Team 4, Aburame Tamaki.

Tamaki knew very well the reason behind the grandeur of the graduation ceremony. He’d heard that the ceremony often was a day of celebration, one where family and sometimes friends gathered to congratulate the children that had trudged through the ninja academy and was about to enter the next phase in their journey to become living weapons for the village to use against its enemies. He understood that it was an important day in the psyche of a young child soldier about to become further indoctrinated in a destructive system that had produced wars in the past and was surely not entirely convinced that the system itself may be to blame for it. He understood all this and more. Yet he could not shake the unmistakeable feeling of pride in his own accomplishment, joy that his closest family had been able to attend and an almost indescribable feeling of belonging, something he felt in the presence of his classmates for the first time today.

He looked around and did not only identify his own family (it wasn’t that hard, they all wore sunglasses indoors and had occupied the back corner of the seating area) but a few known faces from the village. He assumed that their primary role as providers of food, goods and services could be complemented with raising a child. He then looked around at his classmates. He recognised most of them, by face at least, but a few of them by name. He was one of the youngest children there and felt a bit amazed. School hadn’t been that hard, the tests were predictable if you’d listened during class and anyone with a half-decent physique could run through the physical part without much trouble. Some of the people around him were in their mid-teens! What had taken them so long? (probably parties, friends and an active social life)

Tamaki straightened his back a little as the Hokage entered the room. Even at his tender age he’d been told about the Aburame clan’s special past with the kages, how the great visionaries and leaders of the past had scooped up a small and not very well-liked clan like theirs and given them everything. One hand absent-mindedly reached up to make sure that his sunglasses were straight. He listened attentively, or at least as well as he could since a fat kid next to him could not keep from wheezing with every breath.

Then came the interruptions. The first from an ANBU operative. As soon as Tamai had spotted the mask he’d started to look for exits. The war was officially over, but you could never be too sure about the enemy knowing that. Besides, what other issue could compel an ANBU operative to interrupt the graduation ceremony? Only a second later he stood corrected, the ANBU was stepping down to train genin as a regular jounin and was simply late. He noted that her name was unnecessarily long and hoped that she would not become his teacher, as she set a bad example by being late, as well as interrupting the Hokage. Still, he figured that the Hokage, being a great man which became apparent as he dismissed the whole ordeal, knew about this jounin’s specific quirks and had taken them into account when selecting her as a teacher. In other words, she could not be that bad.

The second interruption was far less pleasant. One of the graduates that had refused to stand with the others (something that Tamaki also did not care very much for) talked back to the hokage in front of everyone. Tamaki turned to look at the boy, noticeably not the only one in the room that was upset. Behind the sunglasses his eyes scanned the boy’s face. It was a familiar one, sort of… They had classes together… Sometimes. Anyway, he was kind of a dick, obviously. The Hokage got rid of him quickly which was probably for the best, the tension rose with each second that a self-inflating comment like that was allowed to hang in the air.

After a great many names had been listed Tamaki had been given the name of his new teacher. He was slightly disappointed that he was placed under the tardy one, but remembered that she was hand picked by the Hokage himself. She could not be that bad.
He greeted her as courtly as was necessary, with a short nad. It wasn’t like anyone’s greetings could be heard after all. The big room was full of loud voices, some were actually screaming “MY NAME IS kjbkjbkb wlkndlbdwob AND IT IS VERY NICE TO MEET YOU!” in order to be heard over the general rabble.
Probably because of this, Tamaki’s new teacher instructed them all to go to one of the training areas to start training immediately. Number nine, the ninth one, situated right between number ten and seven, any academy student could find it. With this information, and the finishing words of the Hokage, he simply turned toward the nearest exit and started to walk. Which exit did not matter as he’d be able to move around more freely outside, any distance he’d save by finding the exit closest to the training field would be negated by the time it would take to navigate the room and rest of the building.

