And I finished my post. Though I ain't sure what happens from here on out. Heck, I ain't sure if that post came out the way I wanted it to.
I do know that I have to perhaps update Mai's profile to reflect some things metioned in that post. I also accidently changed her sync rate to reflect the current condition she was in during the battle of Joppa but I don't remember where it was now before that battle started or after certain "drops" she took during the fight. *sigh* sorry but when I was told that your sync rate resets back to it's assigned rate after the fight, I kind of didn't know that part.
Also, I ain't sure if there's any point to the second character but for those who are simply curious, here's a revised and completed version:
Name: Jake Armstrong
Appearance:
Age: 18
Experience:
Synchronization Rate:
Personality: He's easy to talk to, cheerful and sometimes talks in rhymes due to his hobby in music. Though when the battle starts, he does develop a serious personality but not on the extreme like Mai does. He does get moody though if anyone tries to talk to him about his past.
Motive to live: Unknown (Refuses to reveal).
Background: Jake comes from a long line of military family. His last name is rather well-known around certain military social circles. It's said that his parents and even his grandparents were either pilots or were in engineering and mechanical divisions within the military. Even more so when the Cruxi started their war with humanity. Though he doesn't like talking about it, it's said that his grandparents and his father died during the war with the Cruxi. His only living relative being his mother who is rumored to be a framework pilot.
But when you look at Jake and even his personality, some would think that he'd be the "black sheep" of the family and not a proper soldier slash pilot...though Jake has proved many that "looks can be deceiving".
His skills both as a pilot and soldier of sorts has perhaps saved many a life during the wars. Despite the carnage he's involved in, he somehow finds a way to survive and even help others around him do the same.
It's also said that he even met Mai when she was transfered to his division. Though Jake admits that it was probably because of him that Mai transfered out of it due to him trying to "lighten her up" and getting her involved with his music.
It was also because of Mai's current "coma" state and his various skills with "drones" and "reconnisance" that Jake requested a transfer to Lorenzo's Sigma division.
Notable Deaths: Grandparents - K.I.A. Father - K.I.A. Mother - Active (framework pilot?)
Other things: As stated, Jake's hobbies include music, video games, reading and mechanic's due to him learning to maintain his own framework as well as "drone" matience. He's also very perceptive of his surroundings and even people and sometimes Cruxi during combat. Even in an urban environment, he can sometimes spot a threat or something "out of place", hence why he's a "recon" expert.
Framework Code Name: Hornet or Qubeley (Model ID code: amx-004g)
Appearance:
Signature Weapon System: Air Remote/Automated Drones - Jake always tries to support his team and this system reflects it. Stored in the "tail" of the Hornet, the variety of drones he has created allow him to adapt to almost any combat situation. Though the tail can only hold 10 drones at a time and Jake doesn't like sending them all out at once since he feels that it runs the risk of them getting shot down easily. Manual control or Automated, Jake can do either with them. From an "Attack" drone that can shoot lasers or bullets depending on the drone, "Kamikaze" drone which self-detonate when colliding with a target, "Recon" drones which fly at high alititudes to give info on the current battlefield and can track targets even if they use cloaking technology, "Repair" drones which do as the name says and perhaps more if Jake comes up with other designs. It's said though that the Repair and Recon drones were copied or inspired by two pilots from within Lorenzo's division.
Secondary Weapon System: Despite it's rather bulky look, the Hornet also has software installed on most mass-produced weapons, allowing it to weild just about any weapon that isn't unique to any framework. It can be updated to handle unique weaponry, allowing it to be very versatile if given the weapon itself before a mission.
Armor Type: Medium
Special Ability: ???
Note: Other than what's listed, the Hornet is still your average framework if it isn't properly equipped. The sharp fingers "could" be used as stabbing melee attacks but Jake says that's an ABSOLUTE last resort. Since it can adapt with most forms of standard weapons, it can still put up a fight. Without it's drones though, it does become nothing more than your average unit.
