The mystery woman was expecting an answer from this young girl, but she didn't expect a sword to be placed at her throat. Looking upon the silver (and greatly finished) blade, her gaze trailed up to the Englishman looking upon her with a stone-cold glare. Hearing his order, she coolly let the medallion fall from her hand, as she raised both of them up halfway, and stepped away from Abigail's laying form, to her full height of five-foot, seven. "Abigail", she heard what appeared to be the governor exclaim, as he kneeled down to help the girl to her feet. "Are you alright?", he continued while wrapping his coat around her form to at least keep her warm from the cold water dripping from her damp self.

The Governor made sure Abigail was safe and warm, before his gaze caught the corset in the arms of the one of the guardsmen. The man's faced paled, and he put it down and pointed at this new roguish woman standing before them. The Governor looked right at her. "Shoot her."

"Governor!" Abilgail exclaimed. "Father." Elizabeth said behind them, striding forward and elbowing her way past the guards, keeping her father at heel. "Commodore Norrington. You don't expect me to believe you'd shoot her for saving my friend's life?" She eyed the Commodore.

Norrington's ire cooled somewhat, breathing through his nose as he looked this mystery woman up and down, measuring her. He sheathed his sword, and held out his hand. "I believe thanks are in order." he said, taking her hand in his. He did not shake however, and drew back her sleeve. "Had a brush with the East India Trading Company eh? Pirate." His last word was a cold, hard statement of fact.

Honestly, the mystery woman wasn't sure on what to do in the predicament she was in now: being surrounded by thousands of "red coats", plus their commander. Hearing the girl she just saved, and another who seems to be older and perhaps the daughter of the governor, protest against the roguish woman's fate, the brunette couldn't help but feel slightly amused of them actually sparing her.

But seeing that the Commodore sheath his sword, the mystery woman gave a nod of approval to the girls' defense, mouthing a 'thank you' to them. However, when she hesitantly took his hand in return, she knew that she was in trouble. Pirate. The word made her bite her bottom lip in defeat. Vane was going to kill her. But honestly, she doubted that he ever will.

"Keep your guns on her men. Gillet! Fetch some Irons." Commodore Norrington ordered, an iron grip still on the woman's arm. He pulled her sleeve back more to reveal her distinguishing tattoo. "Well well..." he said, letting her go for a moment and eyeing her dangerously. "Vivienne Black, isn't it?"

Behind him, a few of the men widened their eyes at the mention of the pirate's name. Gillet the Leutinent was making his way back as they spoke. Elizabeth seemed quite perturbed she was within the presence of a pirate, even if that one had saved Abigail's life, her friend.

As soon as Commodore Norrington spotted and exposed her other tattoo, the brunette inwardly rolled her eyes just before he let go of her wrist. At least he didn't say her real name. She let her hands descend from her previous position, so they were cooly at her side.

"That is my name, Commodore", she forced herself to say in a respectable manner. A sudden thought did come her mind. "Although it does make me wonder: how did you hear of me?", Vivienne half-teased, half-curiously asked. "Is it because I am a woman, who's name passes through the rumors?", she asked with a charming smile on her lips.

Commodore Norrington raised an eyebrow as he regarded her. "No doubt your gender has something to do with the stories that surround you. But it won't keep you from justice, nor the gallows." he told her. Norrington pulled her a small walk away to have the irons chained on her.

"Commodore, I cannot agree with this!" Abigail Ashe said as she scurried to follow. Gillett began to chain Vivienne up none too gently as the other men stood rigid, rifles hefted just in case. The young miss Ashe found herself just beside the pirate.

"Get away from there!" Elizabeth said to Abigail. The girl was not listening. "Pirate or not, she saved my life. Does that mean nothing to you, Commodore?"

"This woman has spent her life pillaging and murdering. One good deed does not make up for a lifetime of wickedness." The Commodore replied, sympathy in his eyes for the young woman.

Vivienne's smile faltered once she was dragged from her standing spot by an iron grip upon her arm. She kept herself quiet, but listened. Listened, and scanned her surroundings; it was perfect.

