I'm going to wait until after @demonspade64 is done revising to post. To answer their question I personally think that if Luz got close enough to see the barbs, she would be able to realize that something was up with the flower.

The struggle is real. As I too have finished my nightly labors. Most of my posts for this RP have been made right after working lol.
