“Three hundred Pokemon,” Rebecca noted with a deflecting tone of authority, “Got it.” She highly doubted she’d have the convenience of a very tight corridor to funnel them all through one at a time. She could still hope, though, even if she still had to come up with a backup plan. Though she’d probably understand the deal with the organization itself better as she went along, for now she got exactly what she wanted to know in the form of a map. It was a bit confusing about how it worked, but she felt like she got the gist of it. Now that she knew she was up against hundreds of enemies, though, she completely understood why she got the TM.

“Yeah, that makes a lot of sense,” She agreed, “I could attack three hundred Pokemon at once that way if they were close enough. I think.” She didn't really know the limits on that sort of thing, but she was always more adept at being a fairy than being a psychic, so she had a degree of optimism. Dexter’s mentioning of the button on the back of the map caused her to almost instinctively reach for it before she tentatively withdrew it. She didn’t want a repeat of that toaster incident...

“Also yeah,” the Ralts added quickly. “What’s that button do?”

I couldn't quite get Spruce's fall out of my head. You know, just seeing him collapse and everything. Not as bad as now... the pain's starting to get to me, so do forgive a more stark tone from myself. Judgement's a very difficult attack to survive from after all.

Until I heard everyone began talking about Spruce, I was fairly distant and unaware what had really happened. I had the badge stuck under one of my magnets, ready to click and flash back to where Spruce and the others were. At the same time... the mission wasn't done yet. Mission, quest, goal, whatever. Just a point where we get an ending and resolution. I stuck around because there was something that needed to be done. I couldn't help Spruce, but I sure as hell could help everyone else. With that in mind, Reshiram turned his fuzzy white neck towards me, perhaps with contempt given what I asked earlier. It seemed awfully like contempt considering what I said earlier, but he didn't harbour any ill will or anything like that; he addressed me like a gentle giant, saying he couldn't just simply wish away the cold without provocation and retaliation.

"Alright." I responded, prepared to say more if it weren't for Reshiram turning away from me. Maybe I was taking it too quickly. I looked on as Reshiram trudged through the snow, unaccustomed though not entirely unfamiliar with the climate. Anthony and Josh (the members of the other team) took solace in that the struggle was almost over, whilst everyone else... well, they just stood like icicles. It was horrible to think if they were either dead or trapped in an icy hell. Thankfully, those thoughts disappeared as I approached Anthony in the bitter air, marginally thicker than Reshiram's home climate.

"Hi... I don't think I've properly introduced myself (if at all, I can't quite remember)." Whatever happened, I wasn't very approachable as I had hoped; I was talking to the wispy air if anything. Perhaps I was late, but I was just left with a rather pretty figure in the ice. "Oh. Well, we'll get you out of there."

Look, as awkward as that was, I was just trying to pay my respects at the time, what with the fighting earlier and the tough time my team was going through. It's getting harder to concentrate away from the fighting in the background, so... maybe that didn't happen. Alright, even though I've just admitted being rather unreliable narrator, I definitely know I've introduced myself as Miles to someone, perhaps the frozen lady even (Kiera if I remember correctly). I certainly remember it as "my name's Miles Hall" and possibly "we've fought before."

Alright, let's get past that. I followed the group towards a certain icy cave at the town's exterior. Let's just say it was quite haunting to pass through the interior, a flash freeze that everyone just had to be caught in. Things got quite exciting at the cave, though I didn't do much considering we had a legendary behind our backs. The only thing that seemed to deter us was the massive amount of ice around the cave, but basically trivial for some of us. Anthony suggested melting down the cave's walls, though I suspected that would've annoyed Kyreum...