Outside the parents and friends had gathered and the noise was almost as bad as inside, the only real difference was that the voices were darker. On the other side of the blob of adults Tamaki could see a small group of people in baggy clothes and sunglasses that were slowly but deliberately walking away from the mess. One overweight man with face paint ran after them and made the whole bunch stop. They seemed to talk for a short moment and then one of Tamaki’s clansmen offered their hand, which the big guy grabbed and shook with only the slightest hesitation. Then they kept walking. An insect, small and inconspicuous, probably one that most people, ninjas included, would not think twice about flew across Tamaki’s face and landed on his shoulder. It danced around for a second and flew away.
“Chicken tonight” was the message it had delivered. It was from his father and meant that they’d have company. Chicken was Tamaki’s favourite food, something old man Yoshi knew very well. They always made it on special occasions, and Tamaki had seen his father come home from the store with more than one bird only a few days earlier. The two of them did not eat a whole bird which told him that there’d be company, perhaps the fat man from earlier would be there. If so, Tamaki hope he would not bring that overweight wheezy kid, their shared trait probably meant that they were related.

Training field nine was a nice walk away, and Tamaki made his way there along the shortest, most efficient road he knew. He wasn’t one for jumping across rooftops or using other ninja techniques unless he needed to. Their sensei would expect them to take some time, mostly since not everyone knew any transportation-techniques, but also because of the hustle and bustle outside the meeting hall.

Satisfied with his pace and choice of road Tamaki arrived by the training field. His new teacher had probably noticed a sharp increase in the amount of insects in the area some time before he came into view. The field was (unoriginally) mostly an open area which made it easy to survey at a glance. As he approached the field he could easily spot his new teacher leaning against a lonely tree in the middle of it, a quick glance at the sign some way away also confirmed that he was at the right training field.
“Sensei, I have been thinking” He said as he stepped close enough to his teacher to speak “What do we call you? Hanta-Hyuuga is a mouthful”.

The excitement was palpable within the room of one Tetsuo Senju, the fourteen year old boy not even attempting to restrain the grin that was beginning to grow across his lips. Standing up from where he'd been clasping together his sandals, the Senju heir made his way into the large, attached bathroom, turning the sink's water on with a deft turn of the wrist. As the water slowly became hotter, cool, sky blue eyes stared back at him in the large wall mirror, Tetsuo's eyes wandering over the facial features that he inherited from his father.

Fair skin, neither tan nor pale, was the canvas for a small, sharp nose, and thin, naturally down-curving lips - the lips of a troublemaker, his mom often stated whenever he and Haitani came back with bruises and bloodied noses from 'sparring'. Hair, feathery soft and slightly messy from bed-head, flitted over his forehead, framing a face that girls would consider attractive. Tetsuo had no real interest in such things, however, despite the 'fangirls' that both he and his best friend managed to procure over their time in the Academy.

'No', he thought, sharp blue eyes narrowing at his reflection, and his lips forming a smirk, 'What I care about is growing stronger.' As cold as it might have sounded, girlfriends wouldn't give him the power to protect his family, his friends, and Konoha itself. That was only done by hard-work, training, and challenges. By advancing through the ranks of Shinobi, Tetsuo was quite sure that he'd be getting enough dangerous work to fill a canyon. He was always considered a competitive person, and this undertaking was akin to a humongous challenge, and he had absolutely no intent on dying or giving up. That simply was not his ninja way.

His excitement spiking once more, Tetsuo ducked his head into the steaming hot water, submerging himself for a few seconds before yanking his head back and grabbing a fluffy red towel from the rack above him. He'd get stronger...but first, he had to make it to the Academy on time. Good thing he always woke up a couple of hours early.

Tetsuo sat towards the back right of the class, the seat closest to the window that showcased the training ground parallel to the Academy, and a row above Haitani. Admittedly, he only half-listened to the Hokage, eyes observant as he gazed over the forms of the students he'd called classmates for years. Unfortunately, or fortunately in regards to some, Tetsuo never really...clicked with too many of the of the other Genin. In the beginning, he had approached many random people to befriend. Those 'friendships' were more like acquaintances, however.

