The sensations that Manus felt could only be aptly described as "unpleasant", as pain couldn't be described to a being such as him. It felt like his very being was unmaking and then rebuilding itself at the basest of levels, like he was the embodiment of creation and entropy all at once. This kind of feeling could either drive one insane leave one in a blissful intoxication, but Manus had no time for either as he felt his power come to bursting. As the very fabric of the universe shook itself apart, Manus was alarmed to discover that the power he was creating was becoming greater than his ability to contain it, his very form dematerialising before his eyes.
In a moment he let it all go, an invisible wave of pure power screaming across the universe like an enraged beast. An indescribable exhaustion overtook Manus, however his worry over his inadvertent creation spurned him to action. Enforcing his will over his creation, an action that fractured his form even more, Manus beat the power into collapsing in on itself until it became a snarling ball of "unreality". The roars became whimpers as it continued to collapse, dying as Manus forced it to unexist. However Manus, ever the soft one, could not bring himself to snuff out his creation. Even though it's birth had done much to damage him, Manus could not fault it as it was his own curiosity and arrogance that brought him to create it.
And so, relenting his crushing grip on the whimpering entity Manus contemplated on what to do. The Entity was a sphere, slightly larger than the one he created for Eshe's project. However unlike it's brilliant glow, The Entity was an all consuming black and seemed to actively feed on the lights his body produced. In fact, Manus took stock of himself and discovered that he was in far worse shape than he'd previously realized. His forearms had almost completely dematerialized, only barely retaining physical form and looked quite like the clouds of stardust he often created. His head wasn't much better, having cracked open sometime during the containment process. The wound constantly spewed lights and stardust from within, bleeding into the empty space only to be weakly sucked into The Entity where they were promptly snuffed from existence.
The Entity was weak now, and scared... it's fear radiating off it like the stars that came off it's father. Pity overcame Manus and he began to feed The Entity more powerful lights and stars, it wouldn't have anything to fear from it's creator... not anymore.
And so Manus cradled the nameless entity with his power, feeding it gently as he thought on what to do with it.