Another attack from Giratina, and another bout of pain, this time, located at my left 'leg'. No... this just can't be real, it HAS to be a dream... I told myself this again, but it just didn't seem to stick, unfortunately, as the imposing figure of the supposed deity pokemon of my supposed home realm remained in front of me, unmoving, and unflinching. "Just give up. With what you've already done, you're better off dead, anyways," I started to speak, but he interrupted me "Your good deeds do NOT outweigh the various dungeons you've destroyed, and the pokemon you've doomed within them... and worse, you've halted my progress, and DOOMED the rest of the void pokemon to a similar fate," I tried to counter his argument, and he laughed, and seemed to respond before I could say anything with "And what's your 'proof' that what you're doing is right, hm? Two traitorous void pokemon's testimony, and ONE instance where you couldn't restore the void leak by returning the crystal? Is that all? I expected you to make a more informed decision than that," Unfortunately, he was right, and I found it even harder to attack him, yet, I still did. Somehow, I managed to pull myself together long enough to use leech seed on him, and somehow, it actually worked. Sure, he didn't notice, and whatever health I got back was negligible compared to Giratina's attacks, but, it helped. If I can just survive, I'm sure someone will find me... I'm sure someone will help me out of this mess... I thought as I looked for any other way out of this mess... finding nothing, so far, unfortunately.

[Vine]

The nurse continued healing him, and he flinched a few more times. "He should be... stable... now... all it will take... is time... now..." That would have been more comforting if she had said it a bit more quickly, but, it was great news, all the same. "You hear that, Celes? He's gonna wake up... eventually, at least," The nurse nodded at that as she left, and Spruce seemed a bit more comfortable, somehow. The guildmaster then walked up to me, and handed me some sort of envelope. I already knew what this was, an important mission that I couldn't ignore. I didn't even bother speaking to him, and instead spoke to Celes. "Celes... when he wakes up, please, give him this," I then handed her a wooden badge, HIS wooden badge that he thought I lost a long time ago... just holding this type of badge reminded me of a time when I was just some weak pokemon with a crazy thought, but, this was his, not mine, and I explained "He'll know what it means, but, please tell him that I never forgot... tell him that I would never forget my little bro," with that, I ran out of the guild, and quickly assembled a team from my recruits, and then ran as quickly as I could to the mission.

[Anthony]

The battle was over as soon as it had started, and I finally got myself off of the wall, only to see Reshiram shake his head, again, and say "I'm sorry, but melting the ice walls would anger my brother, and I hope to speak with him, rather than fight him, if it's at all possible," I nodded in understanding and Reshiram seemed to speak to M, saying "Miles Hall, hm? I recall a name like that coming up. Davis had said that was his friend's name. That was also the name of one of Davis' programmers, you know," he seemed to smile at that, but I had no idea what he was talking about. I tried to move forwards, and the ice seemed to have the same idea... the problem with that was that the ice basically flung me into the next wall, and into a fight with two rockruff, and one graveler. As I tried to get myself off of the wall, I got pelted with two rock throws, while the graveler decided to use rollout on Kamina. I would have gotten in the way of that attack, but I couldn't move very well in the ice, and I would have countered the rock throws, but, again, the ice limited my movement, this time... so, I settled with a warning "Kamina! Watch out!" I knew that the rock-type move would hurt him quite a bit, as gyrados were, for whatever reason, flying type pokemon. Oddly, the wild pokemon didn't seem to have any issues moving around in this place... maybe they were just used to it? After all, it's not like any of them could float.

[Nina]

"The button simply activates the map. Press it, and it will change Crystal Chasm... just, please note that you should probably be at the entrance when you do this, else you might end up trapped in the walls... had that happen to me a few times, real bothersome," the bronzor explained to us all before finally adding "Perhaps I will follow you in, as well... it would give me a chance to stand up to those jerks who would always give me the stupid or boring jobs, and tell me how incompetent I am, yeah, and with you three, I should be able to go there without getting knocked out instantly," I looked at the team, again, wondering what they'd think... sure, it might be nice to have someone else with us, but, at the same time, it doesn't seem like he was up to the task, before, and might become a liability. I then finally asked them "So, what do you guys think? I'm not really sure, myself... I mean, again, he could be trying to lure us into a trap, where he'll switch sides, but... he COULD potentially be helpful... of course, he could just as easily be a liability to keep around..." of course, once I weighed the pros and cons, it seemed like we'd be better off without him, but, if the rest of my team wanted him to follow us, I wouldn't say no.

