Micah stands at 5’6” with long legs and a slender frame. She has dark brown/black wavy hair that reaches just below her shoulders and fair skin. Light freckles speckle across the bridge of her nose and her rosy cheeks. Her hazel eyes are a beautiful myriad of green, blue, and brown.

Micah is a very kind person who doesn’t hesitate to help those in need. However, she tends to be taken advantage of due to her trusting nature. She finds it hard to make good judgements when it comes to people. She is an intelligent young woman, but she is more book smart than she is street smart. It’s hard for her to approach people because of her shyness and timidness. Micah is rather soft-spoken and finds it hard to express herself openly and freely. The only time she finds she can truly express herself is through her writing.

Bio:

Micah grew up as the only child in a lower middle-class family. Her life was sweet and simple until her parents’ relationship started falling apart. Her parents were like a modern day Romeo and Juliet: completely smitten, but too young when they got married. It started off as little arguments here and there, but soon escalated until they were practically fighting on a daily basis. They finally decided to get a divorce when Micah was fourteen. She still partially blames herself for their divorce, even though those around her have tried to convince otherwise. Her parents shared custody over her, and it was decided that she would live with her mom but stay at her dad’s on the weekends.

Books became her only solace in life as they were her only escape when her parents were constantly fighting and in the midst of their divorce. Micah also found it hard to make friends due to her timid nature. After graduating high school, she decided to pursue a career as a librarian because of her love for books. However, she isn’t sure if it is what she wants to be doing for the rest of her life. She has always loved writing, but doesn’t think she’s talented enough to become a full-fledged writer.

Now that Micah’s reached her mid-twenties and has a stable career, she’s thinks it’s probably time for her to settle down. Witnessing her own parents’ marriage fall apart, she has become a little hesitant towards the idea of marriage. She isn’t opposed to the idea of love, but is unsure how to go about finding her perfect match. That’s why she’s decided to leave the decision up to the experts in hopes that her marriage won’t fall apart like her parents’ did.

Jillian "Jill" Maxwell

Age: 19 years young!

Personality: Jill has always been the typical bubbly, outgoing, and friendly girl, not to mention an athletic enthusiast and fashionista, making it a goal since her childhood to make as many friends as possible. Though she was always considered part of 'the popular crowd', she never stayed too attached to her cliches, making friends with anyone no matter how diverse. She's not the sharpest knife in the drawer, but what she lacks in brains, she makes up for in personality and spontaneity.

Bio: Jill had always assumed she would marry her high school sweetheart, Josh, who was captain of the Rugby team, quarterback to the football team, and charming prince of her dreams. It was only shortly after she graduated high school that Josh had displayed emotionally abusive behaviour, calling Jill names and telling her 'she wasn't trying hard enough to make him happy'. Anything to put her down. It was a vicious cycle of empty apologies and fake promises that left Jill isolated from her friends and family, and sent her into a depression that lasted nearly a year. By then, Josh had found a job to support both him and his girlfriend, forcing Jill to stay at home to do chores. After she was finished with her daily to-do list, Jill had scheduled weekly meetings with a psychologist that took place when Josh was at work, helping her with her depression and giving her the strength to see past the muscles and charming smile, and leave her controlling boyfriend.
Jill felt free for the first time in a long time.
Upon hearing what she had done, Jill's parents were furious with her for leaving her 'perfect' boyfriend for what they thought was a pathetic excuse to leave a 'healthy' relationship. Jill was distressed by this and upon hearing about the wedding experiments, decided that she would give it a go, both as a way to rebel against her parents and a way to find, if not love, friendship after being isolated for so long.

Name: Victor Harlow
Age: 23
Personality: Victor is very prideful, yet surprisingly patient and understanding. Due to his wealthy upbringing he is well-mannered and quite formal. He’s known for being quite lazy. Victor is materialistic and vain, expecting only the best of himself and others. He comes off as quite petty and self-centered, and while it’s true that he can be quite shallow, he can be very kind as well.
Likes: quiet evenings in, his mansions and cars, hiking, smoking, cats, nature
Dislikes: large crowds, complainers, nosiness, cities
Sexuality: Straight
Bio: Victor was raised primarily by his grandfather John Harlow, a billionaire entertainment entrepreneur. His mother, Jennifer Harlow, had a very bad relationship with her father and raised Victor on her own until he was four. She died suddenly in a car accident along with her boyfriend, and his grandfather adopted him, swearing to finally do right by his daughter. Unfortunately, John wasn’t terribly good with children and quickly resorted to hiring nannies to care for the boy most of the time. He grew up with few truly close emotional relationships, and no role model for what love looked like. Victor has dated many women, but none of the relationships went very far. He ultimately decided to take part in the marriage experiment partly for the publicity (he's a bit of a celebrity, after all), but mostly to see if the experts could find "the one" for him... of if she exists at all.

