@thundercrash Had to look up what happens if people get shot in the shoulder. Thankfully, the widely-televised shot-zone is safe--for the most part, haha. Stressful but fun situation you had me write there :)

Well, NPCs aren't out of the question. You guys are more than welcome to RP your own xD I did, with the Captain and other soldiers who'd been interrogating Raven. It's not necessarily a problem, just a slight hiccup along the way. ^-^

EDIT: And, maybe Neimh doesn't know Jackson was dishonorably charged. She could always go to him for help xD But if she does, and NPCs are out of the question.. yeah, she's screwed x)

@A Tattooed Girl Both characters need the go-ahead and I'll get a post up soon afterwards. Also, I know Gengar seems a bit over-the-top to begin, but I figured to compensate I could have him be very disobedient. That way, if he did fight, they would make a very poor team.

@A Tattooed Girl question because it hasn't been clearly established: when you say that our Pokemon can use any move, do you mean any move they can learn naturally, or any move they can learn period? TM's, breeding, tutoring?

@Thundercrash I'd say just naturally learned would be good, as well as breeding, unless you have a Regime character who has access to HMs and TMs. But civilians would not have that kind of access. Strictly government access/property

Okay, cool. Whst about moves that are available to evolutions? For example, there's a couple moves that Sneasel can't learn, but that it's Gen 4 evolution Weavile learns naturally. Since we're limited to Gen 3 and below, does that mean Sneasel flat out can't use those moves?

@Thundercrash Which move(s) would that be? I'd like to say no since it's 4th Gen but I'm gonna say go ahead and let it be, cause it's initially something it EVENTUALLY learns, just... not to my personal knowledge

Btw I think I'll have to wait on my post, unfortunately. Gives time for Smoke to post their first, and allows me to not post a crappy reply cause I am beat. Been up since early this morning and worked a 12 1/2 hour day. I'm gonna get to bed. I'm really sorry for causing yet another delay, guys. I just can hardly keep my eyes open right now..