Kamina

The sudden attack caught Kamina off guard. As a part Flying Type, the smart thing to do when someone was charging at you with Rollout was to sidestep it (or whatever the equivalent was for those without legs). Kamina being Kamina, opted for a slightly different approach "Flame Charge!" rush straight at it like a madman. Kamina and the Graveler crashed into each other with a furious *crash!* and the Graveler was knocked out of it's Rollout. Kamina didn't get out unscathed though, if his labored breathing and constant wince was anything to go by "Yeah! Take that...you...rock thing!"

Celes nods when Vine gave her the badge... as she looks at Spruce.
"I will..." She says... before praying for Spruce.... staying near him, praying, hoping that he would wake up, just a bit of light coming off her from her powers right now.
"Please Spruce... wake up... I do not want to lose you... I don't want to see you hurt..." she says, praying more, praying that he would wake up, safe and sound, staying with him, her ribbons who was slightly filled with light slowly and gently caress his face as she keeps praying, looking at him sad, but glad that at least he was stable now.

Almost immediately after the first battle had ended, they were thrown right into another one, against two Rockruff and a Graveler. Within seconds, there were attacks flying around left and right. The Graveller's Rollout in particular seemed to be giving Kamina a hard time. Josh took aim and shot a Hydro Pump at it, since at the moment it seemed to pose the biggest threat.
"Are you alright, Kamina?" Josh asked. "You took quite a hit just now." There was no denying that Kamina was tough, but honestly, it didn't seem like he could take another hit like that.

[Dexter]
The Bronzor wanted to come with them, because apparently he had a grudge that he wanted to settle. He kept going on about how they would give him the jobs nobody else wanted to do, and always told him how incompetent he was. Honestly, though, if every single Pokemon in this organization thought he was incompetent, it was probably because he is. When Nina asked them what they thought about it, Dexter was quick to voice his opinion. "And how in the hell would this guy be helpful? You heard him say he'd get knocked out instantly, right?"
Dexter really didn't care how much the Bronzor wanted to get back at them. Even if he wasn't about to betray them, all he would do is slow them down.

Rebecca thought for a moment. She didn’t really want to tell the Bronzor that he couldn’t come with them, but she was sure there was something that he could help them out with.

“Well,” She decided, “He’d probably help a lot with finding our way around. A map won’t tell us everything we need to know, after all. We've already survived encounters with zombies and an elder god, how hard can looking after one more pokemon be?”

I could hear a faint conversation, but I couldn't make out the words, unfortunately, and worse, Giratina used that time to attack me, though, it didn't seem to hurt nearly as much as it used to, strangely enough. "You fool, do you still think there are others who care about your fate?" I looked down, and mumbled "Of course there are... at the very least, she does," Giratina somehow heard that, and responded with "Oh? You think she hasn't moved on to someone else? HA, she evolved for you within the first few days of your relationship! I think she'll forget you just as quickly," Giratina certainly wasn't wrong about that... and that only made me feel worse, even if the leech seed healed whatever damage he dealt to me Why is he doing less and less damage to me? I didn't use coil... I thought as I tried to make heads or tails of this situation... it didn't seem like a dream, due to all the pain from earlier, but... normally he'd still be doing the same amount of damage, if not, more, right? He didn't use any moves that would lower his attack, and I didn't increase my defense, right? Another thing that bothered me was just how random his attacks were... a moment ago, he attacked three times before I could do anything, and now, just this one attack... it just didn't quite add up UNLESS this was a dream, but, again, pokemon typically don't feel pain while they're dreaming.