"Though it does seem enough to be condemned", she added as a matter-of-fact to the conversation between the Commodore and the girl she just rescued. Once she felt herself being restrained, they forgot to check one spot on her body. "Now we're getting somewhere", she recalled before smoothly revealing a small blade that was hidden in her bosum, and quickly grabbed Abigail before her, holding her at knifepoint with the blade resting on the side of the girl's neck.

Abigail might have been much too trusting with this pirate. She felt the cool blade along the tender skin of her neck, and everyone watching suddenly jumped in fright. Abigail squeaked in surprise. "No!" Elizabeth cried, reaching forward with eyes full of fear for her friend. The men raised their guns at Vivviene, but the Governor pipped in. "Don't shoot!" He cared for the girl, and what's more Lord Ashe might blame Port Royale for any harm that came to his daughter.

Vivienne kept the girl in her grip, with Abigail's back pressed against her front, along with the silver blade being pressed at her throat, in a position as if she was getting ready to slash her throat. "I knew you Englishmen would warm up to me", she recalled with a devious smile. "Commodore Norrington, now if you would, please? My effects?", the brunette called back in a respectful tone to the Commodore. She didn't wish to harm the girl, but to just prove a point. She did though recall something about this girl that was interesting: she cared about the pirate woman's fate. Interesting...

As they were starting to pass them her things, Vivienne, now holding the girl hostage, whispered to her, so she could only hear. "Your name's Abigail, isn't it?", she asked her in curiousity.

All eyes were on her now, not the least of which being Commodore Norrington's gaze that promised swift death if he ever got his hands on her. His stoic visaged turned to empathy however, recalling that his pride wasn't worth Abigail's life. He turned to his men and nodded. The bumbling one with the weapons strode forward and presented them to be given to Vivienne. "Take them and let her go." Norrington ordered.
"It is Abigail, yes..." the girl said, frightful yet a tad excited.

Vivienne listened to the young girl's response, and a look of sympathy appeared on her coy-looking face. "Listen, Abigail, I do not wish to harm you. But survival is much more important to me, than spreading bloodshed", she softly explained to her about her situation, in order to at least sway her to not panic in the predicament that Vivienne placed her in. It has become a very dangerous game now, and the last thing the pirate woman wanted, was to make tensions go higher.

With the effects being placed in Abigail's hands, Vivienne turned her around, so she was facing her, but with the blade still placed at the side of her neck. "If you would be kind...", she gestured to the things in the girl's hands, silently telling her to apply them on her person. This wasn't entertainment to taunt, but a need of help.

Abigail looked unsure for a moment, but then began to comply to Vivviene's request. First she tied up Vivviene's belt to her shapely waist, and hooked her cutlass sheath on there. It fit snugly. Abigail continued to harness her effects on Vivvienne's person, having a small bit of trouble doing it as she was unused to such a garb. But she did her best, and when it was done it seemed to have everything in more or less the right place. Commodore Norrington looked very displeased he had to sit there and witness this. Governor Swann and Elizabeth's gaze were boring into Vivviene.

Vivienne had to admit that she felt a bit of fondness for the young girl before her, and she did feel a tad bit regretful to put her in such a position. But she was her ticket to get out of the hands of authority right now, so she kept up the act. The girl was only at least five-foot four or less, so the task at hand wasn't to be hard, or in this case somewhat awkward. The pirate didn't speak, but just watched, before perking her eyes up in a challenging way with a coy smirk towards the English behind Abigail.

Once she felt, and watched, that everything was in place, Vivienne put her attention back to the girl before her. "Easy on the goods, love", she softly reminded her to make sure everything was on correctly.

Abigail finished donning Vivvienne with her garb, and let out a breath. "Now leave us in peace." she said breathlessly, trying her best to be threatening and antagonistic, but obviously failing. The Guards still had their rifles trained on them.

