I have a character in the works for this right now, but I'd just like to confirm a few things before I post him. Firstly, are allowed characters that trail more onto the side of a villain than a good guy (although he'd be more than happy to work with good characters in the right situation). Secondly, can he be a second form pokemon even if he's a human turned (so at level 1?)

Oh I'd be up for that, I'll make this character a normal pokemon then, and a villian. Should be easier to make him that way actually.
