Personality: Val is a sly individual, willing to lie and cheat to get his way, although he would rather talk people into doing what he wants than forcing them. He has a love for finery and has a rather posh accent to go with it. Despite his lying, greedy and generally scum baggy nature, Val will often,begrudgingly, repay his debts to those he feels he owes something to.
Bio: Born and raised by a pack of wild houndours, Val learned quickly that life was rarely fair. Being weaker than most of his siblings as a child, Val lied, cheated and sneaked his way to the top of his pack, getting the most food and the best resting spots.
After growing tired of his life as a primitive pack leader, he left the pack and moved on to bigger things. Moving from town to town as he pleased, the houndoom stole from them,not only goods and food, but also convinced many young and eager pokemon to join him. Eventually Houndoom decided to settle slightly and set up his own guild, although it could be more compared to a gang, using the bounties as an opportunity to recruit more lackeys to his cause, and turn them in if they refuse.