Because of his title as Heir of Senju, Tetsuo did not have much free time out of class to hang out and go on play-dates that wasn't beneficial to the clan as a whole. His mother was never happy about it, and neither was his father, to be honest - but that was just the way it went. He spent most of his time training with his father, or learning more about the politics and History of the Elemental Nations. The only person he really 'clicked' with was Haitani, his childhood friend of ten years. Everyone else was simply...distant friends, acquaintances, or strangers, which didn't bother him as much as he might have thought. He still had friends inside of his own Clan, and as long as he had his mother, father, and Ami, his personal life was good as far as he was concerned.

The sound of a gasp behind him caused Tetsuo to immediately take note of his surroundings, eyes pinning onto a female figure wearing a face-mask, with an ANBU mask clasped to her hip. Eyes narrowed, he listened as she apologized for being late, to which the Hokage merely dismissed it and continued the speach. She was a sensei, apparently. His gaze softened. 'A bit on the shorter side,' He observed, his lips twitching in the corner. Then again, size and appearance could be deceiving. His mom was 5 foot nothing, and possessed enough strength and chakra to rip an oak out of the ground. Now, where did he hear that name-

“As if I’d let a demon be anywhere near my back.”

His thoughts were cut off by the small whispers right beside him, which were clearly heard over the calm voice of the Hokage. Tetsuo could have smacked himself in the forehead, if the attention hadn't been focused in his general direction. Instead, he simply leaned against his right fist, blue eyes turning cold as he watched the blonde-haired idiot make his way out of the room. Opinions on the Uchiha or not, it was just plain disrespectful and stupid to say such things in the presence of the Village's leader. Once he eventually took the hat, Tetsuo had full plans on stomping out such ignorance. That isn't to say that he liked the boy, Ryu Uchiha. He simply detested ignorance of any kind, and found it revolting - close mindedness being one of his bigger pet peeves.

As the boy shut the door behind him, and the Hokage began his speech once more, Tetsuo's found his gaze moving towards Ryu himself. The guy was friendly and kind, which, he guessed, is why Haitani befriended him in the first place. Tetsuo never really hung out or spoke much with Ryu, which was probably because of the subtle manipulation of his father. Well, not manipulation of course, but Father never really spoke of the Uchiha in a very nice light. The Clan Head, despite his love for peace, seemingly had a rival with the Senju, and although Tetsuo didn't feel the same way, some things was just stapled in his mind. He treated Ryu nicely, if not a bit distantly, the odd times they spoke, but he didn't actively seek the boy's company like his Hyuuga friend. Tetsuo shrugged, eyes moving towards the front of the class as the Hokage finished his speech. It didn't matter that much, realistically. He doubted that they'd be on the same team.

The word 'Demon' hadn't even crossed his mind.

“I will now assign your teams, and then allow your new sensei to say something briefly. After which you will all be dismissed to meet with your team. You will be issued your headband there.”

The Hokage began reading off of a list, and Tetsuo decided to pay active attention at that point. He could feel his father's focused gaze pass over the back of his head, and knew what the man was thinking. He was hoping for his son to bag a team that was both strong and trustworthy, and although Tetsuo fully agreed, he also felt a bit of pressure from the mere gaze alone. His father was just...intimidating when he wanted to be. As Haitani was called out, Tetsuo narrowed his eyes, waiting for his name to be called. After all of the training and hanging out they've done, Tetsuo was confident that they would make a great team. They were both combat-based, although Tetsuo was more mid-ranged Ninjutsu and Taijutsu, and Haitani was more close-ranged with Taijutsu and Kenjutsu. They covered each other's weaknesses well, and had a good understanding of each other's fighting styles...so when their sensei was called, with Tetsuo not being mentioned, the Senju in question felt a light frown form on his face.

Letting out a breath and subconsciously glancing back at his dad, Tetsuo flinched when he realized that the man was already staring at him, eyes stern, yet warm. When his father gave an encouraging nod, the Heir felt his frown dissipate into a small smile of determination. He nodded back, turning around and returning his attention to the front of the classroom. So what if he wasn't on Haitani's team? He'd just have to grow strong and make sure that he wasn't surpassed by the blind Hyuuga. 'We'll meet at the Chuunin Exams, and I'll see your strength then, Hai.' His spirits once more lifted, Tetsuo continued to listen to the Hokage read out the teams.

