AppearanceMorgana is a fairly short girl standing at merely 5 feet and some odd inches. She has silver-y hair, a result of an experiment with her powers, and what is generally referred to as a childish face, which often causes her to be mistaken for highschool age. Partly due to her somewhat larger in appearance green eyes. Morgana is rather more pale compared to your average person and looks almost sickly, her thin frame certainly doing nothing to suggest otherwise.

Short Bio:Morgana was an only child raised by two hardworking parents. They weren't quite poor but were barely living comfortably, the lower end of middle class. They wanted her to get educated and have a higher paying job so she could live a life where she wouldn't have to work her whole life doing a job she didn't even enjoy. As such there was very strong encouragement for Morgana to excell academically. Morgana took to it well, performing superbly in all her subjects. One might even say she took to it
too well, to the point of ignoring the other aspects of school life. Like socializing, sports, clubs, and enjoying yourself. Her only concern was her classwork. Somewhere along the line writing become not just a part of schoolwork, but something she enjoyed. Perhaps the only true hobby she had other than school was calligraphy. It was unsurprising that she earned a full-ride scholarship.
Life was going exactly as planned for Morgana. Until one night she was visited by an odd occurrence she believed initially to be a dream, as any normal person would. A terrifying multiwinged angel had appeared to her and cordially informed her... of something. The next morning Morgana woke up with a distinctly odd feeling. She began realizing what had happened when something odd happened during her calligraphy session. The first word she wrote burst into life. From then she began to experiment with her powers. The same obsessions with school was applied to discovering the rules of her spells and she mastered it fairly quickly. A book was filled with spells and she took to wearing jewelry and layers of clothes all marked with enchantments. Morgana didn't know what she would need them for but she was sure she would need them.
Skills/Flaws
MemoryMorgana has an excellent memory and can nearly perfectly remember anything after seeing it once, this also comes in handy for learning new skills. However it high stress situations this may not apply.
WritingMorgana has been writing her whole life and can do so it so proficiently that her speed and readability is better without looking than most people have while focusing on only writing.
IntrovertMorgana is naturally introverted. As such she is indecisive and quiet with large groups of people as well as in stressful situations. Constant exposure to these kinds of things can cause her to feel drained and overall irritable
Weak Morgana doesn't work out. She's rather frail at best and isn't comfortable walking much more than a mile or so much less running that far.
Spell List
Reader of Magic - HighMorgana can see how magic is preformed and can inscribe a rune or runes that contains the essence of what she sees, allowing the same spell to be released upon uttering the command word associated with the rune or runes. She however can not inscribe a spell multiple times, limiting her to 1 copy. In addition it must be scribed within a very short time of the spell being cast, as the nature of mana means the memory leaves her quickly.
Writing Is Reality - HighMorgana can form magic into a word and then place that word onto anything. It can activate immediately or when an event occurs. The effect depends on the intent. For example Morgana can put the word
fire onto a sword and it will ignite into magical flames. On the other hand if the same word is put onto a person it may protect them from fire that comes into contact with them. The magic can be volatile if the intent is unclear and using more words increases the drain on Morgana significantly. Currently she can barely string three words together. This magic requires an intense amount of concentration and Morgana is essential in a trance during the time it takes to form a word which can be several minutes, this its combat applications are limited. However Morgana has placed a large amount of these words into a book and can active them from there, olivating this problem to some extent, as she is still limited to the words she has available and has to find them. Morgana can only use a word that would follow into another school's domain, like
fire, is she borrows magic from someone with access to that school.
Phase Form - HighMorgana can make herself more or less not exist in any way other than visually and thus is unaffected by just about anything. However she can not use any spells during this time so it's basically just a timeout ability. She can sustain it for only a minute or so before she becomes totally drained of magic and has to recover. Morgana also doesn't have the ability to use this ability in rapid succession, preventing her from using it multiple times in a row to avoid danger.
Mana Materialization- HighMorgana can force magic into physical form for a wide variety of purposes, from creating basic weapons like swords and spears, to more mundane things like ladders or keys.
Ritual Circle - HighMorgana can create a elaborate circle of symbols and words that grant the one in the middle greatly amplified power as well as the ability to take magic from the area around them, vastly increasing their reserves. Only one of these ritual circles may exist at a time and it can only benefit one person. More than one person being in the circle will cause it to break, losing all of its effects the same thing will happen if Morgana moves more than 50 meters away from it. In addition creating the circle seals Morgana's ability to cast spells for as long as it exists unless she is the one benefiting from it.
Knowledge of Highborn - HighMorgana's exclusive knowledge of high magic and extensive knowledge of magic in general allows her to easily counter-spell high magic in her vicinity.