[Anthony]

While I was trying to not slip and fall... and then figure out how something like me would DO that, Josh decided to use Hydro Pump on the graveler, and thankfully, it actually hit, and knocked the thing out. That was one headache out of the way, but after that, the two rockruff turned towards Kamina, and started throwing rocks at him, instead. I couldn't get in the way of the attacks, just like I expected, but, then I remembered that I could use Muddy Water, and did that to hit both of them, without having to deal with the ice. Neither of them saw that coming, and they both took some serious damage from it... but, one of them still stood, somehow. I knew I wasn't that good at using those 'special' attacks, but this was ridiculous. Those were basic pokemon, and they didn't even seem that high leveled, either. The remaining one decided to bark at me a few times, as if it wanted to attack me, but couldn't for some unknown reason. "Huh... tough one, aren't you?" I asked the rockruff, as if I expected an answer, even though I certainly didn't. Why is it that wild pokemon can't speak? Why do they just attack us for the most mild of offenses? It just doesn't make any sense. I thought as the thing continued barking at me. I would have told my team to finish the rockruff off, but, once I looked back, I saw that it was already knocked out, and Daniel was nearby, and cloaked in his usual shadow aura, suggesting that he might have finished it off with a shadow tackle while I was lost in thought.

[Nina]

"Well... I mean, I guess he could be a guide, and it's not like we have reviver seeds, so, if he gets knocked out, we can just teleport him back... right?" the bronzor nodded at this, and I added "So long as he doesn't betray us, he could help us until someone knocks him out, and then it'll just be us, right?" he nodded again, as if agreeing with me, and I said "Sorry, Dexter, but I think I'm going with Rebecca, this time," this seemed to cheer him up, and he started floating away... until he realized we weren't following him. "Hrm... it seems to be quite late, perhaps we really should do this tomorrow... don't want to fall asleep on the job, do you? Ah, and, you can meet me here, in the cafe, as soon as you're ready to start that mission... I'll be waiting," after that, he flew right back into the cafe, and closed his eyes... as if he was just going to sleep here. I then said "Honestly, I think it might be best to do this at night... there might be less enemy pokemon there... but, I'm feeling a really tired, now. Talking to him was exhausting," I was tired enough that my own speech was getting effected, unfortunately, so, chances were, we'd get lost, or, at least, I'D get lost, and then end up separated from my team, which would not end well for anyone.

Kamina

"I'm still alive. I just...need a little bit of time to catch my breath. There's no way I'll let something as minor as a Type disadvantage put me down...not after all I've been though." Just as he finished talking, Kamina noticed some rocks flying towards him. Before he could respond that though, a Water attack knocked them off course "ah...thanks for that. It would have really sucked if those hit me." Taking a quick look around, he saw that the fight was pretty much over.

After the two Rockruff were knocked out by Anthony and Daniel, there was a brief period of time for them to catch their breath. Honestly, Josh was beginning to get tired. It was nearly sunset when they entered this cave, and even though he couldn't see outside, it was probably safe to assume that it was almost midnight by this point. He had no problems with staying up all night if it meant he could save Kiera faster, but if Reshiram's plan failed and they ended up having to fight Kyurem, it was best to be well-rested for it. He really wasn't sure what to do.
"Do you guys think we should get some rest before going after Kyurem?" Josh asked. "I mean, if we do end up having to fight him, he'll probably be as tough as Reshiram was."

[Dexter]
Dexter rolled his eyes when Rebecca and Nina agreed to bring the Bronzor along. He really didn't want to escort someone who would only slow them down, but it seemed like he was alone in thinking this.
"Alright, fine. He better not end up being a pain in my ass, though."
Nina had the idea to go at night, when there were less Pokemon for them to deal with. That seemed like a good idea, but Dexter was tired.
"Nah, let's go in the morning." He said. "This'll be a lot harder if we're all sleep-deprived."

Celes just stood there, looking at Spruce. She just wished she could do anything... anything at all to help him. She though about it. He probably going to be hungry when he wakes up... a good bowl of soup of her own recipe might help for this. She headed towards the guild's kitchen, and using her ribbons, started to cook, using spicy berries and other types, working to make a warm soup, one that actually had a rather strong smell. As she worked, she was thinking. Him not waking up from all this, even a revive seed didn't work. She soon finished the soup, going to bring it to the hospital room, having a bowl near Spruce, still hot. She took her own portion and started to eat slowly, looking down. Best she could do now is wait and hope.