Tomiko Hanta-Hyuuga, huh? He was sure that he'd heard the name before.

After spending a few minutes talking with his Father, which included a firm handshake and a sincere congratulations, Tetsuo was making his way to the Training Grounds, casually hopping from tree to tree in lieu of the standard dirt path. Sure, he could have walked there, like any other Genin...but the trees was where he truly felt at home. The general scent and sounds of the forest was soothing to the soul, although Tetsuo was sure that it was partly because of the nature of his Bloodline Release. The members of the Senju Clan that possessed the Mokuton genes were few and far between, and the ones that did often spoke of nature as if it was it's own entity. While Tetsuo wouldn't go that far, he did have to admit that a log cabin sounded far better than any noble estate.

As he got within the outskirts of the training ground, Tetsuo recognized the rather high-pitched voice of one of his new teammates, Tamaki Aburame. A quiet kid, like most of his clan. Tetsuo knew next to nothing about him, other than the fact that he was two years younger than the Senju heir himself.

He leaped out of the tree, landing lightly on the tip of his feet. In addition to Tamaki, the sensei was leaning against a tree, in the middle of the courtyard. A large mahogany, he recognized instantly. A couple of decades old, judging by the formations and creases in the branches.

So, he was one of the first students here? That was cool.

"Hey Sensei, Aburame." He spoke as he walked up to the two, raising two fingers in greetings. Sky blue eyes glanced over the much shorter form of his sensei, before doing the same to the much shorter form of Tamaki. Apparently, he was the tallest on the team so far. That was cool, too. And a bit amusing, judging by the slight smirk that was pulling on his lips.

Team 9, Tsuyoi Sairen

While others were excited by the ceremony that was taking place, Tsuyoi... was as well, through he believed it was for somewhat different reasons then his classmates. Granted finally being finished with the academy was a refreshing breath of fresh air, Tsuyoi was looking forward to seeing the Hokage in action more then anyone! From what his grandmother had told him, the Hokage's 'Friendly Grandpa facade' was one of the best she had ever seen and he was more then thrilled to see it for himself.

Watching in silence as the ceremony started and proceeded with only a minimum of interruptions (The arrogant fool who couldn't keep his opinion to himself was an acceptable loss that benefited Konoha as a whole; Those who were unable to comprehend the great game had no business trying to play after all), Tsuyoi couldn't help but smile a little. Grandmother was right, the Hokage truly was a master of presenting himself in a positive light in order to inspire loyalty in those that followed him. If he didn't know better, he might have been fooled into thinking the old man actually cared about him and those around him in a manner beyond that of tools to be used and if need be discarded for the future of Konoha.

Glancing at the crowd while the formalities were being spoken (part of the song and dance after all), Tsuyoi managed to spot his Grandmother somewhere near the back; Kireina was a beautiful woman who had aged with regal grace and if the look on the face of the gentleman next to her was any indication, she was putting that regal grace into practice; He could only guess at her motivations for doing so through. Maybe she was doing it just to practice her skills? Hard to say.

At long last the formality was finished with and the names of the teams were announced alongside who they would be learning under. Listening closely as his team was listed, Tsuyoi took the time to look around at each person who would be working alongside him.

Ryo Uchiha, rumored host of a tailed beast and rather pleasant to hang around with (the fact that he was effeminately cute didn't hurt).
Rouka Shinami, the lightning obsessed dumbass who was driven by emotion and instinct rather then any recognizable logic and until proven otherwise was to be considered a meat shield to be used and sacrificed as required.
Haitani Hyuuga, calm and mellow with the ever useful Byakugan. His blindness was a possible weakness and he doubted that he would survive the politics of his clan over the next few years without assistance, but there was potential.
Kohaku Gushiken, the outspoken 'anti-bully' of the class who at times didn't know when to keep her mouth shut but with a rare talent of being a sensor.

While he didn't have high hopes for Rouka, Tsuyoi found himself nodding a little to himself; It was a solid team and he could work with it.

