Bio: Victoria always seemed dark and mysterious. She is your typical "emo" teen. Victoria wears a lot of black clothing and will rarely ever be seen without her dark eyeliner around her bright blue eyes. She also listens to a lot of alternative and metal music. It isn't easy to get close to Victoria. She likes to keep to herself and barely even has a relationship with her family. She's shy and not much for conversation. Due to this, Victoria is often viewed as rude and most people stay away from her. just like she would prefer.

History: Most of Victoria's life was uneventful. She kept to herself and pushed other people out. One day, however, her parents forced her to go to a fancy dinner party with them for her father's work. She wasn't allowed to wear her eyeliner or anything black, in fact, they made her wear an elegant blue dress. Victoria was completely uncomfortable and wanted to be anywhere but there. At one point during the party, a man, the son of one of the guests at the party, harassed Victoria and demanded she dance and talk to him. Victoria started to feel overwhelmed, and different. She quickly slipped away to a bathroom to notice she was enveloped in shadows. Her letter came the next day..

Written Description: One of Raven's most distinguishable features is a scar across her left cheek. She also has a tattoo of her most prized dagger on her right wrist. She has more scars across her body from various battles and contracts.

Personality: Raven isn't the person you want a random visit from. She started as a thief, doing what she could to make some quick and easy gold, but eventually made her way to killing for her gold. She's known as "Violet Thorn". Violet for her features and thorn, well because if you're being visited by her you can expect a dagger to be involved.

Raven is smart, you need to be for her profession. She has to think on her feet and be able to plan out her contracts thoroughly. For an Assassin, she does have morals. (If that's really possible.) She tends not to take contracts with innocent people as the target unless the gold involved is too great to refuse. She's also quite charming. Raven has learned how to use her looks to her advantage. She's been called a flirt, however, to her it's just another way to manipulate people to get what she wants.

Now, all that being said, Raven is loyal to her party, friendly even. She's aware that with them, she can make much more gold and maybe have some good company while doing it.

Avery is thin and of, what she considers, average height. She stands at about 5'3 and weighs around 120 lbs. She normally leaves her long, thick burgundy hair down but occasionally fastens it into a braid. Avery often is seen wearing a sash that she uses to store her various potions, as well. Her most identifiable features are her pale yellow/green tattoos on her face and shoulders that compliment her piercing green eyes.

Profession: Alchemist

Personality: Avery is fierce and feisty. She stands her ground and seems to be fearful of none. Avery is a hunter at heart, which accounts for her serious stature. She's good at keeping her emotions in check and being logical, but deep down Avery is just a sweetheart. She cares about the well-being of others but isn't afraid to a put an arrow through someone who threatens her or her loved ones.

History: Avery grew up in the woods of Quath. From a young age, she was taught to survive off of the gifts of the land. Her mother taught Avery all kinds of different plants and their functions, while her father took her hunting.

As Avery got older, she became an effecient bow hunter, always making sure her family had food to eat. When she wasn't out hunting, Avery was studying how different ingredients reacted with each other, thus is why she makes a good alchemist.

About a year or two ago Avery moved to Burril. She grew tired of the hatred King Kierris was spreading. While Avery might not always seem the friendliest, she abhorred the way the King and his followers treated people. In her opinion, she, nor anyone else, is worse than another because of their race.

Eventually she caught wind of a rumor. The rumor said that the opposition was rising out of Burril, and if she wanted to join them that's where she should live. She said her goodbyes to her family, and went on her way to Burril. It was a rather exciting thing for her, leaving home and being "grown up". Once in Burril, Avery opened up a small Alchemy shop to keep her going. Her living quarters are above the shop; a small dining room, kitchen, and a tiny bedroom. It might not seem like much, but it works for her.

Backstory: Raven is a descendant of the Grimm family. Her line of the family, including herself, was born and raised in Citadel County, and saw no reason to leave. From a young age, Raven's parents trained her in magic. Her father specialized in offensive magic and her mother in healing. Raven had troubles with the offensive magic, and it became apparent early on that she would be a healer like her mother.

