SUBJECT : History of Meta

This is a proposal for an unusual Super Powered RP and primarily because of it's deviation from the standard Fight Club style. This RP will focus on a Group of Meta Humans who have either grown tired of combat or never had the inclination to engage in such activities.

Starchild LTD. Is a privately held company founded by Jessica Robin Winchester 5 months ago using funds earned working for the International Space Agency to create a unique organization that seeks to employ people with Meta Talents in contracts that contain no aggressive use of power.

What does that mean?

Well it means that Starchild isn't a mercenary, law enforcement or security organization but instead is a group dedicated to the nonviolent use of their power in more positive aspects such as Construction, Rescue and Disaster Recovery. Sure like any good citizens if the members of Starchild witness a crime they may choose to intervene or not and in either case expect the support of it's members and corporate influence in maters public, private or legal.

They do not hunt criminals nor actively patrol with or support law enforcement as a member of Starchild. They do not engage in this as a group and any member who does must win a two thirds approval of the board to remain. If there are more than four votes on the subject of powers used in violence that member will be severed from connection with the corporation.

(Projects Ongoing, Completed or Planned

Payload delivery (ISA) Ongoing
This is the cornerstone of Starchild and the primary contract for it's founder.

In 72 Lifts Starchild has delivered 1209 metric tons of material along with 89 personnel delivered and 45 retrieved from the Station

Navigation and Flood Control
This is both a disaster prevention, mitigation and navigation on more than 6 rivers world wide to date with it's latest project the Yangtze river.

Project Evergreen
This project concerns the Amazon basin recovery effort and is an international cooperative backed by the Brazilian government. It employs two weather manipulation twins call sign "Fairy Circle" to help control erosion till the new forest's roots can stabilize the soil.

Next is team Fauna made up of Druid, Changling, Pack master and Pagan who monitor the animal populations and work rooting out invasive species.

And covering Botany is Dryad who's ability to speed up the growth of vegetation has proven invaluable.

There are a few other smaller projects but not much more due to the lack of personnel able to fill the positions.

How Starchild Limited works
Starchild is operated like a talent agency / guild.
All members have a vote in the operation and code enforcement of the Organization.

THE CODES
To be a member of SL you must be a Meta

You must pledge to not engage in active association with any agency that could result in the use of your talents for violence

All active members will surrender 35% minimum of their income to help support the legal, medical and administration. (Drifter donates 75% of her's)

Recognize that all members of Starchild are family and treat with respect your fellow Meta

Jesse (aka: Drifter) is the de facto leader of Starchild until someone else steps up.

Jesse is an outspoken proponent of Meta Rights who's words are often quoted out of context to paint her as a racist

Meta are Genetically superior to Homo Sapien and denial of this fact is folly and wishful thinking.

Meta will eventually be the common genetic position at birth rather than the exception; nature loves winners.

I could go on but both above statements are all really need be said about the issue and no mater what I say about my own feelings on the mater I will be judged as suffering from a superiority complex.

I believe we as Meta are better than our parent race and wonder why our parents treat us as if we were alien invaders; isn't the function of reproduction improvement on genetics? Don't most parents want their children to be better than them?

I don't believe I need to rush evolution to it's forgone conclusion so Homo Sapien needn't fear me as a conquer. It is their own Fears that paint me as a threat for I only react to attacks I do not instigate them. I am a pacifist in practice wishing to do noting more than my job and to eventually procreate but like any lifeform I will protect myself and my children and in that state prove a deadly foe.

The Twins are the one's I'd love to see someone write up, heck I'd write up one half of the twins an play a twin

Will each twin have control of part of the weather or will they both be able to individually control all types of weather?

It's an individual control over a small area (2 mile sphere) but joined together their power multiples 200 x

Oh and when they do it they meet in the center usually in the air then do like a Wonder Twin high five causing an aura like the northern lights to explode into an expanding circle in which the have absolute mastery over