As the ceremony came to an end, Tsuyoi offered a wave to his Grandmother who promptly returned it before the both of them turned away in order to deal with their own matters. They would talk and celebrate later on. Instead, Tsuyoi felt the need to start making some ground work as he walked up to Ryu, offering him an easy smile as he playfully placed his arm around the Uchiha's shoulders in a friendly manner. "Well Ryu, I for one am more then happy to be having you watching my back. I know that I'll be watching yours."

Taking a moment to glance around to see if he could spot where some of their other teammates had gone, he calmly asked "So do you want to take off to meet our sensei together or do you want to rope some of our teammates into walking with us?"

Haitani Hyuuga

"Mother, I'm leaving now."

Haitani gripped the handle of the front door, heart tight from the graduation ceremony that would take place today. His mind had been on it for a month now and he could barely focus at times. It was truly a fascinating moment for him indeed. Many acknowledged that he was a brilliant genin to be able to advance as far as he had with the illness that plagued him. Eyes full of darkness unable to see the world for the beauty that lived within it. Most shinobi would give up their dreams but Haitani was not one to fail without trying even if he was mostly doing it for his dad. A single tear formed in the corner of his right eye, heavy as if it was made from steel. The tear rolled slightly down his cheek and another almost formed until he felt a warm body push against his back. Slender arms wrapped around his body tenderly. The warm feeling of his mother and one that instantly stopped the tears.

"Me and your father made the perfect son. I'm so proud of you. Go and enjoy your graduation. Become the man you were meant to be." Hitomi's words reverberated throughout her son's body, "I believe in you." Those last four words hit Haitani like a ton of bricks, bricks made of love. Words so comforting that all his worries left his mind.

"I'm off, Mom." Haitani finally opened the door to see Tetsuo waiting for him to help him get to the Academy. Haitani could make it himself but it was always nice to have help and rely on his friend.

Later at the Academy

Eyes peering into nothingness, heart beating intensely, Haitani listened intently to the students rambling about graduation. A few of the kunoichi spoke shy greetings to the blind hyuuga, a thing that had always made him wonder. Why would the girls really be into a blind man? He was always told that he was a handsome individual or freakishly sexy by those that were jealous but he never could see why. It mattered little to him during such a crucial period of his life. Women were goal number two whilst ascending in the ranks of the ninja was truly his main goal. A goal he shared with his best Tetsuo. It was odd how the two met at a informal get-together between the Hyuuga and Senju. Two boys just looking for mischief. Ever since that day Haitani always had trust in Tetsuo. Tetsuo was always more then his friend but his brother, someone that was willing to put up Haitani. From fights to dinner, Haitani and Tetsuo were inseparable. He smiled at the thoughts of the past, ignoring the Hokage seemed to trail on endlessly. The Hokage didn't catch the young heir's attention until it was about the teams.

The boy listened as intently as ever before ready to see if he'd be with his best friend. He never heard Tetsuo and his name together. It was a plus that he got to be in the same team as Ryu Uchiha, another friend to the Hyuuga. Ryu was a kind individual that treated Haitani like any other person, never condescending nor treating him like he needed help but just giving it. It would be a nice departure. Tetsuo, on the other hand, was the person he wanted to be on a team with the most. They had spent nearly 8 years perfecting their fighting style together and could pretty much use teamwork without any words. Now Haitani would have to abandon that to work on, what will be awkward, teamwork with others. The Chunnin Exams became a huge thought in his mind. The exams were a battleground against those you trained with and Tetsuo would no doubt be his opponent. Tetsuo knew every one of Haitani's weaknesses but regardless Haitani would be ready. A smile formed on his lips before activating his byakugan for a moment. The white eyes peering at Tetsuo, who sat behind Haitani.

Team 9 but I'll be number one, Tetsuo."

