Your character is sort of reminiscent of MARUFUJI SHO. Though, I'm probably just trailing a train of thought from Thecrash's character since your characters are actually nothing alike. You don't even have roids. I'm not sure if Royal Decree will get in the way of Breakthrough Skill in the grave. I'm also not sure if I like the random style that your character has, especially since random decks don't seem to match your character's personality.

It's not really a random deck. It's a Lockdown deck that focuses around Horus, Royal Decree, and Destiny HERO - Plasma to negate Spells, Traps, and Monster effects, while having a bunch of token spam to both stall and fulfill the summoning conditions needed to summon Horus and Plasma. Other minor additions are either deckthinning, protection for the two, or just a little variety to spice Duels up a bit, cuz it'd be boring to see all the same cards again and again.

Anyway, what's your opinion on Plasma? Considering that this is apparently the GX universe, would Plasma be a problem considering that only one has been shown to exist?

Here I have a few idea's to start me off (i am putting this in OOC so I can hear other people's feedback)

A. a card that returns its owner's monsters from the field back to the deck when summoned (not fitting for the deck it's going to be for but it could represent what happened to the bakery itself) and loses atk/def for each card returned to the deck
B. A card that does nothing but is a pile of stats, but is a bakery of sorts
C. A card that represents Rumi herself when she started out helping, with the ability to summon level 3 monsters from the deck

Also had the stupid idea of a homemade Duel-Bicycle for Rumi (her old delivery bike) is that allowed?

Edit: A is also interesting when tied with the solar legacy battles being compelled to summon it means she will throw it out when she shouldnt

You can make it so that your character just happens to be a local student.

Also, I'm dreaming up all the NPCs, the dorm leaders in particular.

I've said it like fifty times already. Duel disk blades are for the most part made of solid light. That said, your character looks alright and you can totally keep him in the character sheet section. Which I say as if anybody could move it.

While Konami did try to make zones a thing, there really isn't any rule that says you can't freely move around where your monsters are. Even cards such as Ojama King and Ghostrick Socuteboss, really do more to limit the amount of monster zones.

I still do want to open the floor to zone control just in case some steely eyed new comer looks at the game and decides that's what he/she wants, so I'm going to say zones are, if the situation calls for it, labeled 1-5 from the player's left to right.

It's not too surprising. There are a lot of strategies that don't need the extra deck. There are also more xyz monsters than any of the other extra deck types.

Well she has the advantage of engines not breaking down (granted she is her own engine)

I will add it into the sheet anyways for off chance someone wants to duel her on that
