I already have an idea about this, which is based around a low-security asylum. The RP is mostly based on the patients who wreck havoc on the Asylum grounds with little to no control from the guards. However, these inmates are not normal, at all. They all have peculiar powers that make them different from anyone else. They possess powers, be them physical abnormalities or physicic capabilities, and it's mostly the reason guards are affraid to treat with them and just let them be, only the doctors approaching to them. So, is any of you interested in this idea? With 5 or 6 persons, I'll set an OOC.