One thing that puts Raven apart from her parents is her opinion of the Briarwhites. Her parents only have disdain for them, nothing more and nothing less. Raven, however, doesn't see them as all bad. Yes, some are bad, but why label a whole group of people? She was sure that they had good in them.

Her drive to find the good in people, and help them find the good within themselves, is what pushed her to become a teacher. At 21, Raven is young for her profession. She was dedicated and got out of college early. Due to her family's presence in the county, landing a job was easy. Now Raven interacts with both Grimms and Briarwhites on a daily basis, helping them both achieve their full potential, academically that is.

Lilah is fairly tall, 5'8, and slender. She has bright red hair that falls to her bottom. She likes to wear it down, but depending on the situation she might put it up into a high ponytail. Her most distinguishable feature is a scar of about 4 inches in length that runs vertically over her left eye.

Profession: Thief

Personality: Lilah seems to be a friendly and sweet girl. She's all smiles and will always lend an ear if you just want someone to listen. This is mostly a facade, however. Now, on one hand, she does enjoy being around people but on the other, her sweetness is an act to catch people off guard. Lilah is a thief and relies on other people to survive, without their knowledge of course.

Lilah can be condescending and some might call her arrogant, but you'll only see this side of her if she has nothing to gain from you. She spent her life exploiting others and doesn't plan on stopping anytime soon.

Behind what people see and what they think, is a damaged girl. Lilah hasn't coped with her parents' death properly. And honestly, she's so used to being fake and wearing a mask that she doesn't even know who she is anymore.

History: Lilah's childhood was good. She lived with her two loving parents in Torit. Her father was an advisor to the King and her mother stayed home and raised Lilah. She had the beginnings of a good, normal life. Then the tragedy struck when Lilah was 15.

Her house was attacked in the middle of the night while Lilah and her parents were sleeping. Lilah was sleeping safe and sound when her mother's screams startled her awake. She quickly ran from her bedroom only to see her parents on their knees in the living room, surrounded by three bandits. The leader of the three had a large axe pointed at her father's neck. Her father's last words to her before he was beheaded was "Run Lilah!" Lilah obeyed her father's last command as her mother's frightened screams filled the small house.

One of the smaller bandits chased Lilah out. She managed to swipe her father's dagger from a table as she ran, but the man still got a grip on her wrist and spun Lilah around so she was facing him. She instinctively stabbed the man in his right shoulder, but before she could get away he managed cut her on her face, over her left eye. Lilah made it out alive, but still sports that scar to this day.

Lilah ran through town and knocked on one of the neighbor's doors until they woke up and answered the frightened girl. They were horrified to see young Lilah with a bloody gash on her face. Once they calmed Lilah down enough for her to tell them what happened, the Banek couple rushed to Lilah's house, only to find it in flames. The next day, Lilah received a letter from King Keirris expressing his sorrow at the news. In the letter, he told Lilah that the bandits worked for the opposition to him. He assured Lilah that she couldn't let her parent's death happen in vain and that there was always a place for her in his army if she so chose.

After that horrific night, Lilah lived with the neighbors that helped her for a few years. She wasn't the same, though, and hardly even spoke to the gracious couple. That's when Lilah began thieving. She felt the world owed her. They took her family and life away, so she would steal back. With this line of thinking, thievery was easy for her. Over time Lilah developed a strategy that worked for her; gain the trust of her victims. The sweeter and kinder she was, the less likely someone would notice or accuse her of her criminal actions.

Once she was 20, Lilah grew tired of living in Torit. Every day was a reminder of her parent's murder, and the grief swallowed her whole. So Lilah packed up her things, including her father's blade, and left for Burril.

Lilah has been in Burril for close to a year now. She actively supports the king and feels its about time to take him on his offer to join the army. She lives in a small house on the edge of Burril and thieves to make a living.