Presently at the meeting location west of the village

It was a wonder how the blind kid made it to the meeting location before everyone else. Actually it was kind of impossible but that was the kind of guy that Haitani was. He made his blindness seem irrelevant and he might have had a small guide in a villager but that wasn't the point. His nose caught the faint scent of his teacher, and his ears could pick on his steady breathing. Shi Norohara was the jounin's name, a name that was known throughout Konoha though not as a legend but more so as a warning. Haitani could make out what the man might look like and his mind sure did wonder. He could only picture Shi being about 7'10" with long black hair and huge muscles big enough to crush metal in his pecs. Shi was the complete opposite of that.

Thank you for taking the time to train me, Norohara-San." Haitani did a light bow before taking a seat on the ground, missing the rock entirely.

A nervous young girl stared at herself in the mirror as she wrapped the bandages into a face mask over her tender red skin. The skin was just another side effect of her kekkei genkai as she had been practicing and had been on the wrong end of her own steam. Aimi rushed to finish getting ready as she was running out of time before she had to be at the academy for the big day. She finished her hair and threw on the rest of her clothes before running downstairs where her parents were sitting in the kitchen talking. "Bye! I will see you both at the graduation. Love you both."

Aimi knew that her parents were just as nervous as she was but for different reasons as they were worried that something would happen to her. The young soon to be genin could feel the pressure that was on her from her parents and the village to live up to the expectation of the other shinobi that had been active during the war.

There was already a good amount of people in the assembly area when Aimi arrived and she eventually found a seat next to a blonde haired boy. He tried to make conversation with her when she seat down, but she just stayed quiet and buried herself into her large scarf to try and make herself unapproachable. Soon the room feel quiet as the Hokage appeared and make his way onto the podium in front of the class. Aimi looked behind her quickly where she saw her parents seated which left a smile on her face underneath her face mask as she turned back toward the Hokage. That was when the first interruption happened and an Anbu operative appeared in the line of jounin seemingly joining the list of potential teachers that had been chosen by the Hokage.

The next interruption is the one that made more commotion as it came from the boy that Aimi was seated next to. This made her shrink farther away from the blonde kid who was quickly ejected from the gathering by the Hokage himself. Even with all these things going on, the genin still felt pride that she was finally graduating and moving forward with her life. Aimi zoned back in when her name was called followed by her other team members and her new sensei which made her even more nervous than she already was as she heard the various major clans that she had been teamed up with. This had to be a mistake, she was a nobody that had been a refuge just a few years ago and was clan less at that. How was she supposed to compare to prodigies and trained clan shinobi who had been training from a very young age for generations. Just as she was worrying about this whole dilemma, the Hokage dismissed those gathered and let the jounin take over their teams.

Aimi made her way through the crowd until she finally found her parents standing just outside the doors waiting for her to emerge. She gave them a huge hug as they told her that they were proud of her and that she better stay safe or else there would be hell to pay later on. Finally, her dad handed over her favorite umbrella to take with her to the training ground as just a little part of her family to keep with her. After meeting with her parents, Aimi started down the trail that lead to training field 9 with an opened umbrella resting on her shoulder as she made her way.

Once she arrived at the large open field, she saw that she wasn't the first of the genin to arrive as there were three people huddled around a tree in the middle of the training ground. She recognized the faces of the other genin from her classes at the academy and knew that both were from powerful clans within Konoha which made them even more intimidating. "H-hi, I'm Aimi Yamasake. P-Pleased to meet all of you." She stammered out with a short bow as she joined the group.

Team 4, Mū Sarutobi

As the Sun crept up on Mū he was already awake and letting out an elongated yawn as he stretched his limbs, today is the day that the young heir begins his shinobi journey officially starting off with graduation from the hidden leaf ninja academy. Now full of energy, Mū fixed his bed and went to the bathroom and opening the faucet. He cupped his hands and splashes lukewarm water on his face. He then grabbed a bright orange towel and dried his face as he returned to his room to put his clothes on. After he got ready he left his room and entered a corridor, continuing to the kitchen where his mother and father were sitting.

