whoa! How freaking neat a little birdy! "Well aren't you just the coolest little guy this side of the horizon?!" He examined it for a bit and then looked about the immediate area to see if any other crows were about. I wonder if these guys fly with others, and if so where were his/her friends.

Josh cocked his head at the boy, he seemed to be about 13. He seemed to have teleported he eyed the stone in his pocket. there are others! he thought. Josh then turned into a small green dragon and climbed further up the tree

WHAT ON EARTH?!?! My eyes followed the dragon up the tree. Did that crow touch one of those crystals too? That was a dumb thought. I struck the thought from my mind and looked up. Could it be? Another child had gained some kind of shape shifting. As my mind became frantic my power acted up again and shot me up to the top of the tree. Wobbling back and forth I luckily fell on my butt and sat controlling my breath for a second. Looking around for the little dragon I hollered at it,"Are you like me?" Then lowering my voice realizing I must sound crazy I said in a lower tone, "Just like me?"

Josh became human again. "I'm not just like you I can shapeshift but I did find a similar crystal and it gave me powers said josh. He held up the glowing green crystal.

Like usual he was sitting at his room in the orphanage looking out of the window. He saw a person who was around 13 waiting in the bus stop. The other moment Salteer noticed a green dragon climbing up a tree! He thought to himself Is that a dragon? I'm going to go check! he quickly ran outside of the building and hid behind a car.

He looked and saw two guys sitting on top of the tree holding crystals like the one that he had. He ran across the street, almost getting hit by a car. As he got to the tree he quickly asked: "You guys found a crystal as well?" holding up his orange crystal.

Nearly fell over again as the little dragon became human. "Well I will be a monkey's uncle!?! That is the radest thing I have ever seen...since...EVER!!" I pulled out my chrystal to show that I had one too. "Mine let's me...I dunno...move around quick I guess." I focused hard and touched the tree. When he did he shot a bit too far and ended up in the road. "Oops...a bit of an overshot I guess," I said to myself as I made my way back to the tree.
I saw the other young boy holding up his now ,"Well I guess all the cool kids are getting them now huh"

"This is certainly interesting, I wonder how many people have them" Josh said. He quickly became a bird, flew to the ground, and became human again. "I almost forgot my name is Josh and I can shapeshift. What's your name and power?" Josh said as he looked at the other two

"Nice to meet ya Josh, my name is Chance and uhh, I guess I can touch stuff and "teleport" through it, not quite sure just yet." As I trailed off I really thought about my power for a second. What exactly can I do now? I mean it is like teleportation. However, I swear it feels like I move inside objects as I travel. This is so weird.

I was wide eyed staring at Salteer. First we have super sweet transformer boy and now a gawd dang Ninja!?"Well Salty, if I can call you that, it is a pleasure slash terrifying to meet you." Patting Salteer on the shoulder while laughing. "With Ninja training behind you how did the chrystal enhance you? Can you make ninja blades shoot from your hands or something?" I asked like a real ignorant moron.

"I assume it has something to do with this weird dimensional stuff going on nowadays, or so my parents tell me." responding to Salteer. So many questions arise about these crystals. Why they exist? Who gave them to us? Did someone even give them to us? Only time will tell I guess. However, I now have two others that share the same destiny as me, so it can't all be bad.
