Name:
Alexandra Bell
Appearance:
About 5' 8", weighing in around 118 pounds. Straw-blonde hair, usually up in a messy sort-of bun with her bangs hanging free on either side of her face. Generally likes wearing jeans, her
favorite pair of boots, sometimes a ballcap, and a t-shirt of a variety of non-specific designs- sort of as you see in the image.
Personality:
Careful - Friendly - Intelligent
A little reserved, though she does enjoy putting in her two cents and being listened to. She has a habit of being wary at first, until someone shows some effort, and then makes her own effort to try and open up and welcome them to her. She's sort of easily trusting, after a certain easily-attainable point, but if she's sharp and intelligent- if she starts sensing something wrong, she begins closing up and getting suspicious.
Friendly enough herself, and if she thinks you're a friend, she'll probably hug you plenty (hint hint: enjoys cuddling with whoever's comfiest). She's generally a more serious-minded girl, though she'll laugh along at any joke and maybe crack on here and there. Not genius-smart, but she's one of the smarter ones in her already small class.
Likes:
- Def. Cuddles
- All dogs, but she loves fluffy ones the most (read: Corgis, saint bernard, huskies, and preferably one she can cuddle)
- Cute fluffy animals in general. Likes most cats, but not hairless cats or the aloof/superior-looking cats
- Cookies and cake
- Shiny blue things- she loves sapphires, and wears a sapphire necklace from her 12th birthday by her father every day.
- Her boots. Loves her boots, and gets a new pair every time she needs to of the exact same kind. She'll wear the same pair every day of her life if she can help it.
- Critical thinking, regardless of what it is- having a meaningful conversation about something is always better than gossip or the like.
- Being a blanket burrito on a stormy day.
- Stories. She loves being told stories, especially around a campfire or when she's about to go to sleep. The ones with dragons are the best!
- Running. Just in general. Sometimes she'll just yell "Race ya!" and shoot off into a sprint. She can gain speed quick, and keep it there for quite a while- she's a natural runner, and does it a bunch.
- Clouds and overcast.
Dislikes:
- Gossip. Just like no D:
- R00dness. Seriously, people need to stop with the attitude; what's the point in talking back to the teacher when you're in the wrong?
- Hairless or aloof cats. If she likes a cat, it's because the cat is fluffy and friendly.
- Carrots. She can't stand them.
- Football- the only thing that's not annoying about it, to her, is the slight amusement she gets whenever she watches the big bad footballers go at it like savages for a minute, and then a whistle blows and they're all normal and tame again.
- Those days that don't have a cloud in sight- she loves clouds! Even complete overcast.
Hobbies:
- Running. For fun. Just because.
- Cosplaying as a burrito, with blankets.
- Reading and/or just thinking
- Doing something with friends [even if it doesn't happen as often as the above three :c]
- Doodling in her little notepad that she carries around everywhere. She sketches everything from book or game characters to whatever's right in front of her.
Background: Peaceful and content, in short.
Alexandra Bell grew up in the usual sort of middle-class white family home, where the father brings in a decent paycheck to keep everything going and then some, and the mother stays home and does all the work there. As an only child, she was the only one that had her parents focus- and unlike some other families, her parents were rather warm, supportive, and easy-going. Combined with her sharp intellect and her very own inherited easy going nature, they all got along very well, and Alexandra made sure all her work was done good and well.
She hung out with friends, stayed under the radar enough to remain unnoticed, but not so under the radar that no one knew her or liked her. Keeping to herself except to those who made an effort to talk to her gained herself a small group of friends, and with school and everything going all right and okay, she's content and happy. She doesn't want or need much, and she's fine with the course that she's currently on.