“We should probably just wait until morning,” Rebecca said after thinking for a moment, “From what we’re being told, a good portion of the pokemon there are probably nocturnal anyways, so they’ll be alert and ready to go while we’re tired and less responsive. So let’s sleep tight and sleep well so we can do well enough to win tomorrow!” She punctuated her encouragement with a small yawn, and left to return to the team’s room. She was a bit worried about not having a plan of attack yet, but she was determined to not to lose any sleep over it. Even in the worst case, there would be time to discuss it with her team on the way over there.

I was mostly observant to most of the carnage that seemed to happen, watching a Graveler crushed by a fish-based fireball and many other wild things pelted away like ants. At times I would raise a magnet or two at the fighting, but more often than not they could take care of themselves. I would've left the group to watch over Spruce instead, but Josh suggested fighting Kyreum was likely going to be just as difficult as our previous fight against Reshiram. Even with Reshiram on us, the freezing of the whole town (and Reshiram's subsequent reluctance to undo the cold spell) demonstrated Kyreum's strength over his older sibling.

I seemed dazed around this time, almost as if I had my burdens lifted too quickly. That said, I still carried odd thoughts about Davis and a bunch of others, sometimes clouding my judgement at the worst of times. I was fairly exhausted from the fight earlier and only could only really nod towards Josh's suggestion for rest, somewhat unfocused to take on two... rather unfamiliar Pokemon. (At first I didn't even know if they were Pokemon, though I gradually caught up to this new trend.) By the time I squinted however, they were already bruised and knocked out.

At this point, I figured the fight earlier had made me a bit rusty. I felt my head was in a different place, whilst the enchanting icicles and curved ice walls proved distracting to my keen eye. The light that reflected throughout the cave was beginning to dim, and to reach further in within darkness seemed rather suicidal.

"Someday... this'll all be over. No more bloody dungeons and wild gods." I whispered to myself, yawning quietly under sagged eyelids. I was drowsy and tired, having trouble staying afloat and prepared to use the ice as a mattress.

The dream continued on, and Giratina decided to attack, me again, but... somehow, this time it didn't hurt very much, at all. "What of Miles, though? Surely, he cares about me... I'm the only one he trusted with his actual first name, after all," Giratina laughed, and answered with "He's not long for this world... and besides, that pathetic excuse for a pokemon barely even cares about himself," I didn't know much about the first part, but the second part seemed true, unfortunately. He did always seem depressed, or otherwise down, for some reason. A faint, spicy smell filled the air after a while, but Giratina didn't seem to smell, or otherwise notice it... however, he did notice me sniffing the air, which he taunted with "Sniffing the air like a common dog? How... fitting for someone of your standing in the new world," I decided to ignore this taunt, and continued healing from my leech seed. I was feeling a bit more certain that this was just a dream, but, I still had a few doubts at this point. Hm... his attack didn't hurt much, this time... and that smell wouldn't make any sense if this was a dream... and, I guess if it was, it would make sense for him to do things like read my mind, or attack multiple times in quick succession... without using moves like fury attack. I thought as Giratina just floated there... once I finished that thought, however, he shook his head, and responded with "I'm glad I put you so low in my ranks... you seem to still think this is a dream, even after my demonstration, and even after feeling pain in this so-called dream,"

[Anthony]

With the enemies defeated, everyone seemed exhausted. Miles muttered something about this being 'over' someday, and I carefully made my way over to him, just to say "Yeah, I hear ya, buddy... but, we have to at least try to make that happen, right? It doesn't seem like anyone else is trying to strive for this... right?" I didn't really know what I was saying at that point, and Josh suggested rest, and I responded by nodding, tiredly, and just passing out... of course, I could overhear Reshiram saying something about him keeping us safe with his fire, or something like that. That being said, there shouldn't be too many more pokemon trying to attack us, now that we have a legendary pokemon on our side. The ice was cold, and hard, and despite it being the worst 'bed' I've ever slept in, I still tried to find a way to actually fall asleep, here. I had get to sleep at some point, as tomorrow, we were going to face off against Kyurem... a pokemon who could probably knock me out in one attack if I'm not careful, or if I'm even slower than usual. I muttered, and tossed, and turned as I tried to find even the most remote possibility of comfort, here, and eventually, some of my body seemed to just freeze to the ice. With that, I finally started losing consciousness, though, whether I was sleeping, or just frozen... well, I'll find out tomorrow when and if they thaw me out.

