Hey @Fairess, sorry for the long delay. First let me say I love how you're fleshing out your own ideas - that's really important because as you can see we don't have a single fixed structure so I'm glad to see you have ideas of your own that help fill in your part of the story (though of course I'll try my best to involve you with other characters where I can).

Secondly, I'm sorry about the confusion with Andri. It was somewhat intentional because the reader was meant to experience Andri's own confusion of suddenlt seeing all that and then waking up on the sidewalk with no recollection what the hell happened. Basically he blacked out because Hazumi used his instrument to communicate with him and he woke up some hours later. He parted with Mel in the morning and only regained consciousness in the evening.

Now for the CS.

1. With the TWoF you mention they don't stick to one perticular race at first, but then you say they're dedicated to humans. Which one is it? In either case, if they're protecting outlaws in some cases I can imagine on few rare occasions some people might be quite unhappy with them. Just something to think about for the future.

2. As Merlin mentioned, the Council was disbanded/crushed when Judas came to power so whatever surviving offshoots of it there are, they're not an official institution. There are a lot of para-legal groups in Loom and around the world(s) though.

Btw I also like how you explained her powers as a guardian, that was a very nice touch.

And now onto the Essence of the World.... I'm so glad that you noticed all the problems/implications!
For simplicity's sake I haven't gotten into detail about it in the OOC but the system, as you can notice, is far from perfect. Basically it works like this:
Hazumi senses any death going on everywhere in the 3 worlds, all the time. From those she selects the ones that are violent deaths committed accross races (not within the same race) to report as hate-crimes to a commission supporting the Peacekeepers. Then those decide what should be done with the culprit (declared a Renegade and killed on sight or caught and judged). Meanwhile the Musicians and Wielders (and Black Guard in severe cases) are the enforcers.
So as you've said, just because Hazumi can see those deaths doesn't mean she can stop them, or even identify the culprit in some cases. She can only see the essence and location of a person and there are ways to veil or mask your essence.
Another intricacy is the fact that often selfdefense doesn't count as murder, and that's a very convenient way to explain why TWoF may not have had to stand trial for protecting their charges. Again, it would be a matter of circumstances though.
So to reiterate: the system (that's been in place for about 300 years) isn't perfect but it does mean that getting away with murder has been extremely hard, significantly lowering the rates. Well, not anymore. A lot of hatred has built up.
As a side-matter, you could consider Hazumi a demi-god. I'll upload her old CS on the chara section just for reference. It will need to be revised one day but as she's not so important to the plot and I'm busy, it will have to wait. I'll just say that 300 years ago she was not only omnipresent but also omnipotent but then gave up most of that power to the Academy kids.

I hope this all helps! If not, I'm sorry and let me know!

Than you for your time~ I know I went over a lot and you've been busy. Your post answers pretty much all my questions for approval.

On point one, that was my bad wording again. TWoF is officially composed of guardian angels because only that type have bond magic. They are dedicated to serve humans who live in bad living conditions, but there is the occasional angel who falls into that category. So to be more accurate, TWoF dedicates itself to the poor above racial divides, which I'll rewrite to reflect better in the CS.

On point 2, I understand the Council thing better now. I'll just snip them out of TWoF, but it does make me curious about angelic communities and societies. Do they have any particular angel-specific groups living in their own territory (like fake Heaven?) Does God exist in this world?

I also understand Hazumi better, too. It's a crazy but fun idea, controlled crime going crazy-murder. Should I post up the CS as approved in the CS section, or is there anything else I should fix?

@FairessSo Hazumi only features in that way after Judas death (we are getting into Lore that starts to be kinda fuzzy and makes people run for the hills because this RP is actually like 4 or five seasons in shh) So its really only be devoid of murder for a hundred years I think? And even then its not like shes all powerful and its not like they caught everyone immediately. Hazumi was viewed as too valuable to be in the field for the most part after Judas curb stomped the world with her. So it fell to the peacekeepers so you are right not everyone was ALWAYS caught but you cant hide from someone who can literally see the essence of every living being if she chooses to look. SO the system was by no means perfect. So if they killed it would have to be rare and chances are any of the members who have are probably high value targets for the peacekeepers. although with Hazumi's disappearance everything has kinda gone to hell. What im saying is that Murder has always been a rare crime in Loom, that or it happens on so grand a scale that there was no way to stop it or catch everyone.

@Wind Wild
:3 I have updated the TWoF, taking out mention of The Council and clarifying that TWoF is dedicated to poor inner city as a whole, not necessarily just humans. It also takes into account the history of Hazumi's murder suppression, so with any luck, the profile should be good for an approval stamp. I'm excited to see what plans you're coming up with for Roanne's role for the RP~

I do just have one significant profile-related question left, though. I didn't add aura seeing to Roanne because I wasn't sure what that meant on the site. Is seeing auras the equivalent of identifying another creature's essence, or something more related to emotions and intent?

@Themerlinhawk
Gotcha. I've altered the CS accordingly.

@FairessIt varies and Guardian Angels arent the only ones who can do it. Generally speaking its usually mood detection, not exactly mind reading. Hazumi can see all manner of things about the person from there Aura while Lazarus can predict actions about a second before they occur as well as pick up on surface thoughts and emotions. Both of which fall under the aura reading category (note neither are guardian angels). It purposefully left vague.

Hmm... it seems most straightforward for Roanne's aura sight to be able to distinguish race and potency. A strong demon aura, for instance, would provide some warning of danger. I'll add that in and stick the CS in the CS section.
