Summer. As a teenager it can be the greatest time of your life, or the worst, depending on who you spend it with (or who you don't in some cases). You've been invited to join a small group of friends (some more friendly than others) to spend the weekend at the beach house owned by the parents of one of your friends. He's assured everyone how much fun it will be. Three months of no parents, no responsibilities, and plenty of booze. Who can resist the beautiful home, and the more beautiful beach it rests against.



This is a more casual slice of life RP. I'll be looking for a small group of people, up to 7, trying to keep it split pretty evenly between boys and girls. Characters for this RP will be high school aged, so the 15 to 18 age range works fine. The house will have shared bedrooms, two to a room aside from the master bedroom (where the owners son will be staying himself, because rich kid and all that). The rooms will be only shared by same gender characters, at least at first anyway. There's not a lot planned for this, I just thought it'd be a fun way to have some RP time where not a ton of thought is required.



Some minor rules.

• Violence should be kept to a minimum. This isn't a major combat RP, no one should be busting out swords or something.
• While sex between characters is totally up to those characters, please keep it to PM. A simple 'heading to the bedroom' post is all that's necessary IC.
• This is a more reality based RP. When you fill out your CS, if you choose to use a picture for your appearance, please no anime.
• I can't believe I have to write this, but after trying this sort of thing out before, please no super powers or paranormal abilities.
• Try to be at least somewhat active. Sure maybe people can't post every day, but if you can't post at all one day, please let anyone know if their character is currently involved with yours somehow.
• No one line posts please. Multiple paragraphs aren't always needed, but at least one would be nice.

Below I've posted a template character sheet. If you'd like to go ahead and fill it out, that would be great. Otherwise I'm just looking for anyone interested here before I post an OOC thread where you could put a CS later on.

Here's the thread! Feel free to post a CS in the Characters section, not the OOC thread. I'll just have to start cutting off when we get filled up. Since I'm not looking for this to be super serious we're going to just be going on a first come first serve basis, up to the cut off of each gender.