[Nina]

Dexter didn't seem to like the idea of having that bronzor join us, and honestly, I could see his point, that he'd slow us down, even if he wasn't going to betray us, but, I found Rebecca's point about us having survived far worse things than a simple betrayal from a weak friend, or just having to watch over said friend, but, it was agreed that we should probably get some sleep, with the argument being that the dark types were most likely nocturnal, so they'd have an advantage against us during the nighttime. I simply nodded, and headed towards our team's room, not wanting to argue against two of my teammates, when I could just sleep in a relatively warm bed. Once we got there, I said "Well, at least today wasn't a TOTAL waste, right? We got the information we'll need for our next mission, and a map that should get us there... and this time, I'm positive that this mission cannot and will not be stolen," it seemed like someone was listening in on us, but, I didn't know or care who they might be. If they were the thieves, then something told me simply waking up early should be enough to deter them from stealing our mission, and if it was Archie, or Arnold, then at least they'll know why we won't be there, tomorrow... and might help us if things don't go as planned, for some reason.

Celes just looked at Spruce, worried, thinking a bit, before taking some soup, and then placing it under his nose a bit with a spoon.. maybe... maybe if she gave him a strong smell like that, he would wake up... maybe she could do something to help him.. praying would not do much else.. healing moves would have helped...but she didn't have any... so only thing she could do is try her best to wake him up using different methods... any methods that she could for this... She though a bit... maybe there would be other ways afterwards... or else she could just try to make his rest more easy. She just needed to wait. She then yawned.. he headed to a bed near her.. and went to sleep, hoping he would be ok after all this.

It seemed that the party had decided to take a break to rest, it seemed a little anticlimactic to Kamina, but he wasn't going to argue. Because Reshiram said that he would keep them safe with his fire, it meant that Kamina could get some sleep too. In a brief moment of clarity; Kamina remembered Anthony was more susceptible to the cold than others due to his typing. Kamina approached him and coiled his body around his tiny dragon friend, in hopes that his body heat would keep him warm. With nothing else to do, Kamina drifted off to sleep. "Today sure was fun. I hope tomorrow's just as great"

The rest of the team seemed to agree that they should get some rest for now. While sleeping on the cold, hard ground wasn't ideal, it was really their only option. On the plus side, though, it seemed like Reshiram would be protecting them from any wild Pokemon that decide to show up. Josh tried to get as comfortable as he could. Honestly, this may have been the least comfortable place he'd ever tried to sleep, and that was saying something. He did manage to drift off eventually, though.

[Dexter]
It was almost midnight by the time the three of them got back to the guild. Honestly, meeting up with that guy took a lot longer than Dexter expected. He wasn't sure how the three of them were going to take down a group of hundreds of Pokemon. They would need to think of one hell of a plan tomorrow if they wanted to make it out of there alive. He tried not to think about that for now, though. After letting out a small yawn, he curled up in what he assumed was his bed and started to fall asleep.

Rebecca woke up with an unusual amount of ease for her. It seemed to be quite early as well. She decided not to go back to sleep, and left the room to grab some breakfast. She didn’t try to evade the current strategic conundrum she had on her hands, either, letting it occupy her while she grabbed whatever seemed appealing. They were no pushovers, especially for a new team, but three hundred pokemon? Even if their opponents were pushovers themselves, she wasn’t sure if she could fight for that long. There didn’t seem to be a more subtle approach, other than maybe pretending that they were supposed to be there before they smashed everything that looked important to them and teleporting away. Clearly they needed to go over this together, maybe get some more intel out of that Bronzor. She carried several plates’ worth of breakfast and drinks with her telekinesis and returned to the team’s room, offering them up to her team.