"Mū this is a important day, this is where you begin your legacy as Mū Sarutobi II. I am proud of you so far so keep me proud" His father, Ken Sarutobi, said as he followed up with a sip of green tea. "Thank you father, I will make my clan proud", the young man replied as he took a seat and the japanese style table. Mū's mother got up and came back with a cup of tea for her son, the brown haired boy thanked his mother and soon took a sip of the tea and took in the peaceful early morning atmosphere. Soon his little sister Mī awoke and joined the family at the table, greeting everyone and then taking a seat. This was basically their morning everyday, a family bathing in the peace and quiet while sipping tea.

There were many hours left until Mū would have to go to the ceremony so he decided to do some light training in the orchard. Pulling out his chakra blades and practicing trying to infuse chakra into his blade. He let out a couple of grunts but it was futile, he stopped focusing and gasped a little bit for air. He then started throwing jabs, hooks, and even kicks. Mū smirked, and then continued with more jabs at the air, soon he was breaking sweat, once more he tried infusing chakra into the blade gaining a little bit of progression as his chakra blade got rather warm. His eyes grew wide in his achievement, though it wasn't much.
==============================================================

Soon enough it was time to go to the ceremony, Mū cleaned himself face and left the house, saying goodbye to his family before closing the door. As he walked through the Sarutobi clan's small district, he greeted faces both young and old faces. Soon he Mū took to the roof tops, quickly jumping towards the ninja academy where the graduation will be held. He reached his destination and took a seat far in the back near Tetsuo. He waited anticipating when the ceremony would begin and soon enough it did. He took a look at the crowd quickly trying to see where his family was, he saw them in the fourth row of people, meeting his father with a courageous look.

Mū sat straight in his seat and listened as the hokage spoke, taking in every word he said. When Mū heard the blond haired kids remark he didn't even turn towards the guys postion, it was even worth it. He started to remember that Ryu was a jinchuriki, though he has known him way before he found out, his perception of him never really changed. Soon enough the ceremony concluded with Mū getting signed to team 4, the captain being a young women who was tardy to the ceremony actually.

After ending Mū got up and met outside with his parents, they exchanged hugs and gave Mū his ninja tool pouch since he forgot it at home. Mū let out a shy smile and scratched the back of his head before saying goodbye and heading to training field 9 to meet up with his new team, some people he was familiar with while others he weren't. Mū smirked in excitement as he took to the trees and sped fast towards the training ground. Soon he reached the field though he wasn't the first one there seeing a small group there already. He smirked as he landed right behind Aimi, "What's up everybody, my name is Mū Sarutobi" he said bowing his head, Mū then nodded at tetsuo since he was really the only person he was familiar with having done some training with him once.

Team 9

Rouka Shinami

Rouka didn't bother what's up with the ceremony instead he just daydreams like it's just one of his daily basis moods. It's just a promotion but so what? Why is everybody so joyful about being promoted to Genin? Also who cares about the ranks? To Rouka, it's nothing but profit and nothing more and nothing less than a level up in status, he sees nothing special about it. Now on to his teammates, it's plain and simple, if it's a hassle, he'll do it quickly but knowing how he acts on impulse, his teammates might not trust him. When it comes to teamwork, Rouka himself is bad at it.

As the ceremony ended, Rouka stopped dreaming around and tagged along with his teammates, he stares deeply at Tsuyoi. A stare that would blatantly give the wrong vibe and 100% awkwardness.

"Fine by me and good gracious we're in the same team, we'll see him together. One more thing, go sing like you mean it. It's boring without sound trip in all this dead spanned silence." Directed to Tsuyoi in a monotonous and subtle sarcastic manner. Rouka knew of Tsuyoi's talent which is to sing and he doesn't like it one bit since he sounded like a dead horse. "I'm sure Sensei would give us an A+ as you lead us singing to victory than busting our bottoms off and it's better that way~" Cracked up with his usual smiling expression, it even adds more rude impression on Rouka's behalf and he doesn't seem to know it. As weirder as it gets, Rouka gets up closer and stares at his face eye to eye and smiling.

Shortly his dead expression becomes an energetic one. "Ryocchin! I'm correct right? Tsucchin would serenade Sensei and it will be easy cake for us!" Not to mention, he likes nicknaming his teammates which he had been doing since the old days.
