The Lursi have evolved long hairs that resemble worms to lure in prey. The Grint have evolved eyes, and have increased in population. The Korr have evolved longer, thicker bases.
To reach their preferred prey's sap-covered tops, the Erko have increased in size with evolution. Simultaneously, the Grint have evolved short legs to steer them in the water and forage on the sea floor for food. Their newfound evolutionary superiority has extincted the Lursi, their sole predator.
Also, don't I have three points now? If that's the case I'd like to request another aquatic lifeform that splinters off from the grint so they can evolve separately. We'll call it... a Sent?
The Grint have evolved into a new species, the Grintep, an amphibious species of herbivore. Their legless Grint cousins have evolved into an entirely new species as well, the Sent, a solely aquatic species. Meanwhile, an outside force has altered the planet's ecosystem by removing a faraway species of carnivorous mammal.
The Grintep have grown larger, and have evolved poison glands in their saliva. With their natural predator having been removed, the Pultha have increased their population and spread globally.
The Korr have evolved a firmer base, with a small sap-filled pocket to lure in and ensnare prey. Additionally, their spores are now lighter and travel further through the air.
The grass has evolved further, now taking more complex forms such as trees, reeds, and flowers. The thicker atmosphere has allowed some creatures heavier than insects to evolve flight. The thicker atmosphere has also made the Erko less susceptible to moisture, and has made them amphibious.
The Sent have evolved rigid spines along their back to help maneuver through currents.
The Pultha have become smaller through evolution, and travel in denser swarms to consume larger prey such as Grintep and young Erko.
The Grintep have evolved thicker skin and tough, calcified beaks to eat bark. Additionally, the Grintep now communicate through clicking their beaks.