“Hey guys,” she said tentatively, “Do you need anything else? More sleep maybe? I’m sure Dexter can reheat our food if you want to sleep in for a while longer... There's a big day ahead of us, after all...”

I could have sworn I was fighting this thing, whatever it was, for hours now. At this point, 'Giratina' wasn't doing any damage to me, whatsoever, however, it seems that somehow, my healing from leech seed also stopped, as if to even that out. Due to the nature of this odd place, I couldn't tell whether it was daytime or nighttime. "So, Spruce, do you admit defeat? Will you simply allow me to kill you?" Giratina asked me. Odd, normally he would have just insisted that I admit defeat, and insisted that he should simply kill me, but, this time he actually asked. Certain that this was a dream, I replied with "No, I won't. This can't be real. I know it's a dream. I don't know why I was feeling pain, before, but since that stopped, I'm certain that it's a dream," apparently, that wasn't the response Giratina was looking for, as he attacked, again... but, I didn't feel any pain, as usual at this point. "Why do you not flinch?" Giratina asked, as if he was puzzled by the fact that I didn't feel pain, and I responded with "Easy, I know it's a dream, so nothing will hurt me," enraged, Giratina tried to attack me, yet again, but, just like last time, nothing happened. "You realize that you're destroying your own world by collecting those crystals, right?" Giratina asked me... he's been doing a lot of asking, lately, for some reason. "Maybe for now, but I'm sure that will fix itself once we put them in their proper place," I responded, with Giratina rebutting with "You TOOK them from their proper place! That's why your world is being destroyed!" I simply ignored him, remembering the time that I tried to return the void crystal to its supposed proper place, and nothing happening.

After a dream where a kirlia, of all things, spoke to me only to tell me that I'm doing a great job, and that the town should be unfrozen soon, I awoke in the icy cavern... on rock, rather than ice. I then noticed that the area around where we all slept was melted, and a wall of fire seemed to prevent any wild pokemon from wandering near us, and attacking us while we slept. Daniel woke up shortly after I did, and once he saw the wall of fire, he simply said "Thank you, Reshiram," and he smiled towards the mass of white fluff off to my left. "Good morning, Daniel," I said to him, still somewhat tired after waking up... then again, ice and or rock wasn't exactly the best thing to sleep on, so my tiredness could just be from a bad night's rest. Reshiram woke up after that, and he gave out a roar that was... probably just supposed to be a yawn. Once everyone else woke up, he lowered the wall of fire, letting us continue on. Oddly enough, the floor was actually dry, despite the ice having supposedly melted... maybe Reshiram also evaporated the water when he raised that wall of fire. I simply continued onward, finally being able to move for a while without slipping, and getting flung to the next wall... however, that traction didn't last, as the ice seemed to continue just outside of the flame wall, and, just as I thought, the moment I tried to move onto the ice, I slipped, and slid all the way to the wall, and next to a wild pokemon, this time, though, it was just a single rockruff.

The morning seemed to come almost instantly, and I didn't even notice that I slept until Rebecca came into the room with breakfast plates. "Did I sleep in...? I don't... normally sleep in..." I tried my best to say while I was still drowsy. Rebecca then asked if we wanted some extra sleep, but then I noticed that she had some chesto berries, also known as 'substitute sleep' for some pokemon. I tried to grab one, but I messed up, and fell on my face, and fell asleep, again, after that. After waking up a second time, I finally had the energy to pick up the berry, and eat it, the berry instantly waking me up, as it usually does. The berry was oddly warm for having to sit on that plate for who knows how long, and its effects were apparent when I finally decided to answer Rebecca's question with "NopeI'mfinelet'sgowhoneedsstrategyanyways!?" and, in a rush, I ran out of the room, and towards the coffee shop where the bronzor was sitting, er, floating on the same seat as last night. He was also asleep... did he just fall asleep there, on that stool? If so, then why? "Uh... sir?" I asked him, the chesto berry's effects finally having worn off, somewhat. He responded by snoring, prompting me to try to shake him awake... that didn't go so well, as that had him, still asleep, use confusion on me, making the room spin around. At this time, I could make out the vague shapes of my other teammates, but I knew better than to try to talk while I was confused.

