The smokescreen being turned into a non-white phosphorus blanket smokescreen is much better, perhaps a passive mist that she can ramp up when she wishes would be fine.

Grenade to be removed entirely. I reckon with a bit more finalizing on the actual specifics of the main ability, this can work much better. I assume she's an emitter class?

Despite his seemingly harder outer shell, he is actually quite the laid back individual, that is, unless you get to know him in which case he is quite the handful, laughing and carrying on. Sometimes needing to be told "shutup" just so some sanity is kept. His father taught him how to be a gentleman and it is shown in his actions and simple gestures. Actions speak louder than words in his morals and values and will treat those accordingly.

Now, if and when he overloads himself with energy and hurts himself, his mind seems to rewrite itself for a short period of time and he can take on just about any personality or persona and when it wears off, have no recollection of what had happened except for whatever blowback follows. He has master the art of apologizing because of this.

Garin was born in Germany, in a small town a few hours outside of Munich but a town that was anti-quirk. It wasn't as overt as it was decades ago. But since the incident that happened five years prior to things settling between the supers and humans, tension remained and those with powers were still treated differently. His parents knew and understood this as they themselves were supers with the father having made a name for himself. They had lived through those troubling times but overcame them and made a name for themselves elsewhere.

Growing up he was fed a silver spoon on golden plates thanks to his father's company, Sturm Ind. A company who makes material for the German military and has branched out to other random oddities like clothing, electronics and car parts. He really never felt like himself around the company his family kept close, their attitudes to posh for his tastes. He wasn't shy when it came to schooling and studying though, priding himself on his great grades and his seemingly prodigal skills with classical instruments but never the one to gloat. Instead, he would help others, showing them little tricks of the trade he learned through private tutors and world class musicians.

One day in his teen years, he was brought to his house with a police escort after school. Concerned about his health, they went about the normal parenting bit, asking how he was, was he hurt and other basic questions. Before he could answer, the police spoke up, claiming that he had put 3 kids in the hospital with one in critical condition and possible nerve damage. The police had described the incident as a dome of electricity exploding from the boy as if he was an eel.

His now concerned parents looked at him with different eyes, fearing not just for the safety of others but for his own. They set out looking for schools that would take him and happened to find one after a week or so. Kosei Academy, an academy that seemed to take in people with his abilities. So as soon as they could, they packed his stuff, gave him a ticket and sent him off to the academy, leaving him no time to understand what truly was happening but instead left him with a cold shoulder directed to his parents with the assumption that they were like the rest of the town, shunning those who were different, those who had superpowers. He did not understand that he was going because his parents wanted him to learn to control them and succeed as they had did.

Quirk: Blitzkrieg (Lightning War)
Garin has the natural ability to create electrical currents and fields. What aids him in this is due to a couple things. His body's natural electrical current is well above the normal human and this is also possible thanks to the body's ability . He is able to create his own electricity however, this can cause heavy strain on the body as too much will shut him down or send him into a seizure. Sturm can generate large electric currents by way of a highly specialized nervous system that has the capacity to synchronize the activity of disc-shaped, electricity-producing cells packed into a specialized electric organ. The nervous system does this through a command nucleus that decides when the electric organ will fire. When the command is given, a complex array of nerves makes sure that the thousands of cells activate at once, no matter how far they are from the command nucleus. When activated, it releases around no less then 1 volt per cell equaling to more than one million volts. It is enough to stun an enemy or send them into muscular convulsions. His ability can come in the form of dome-like pulse or electrical tendrils in a similar way to tesla coils without the accuracy. He is in the beginning stages of his quirk and Garin is unsure of the extent he can go. He feels that the Kosei Academy would be able to help him better control his powers and hopefully learn more about them.

Garin has been classically trained in the violin, cello and piano but prefers the violin. He does play the guitar as well but mostly as a hobby. He does have a little bit of hacking knowledge. While in japan he has taken up martial arts so he does have some hand to hand experience but just enough to get by.