Vivienne was slightly amused by the remark that this girl made towards her, but she wasn't phased by the so-said threat. Clearly, she could already see on Abigail's face that she was already having second thoughts about the mysterious woman before her; the brunette was already starting to bend her, but didn't make it clear for the English to notice. It was a hidden (and a somewhat sociopathic) talent.

It only reminded her of John Silver back on the other island of Tortuga...

"Sticks and stones", Vivienne simply whispered after she leaned forward near Abigail's face, before pulling back. "I saved your life, you save mine, and we are square", she added, before turning her back around towards the 'red coats'. "Ladies and gentlemen, I'd love to stick around and chat, but I have business to attend to!", the brunette announced as she walked backwards slowly, with Abigail still in her grip. Eventually, she let her go, pushing her back to them.

Abigail was quite confused at this alluring woman's tone and movements, and she was pulled and spun. The feel of steel upon her neck was ever present, and she breathed unsteadily as Vivvienne held her with the knife at her neck. Suddenly, she felt herself being pushed. She stumbled into Commodore Norrington's arms. The other troopers back up, giving him room to catch her accordingly, their rifles pointed in various directions.
"Now will you shoot her!" The Governor's voice called behind them. Commodore Norrington saw no reason as to why not. "Open fire!" he called to the men. They promptly aimed their muskets.

Right after the brunette just let her go straight into the arms of the Commodore, Vivienne grabbed a rope that was tied to the gantry, and kicked a belaying pin nearby, allowing a counterweight to fall...lifting her up until she was on top of the tall gantry. They were shooting at her now, and a shot grazed one of her bare legs, as she used her strength to jump from the tall structure, and on top of another. Wasting no time, Vivienne snapped the manacle chain over a line before her, and zip-lined herself down from the structure, eventually landing on her feet upon the ground of dirt, a few yards away from the dock, and running. Running as her organza bustle gently waved behind her in the wind, keeping herself low from the bullets of the muskets.

A few women screamed in terror as a few of the men's musket shots ricocheted and came perilously close to them as they whizzed by. Vivvienne ran through the gunfire, sprinting across the bridge and passed the terrified ladies. Commodore Norrington was not pleased in the slightest at his men's aim, or this woman being out and about causing further heinous crimes. "Lieutenant...miss Vivvienne has an appointment with the gallows. I would hate for her to miss it." he said.
"Yes sir!" Gillette said, saluting and leading the men in an all out search. Meanwhile, a young Will Turner was only a short distance from him smithy. He was stopped and questioned on if he had seen a woman with Vivvienne's description, but he told them no and was led on his way. @AngelBites15

Clearly, she had no idea where she was going. Vivienne may have been to many ports, but Port Royal wasn't one of them. Not to mention that the British now use it as a non-pirate port. For that, she had no direction on where she was going; only ending up at the port's market. Trying hard to steer clear, it was now becoming difficult on where to go. Coming out of her hiding spot behind the smithy's statue. So far, there was no where beyond the smithy for her to go; 'red coats' were everywhere, looking and searching.

Slipping herself into the working smithy, Vivienne figured that there would be something in there that could get the stubborn manacles off of her. Not to mention that she had an injury to tend on her leg. Seeing the fire nearby, she placed her wrists inside the fire pit, so the blazing heat will allow her to break the iron. Wincing a bit in pain, she gave her wrists a mighty tug, until it snapped, making the chain break.

With that out of the way, and placing her pistol nearby on the work bench, she ripped off a parchment of her dress to wrap it around the spot where one of the British soldiers grazed her. It was bleeding, and the bullet had to be removed, but with time being an ass, Vivienne couldn't. Not until proper treatment. For now, she just wrapped it around her right thigh.

Will raised an eyebrow as he saw another group of Redcoats marching past just outside of his smithy, the door now in sight. He was quite ready to get back to work to finish for the day. He began to unlatch the door, the sound audible and echoing across the inside of the smithy for Vivvienne to hear it. Once it was unlatched and unlocked, he stepped in and began to close the door again and lock it up. Something...did not seem right however. He turned around and looked about.