After a good night's sleep, I woke up, happier than ever. I don't know why I was feeling so good that day, but that helped motivate me to get up early, and get the rest of the team's breakfast. Strangely enough, I was even first in line, and had to wait a little bit for the chef to wake up, and make a few meals. "Up bright and early today, are we?" the chef, a chimecho, nearly sung as he prepared the food. "Yup, don't know why, but I feel like today's going to be a good day," I responded, with him laughing at that, for some reason, which he eventually explained "The last time you said that, you nearly died on a mission involving a serial killer," well, that was true, but I still had a good feeling about today, so, I just let that slide, and even laughed at that as he served me the food. Surely the same thing wouldn't happen twice in a row, right? That would just be lazy, right? I ate my breakfast before any of the other pokemon were even waiting in line, and once I heard a certain loudred shouting at everyone to wake them up, I took the other meals, and ran to my team's room. I heard Tini mumbling about pies and pokemon getting attacked with the pastries, for some reason. He must be having a strange dream for him to be mumbling about that stuff. I thought as I placed the plates near my other teammates... and then Larry busted through the door, and shouted "EVERYONE! IT'S TIME TO WAKE UP!" just as he usually does in the morning. Thankfully, since I was awake, and saw him coming, I managed to cover my ears before he could do it, which helped, if only a little bit.

Kamina

Kamina awoke feeling invigorated. Sleep had always been a luxury for him, one that he had learned to live with much less of than normal Pokemon. Yet it was still something that he needed. So when he did get sleep, it had a noticeable impact on his energy levels. "Wow! No matter how many times I feel it, the sensation of a full nights sleep will never stop amazing me." Making sure to give a quick hello to Reshiram, Kamina decided to take a quick look around. Soon enough, he came across Anthony and a Rockruff. 'I don't want to steal his fight from him, so I think I'll just watch for now. I'll get involved if things start looking bad' Kamina decided.

Tini

Cross examination

"I remember now; I was busy in the laundry room.

No one on the ship had any kind of tech skills, so I had to fix things up, even though I'm a cook.

I was in there all night fixing the washing machine, so I wasn't anywhere near room 206, which was on the other side of the ship.

The reason it took so long was because the washing machines sparkle matrix was busted, and those are well known form being a pain to fix-"

"OBJECTION"

The screen panned over to Tini, who had on a snazzy blue suit that looked absolutely adorable on him. "You're absolutely sure about your testimony Mister Badguy?" He asked

"What, of course I'm sure" the now named Mister Badguy, a Likitung replied. "I might have been a little confused before, but that's just because of the blatant hostility the prosecution showed me. Now my mind is clear."

"I see, in that case-"

{I have no more objections}
{You're lying}

Tini slammed his head into his desk, making a dramatic bang "You are clearly lying!"

The audience suddenly got loud.

"WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!??????? How dare you accuse me of lying! Do you even have any proof?"

"I do indeed"

{Prosecutor's badge}
{Chaos emeralds}
{Mints}
{Washing machine schematics}
{Stairway to heaven}

"TAKE THAT!"

"These are the schematics of the washing machine on-board the Friend Ship"

"So? What about it?"

"The Friend Ship was a brand new cruise boat, so it was stocked with all the latest technology. Including the Super Wash 9006; a new type of washing machine that has a glitter adapter instead of a sparkle matrix! As we already covered early in the trial; these are two very distinct things that no one with any mechanical training could mix up!"

Mister Badguy recoiled, as if he had just been struck "N-no, you've got to be kidding!"

Tini shook his head "As you can clearly see; there is no sparkle matrix anywhere in these schematics. That can only mean one thing!" Tini banged his head on his desk again "The witness' testimony is clearly false!"

Tini's words caused Mister Badguy to convulse as if he was being electrocuted before fainting. He quickly woke up and...

---

"Aww, I almost had him" Tini had been woken up by Larry, cutting his dream short. His bad mood was quickly dissolved when he was the plate of food next to him "Yay!" and with that, he dug in.
