Arena's mostly dead, tried to kickstart it. Found it wasn't going to work and nobody was going to agree on anything. *Cough*

Always looking for a scrap, but I never know what tier anyone's actually willing to fight at. Especially considering a lot of people show up and then vanish.

Y'know, usual Arena fare.

Honestly, the whole site looks pretty dead. I mean, I know school is back in session and that has always put a big damper in things, but man... I'm kind of pretty disappointed in the lack of post popping up. Even in spam.

Or maybe I'm just too bored and need to find something to do. I would be at work right now, but had to call in this morning. Think i got food poisoning. Yuck.

Had a fair bit of combat-based role-playing experience (I wouldn't say I've done it a lot so much as I've done it at a deep/complex level) off of this site, both in terms of free-form (my preference) and with using stat systems and dice, but I haven't committed myself to actually involving myself with it here, for a multitude of reasons. Still, it's interesting to know there's a chat thread in this section.

I'm guessing our two versus two is dead? I posted a character but only crickets were around to chirp.

That means next order of business is my Evvie fight versus whoever that poison big mouthed guy was. If that doesn't go I guess it's time to beat up the new guys.

I was going to mention this earlier, but I'm multitasking. Compared to a lot of other role-playing sites, I wouldn't exactly call this place dead. Most of the forums I used to be a part of have legitimately no activity at all anymore, or one person posting every six months (no exaggeration, and that includes IC or OOC), so I'd hardly call this place dead. Perhaps it's slow by the standards of such a large site, but not dead.

What kind of battle did you have in mind? Sci-Fi, Fantasy, Modern, Martial Arts? Maybe a mix ?