Name: Antonio "Tony" Martinez
Age: 27
Personality: Tony is a generally even-tempered man. He doesn't care for dramatic or toxic people, and is quick to cut ties with people he thinks fit that description. He's known for being distant, and isn't usually keen on showing his emotions. He truly enjoys helping others and giving advice, but is easily frustrated by people who don't help themselves or who ignore his advice. Tony is colorblind, and is known for having no fashion sense whatsoever. He's very level-headed, and it takes a lot to stress him out or really upset him.
Likes: drinking, baking, jogging, animals (he volunteers at a local animal shelter), eating healthy, girls with glasses (cute!), watching TV, movies (especially horror)

Sexuality: Bisexual but generally prefers women
Bio: Tony grew up in Brooklyn and East Harlem, being bounced between his mother and father after a messy divorce when he was very young. He ran away from home many times as a young teen, and was eventually on a first-name basis with the local law enforcement. His mother moved back to her family home in Osaka almost immediately after Tony turned 18, and he hasn't heard from her since then. He started working as a busboy at a restaurant bar in the Upper East Side when he was 16, became a waiter at 18, and at 21 became a bartender there. Since then the owner has purchased more bars and made Tony the head manager of the original restaurant, which has since become one of the most popular hangouts in the Upper East Side. He owns a modest apartment nearby, and owns a little black dog named Hugo.
Tony has had many turbulent relationships in his past, and has nearly given up on dating and love altogether. His friends actually dared him to join the marriage experiment, and he did it because he figured marriage experts might know something about his perfect match that he doesn't.

Appearance: Vincent stands around 5'10" and has a lightly muscled body. He has dark hair, somewhere along black to dark brown hair, and ocean blue eyes. A soft smile is almost always present on his mouth. He often brings his headphones around with him.

Age: 21

Personality: Vincent is an outgoing person, often striking up conversations with strangers that he feels he can interact with. He's the type of person who can see the good in someone, even if it's almost non-existent. He tends to be understanding and accepting of others. You may be rude but somewhere down there, you really care, that's what he sees. He even tries to strive to understand even the most horrible of people. While he has a whole array of friends, there are only a few who he trusts, those people he can truly call his friends.

He may be kind and helpful, but even those kind of people have their limits. When someone even tries to harm his friends, he can go ballistic. He can harm you physically, rarely emotionally. He almost never forgives these people unless he sees that they have truly reformed, but even then, he is a bit skeptical about them and keeps his guard up. He is also honest to the point where he rarely tells any lies and tends to not sugarcoat the truth.

Bio: Vincent was born and raised in Japan, making him fluent in both Japanese and English. His life was normal, really. His parents loved him greatly and he had a little sister to boot. However, he did land a job at the mere age of 14. He often tries his hand on voice acting and would audition for younger roles in anime. Despite the initial failure, attempt after attempt, Vincent finally managed to get a role. It was only a minor role but it was there nonetheless. People had begun taking notice on the talented young boy and he began getting job after job.

Balancing this with highchool surely was a challenge for him but he managed to finish it. However, he could not advance to college. It was not a financial problem, it was only a problem of time. So he resolved to see this voice acting career through, to lessen the burden on his parents for paying for his little sister's fortune of a tuition since she was enrolled in a prestigious school. She had moved on to college when Vincent had heard about this marriage experiment. Apparently, his parents thought it might be a good idea for him to meet someone he likes. While he was reluctant at first, he felt that this might be a good opportunity to meet new friends, true friends. Putting his voice acting career on hold for a short while, he applied for the experiment.

Personality: A caring, honest, and genuinely sweet girl with a soft voice to match. She mostly keeps to herself, being as shy as she is, though she is fearless and never turns down invitations to social activities or even a fight to defend those she cares about, despite her distaste for fighting and violence.

Would never ever pick a fight, but wouldn't ever back down from one if someone she cared about was being hurt.

Upon bringing it up with her girlfriend, Cassandra decided to get into it under the consent of Duniva. Perhaps she would be married off to either a sweet guy or girl. Or possibly a jerk. Under any circumstances, Cassandra knew she would more than be able to handle it and awaited the results effervescently.