Between the appearance, an elegant voice that sounds like she had smoked 20 packs of cigarettes in a minute, and how she practically needs to pause after every two sentences to catch her breath, many would assume that Anneli was just the quiet, loner type who would keep to herself and enjoy solitude. Well, shockingly enough, this horrifying girl that looks like she just climbed her way out the Chernobyl reactor actually prefers company. While she might not say much, its literally just because of her current physical restrictions. She enjoys the company of others and listening to the stories and gossip of the day.

Generally speaking, Anneli is a friendly individual who likes the company of people as stated earlier, but the type of people who immensely annoy and anger her are shy or reclusive people. Ironic as that may seem, it does make sense for her. These are people that, her eyes, can breath normally, talk normally, and yet waste it away with some "weak personality" who she'd just love to take away there voice and see how they like it. On that note, anyone who actually get's to know Anneli might discover a heavy undercurrent of anger and resentment towards the world.
Background:
Hmm.... well to call Anneli the ugly duckling would be the understatement of the century. Originally born to much more normal looking parents in Finland, fate decided to deal her a hand that consisted of no face cards and no pairs, aka a shitty life. Her parents were not normal looking, no, they were beautiful, angelic, to a literal degree with her mother. Her mother was an eagle mutant, sporting a brilliant pair of large wings and platinum hair. her father was a handsome man whose transformation abilities were highly refined to allow him to be a one man orchestra.

So, how could this culturally talented, practically picture perfect pair of adults produce a walking chemical disaster that was their daughter? Well, originally, Anneli was a bit of a... "late bloomer" only gaining her quirk when she was around the age of six. Up until then, she had resembled a perfectly healthy little girl sporting the same wonderful blond hair and had seemed enthusiastic about learning music, even at such a young age. Thus it seemed she'd grow up just like her parents.

When her quirk began to finally manifest, her parent's had initially thought she had been burned horribly. Her skin had begun to scar in some places, most notably around her mouth, neck, and arms. They resembled chemical burns and 3rd degree burns, seemingly beginning to form overnight. The initial process was incredibly painful for Anneli, as if her body was burning its self, then reforging what was left over. She was quickly hospitalized where it was finally revealed that this was, in fact, just her quirk finally surfacing after an unusually long period of dormancy.

Anneli's parents could not believe the news. The sagging eyes, the mutilated mouth, the raspy voice, and the burns made her a completely different person. In the eyes of Anneli's parents, she died in that hospital, and now this gremlin had taken her place. They acted almost as if she didn't exist, never eating dinner together, never making eye contact. The warmth that Anneli had once felt with her parents, forever gone. As it had turned out, her great grandfather had suffered from the same quirk, and she had been unlucky enough to inherit that gene from her father.

When Anneli's school offered an exchange program with a far away school in Japan, her parents jumped on the opportunity to send her away. Anneli remembers their fake smiles, how after all these years of silence, they suddenly wanted to give her more "opportunities" in learning a different culture. It didn't matter to Anneli, she frankly wanted nothing to do with them as well. Thus, she transferred, starting a new school life here, at Kosei Academy.

Cute name, ain't it? Well its not so cute when you realize its US Army slang for a horrifying incendiary weapon that burns people alive with White Phosphorous, a chemical compound that can range from simply being used as a thermal smokescreen to cooking you to a disgusting crisp. Alenni can emitting the terrible substance in a number of ways.

First and foremost is the infamous "Wille Pete Round" where she can fire off a projectile of sorts that when it impacts a target, it explodes with white, scorching hot cinders, burning their way through most materials and even melting metals. Second is simply emitting a cloud of thick smoke around herself to provide visual cover. This can sometimes interfere with thermal based optics as the heat signatures would be more blurred and not specific. This usually only comes in handy when she creates the cloud in a group of people, preventing the more tech savvy opponent from picking out a particular target.

Talents:
Can play the violin quite well and loves to edit music, making her own remixes and sounds.
A critical thinker/skeptic, never takes anything at face value.
Likes to build models/paint. Particularly loves tanks.
