Ezekiel is both positive and adventurous, always seeking for the thrill of adventure. He's also fascinated at mechanics and how things work, which prompted him into the gun-making that he is. He's also extremely rebellious to the harsh authority that the Decretius Librarium imposes, often spitting at any passing member or supporter he comes across. Yet overall, Ezekiel is a good-hearted and fiery spirited young man, willing to sacrifice anything for his teammates to assure their victory.

Ezekiel was an orphan, left out on the streets after his parents were unable to take care of him due to financial issues, placing them in jail under the Decretius Librarium. Forced to live on his own, the boy began living in the scrapyards, living most of his young life in such places with a local gang. There he began to have a fondness of building and creating these contraptions of his, with the help of a trusty book that taught the basics of building of mechanized creations. While he never was able to build say robots, he was however able to create guns. And once he created guns, he found a way to harness ammo through magic. While he wasn't exactly capable of creating magic, his gang had close access to the black market, in which it conveniently had a reliable man selling these special magical aura cartridges. It wasn't cheap to quire these special cartridges, but thankfully for Ezekiel, his talents in gun making helped impress the seller and was able to get reduced prices off these packets off by 50%, while in exchange supply the man with reliable guns and weapons of his own.
One day however, Ezekiel was approached by the Cloud Chasers Guild at the age of 14, in which he was invited to partake in. His fascination with building and modifying these weapons would make him a valuable member for the team. Accepting the invite, he said goodbye to all of his childhood friends and left to join to guild. The only person whom he still held firm contact with was the cartridge seller, since he supplied him with the ammo and initially for the early years of his membership. One year later, during a mission, Ezekiel and his crew defended themselves against a Decretius Battleship, eventually having come to loot it's goods. There the boy found a special gun... the A4-H7O Hyperion Firing Cannon. This is the weapon he's been using ever since, customizing it to fit his style and to modernize its worth, having no plans in giving it up anytime soon. He's been a vital support member to the Sky Pirates, being basically a mobile sniper-cannon, capable of damaging ships from afar.

"Blast Magic" A specialized sub-form of Gun Magic, Blast Magic allows the user, while holding a magic-firing gun of any kind, to use a various amount of different forms of high-powered magics to fire upon their opponent. Unlike Gun Magic however, the user cannot create guns from magic, rather they fuse a basic elemental or staple magic into their gun of choice and fire. Ezekiel's gun is a customized, A4-H7O Hyperion Firing Cannon, stolen from the Decretius Librarium, specialized in corresponding with this magic. It can change firing modes (like Narrow-Shot, Wide-Shot, Single-Shot, etc) and in a quick pinch, provide momentary shielding from other incoming projectiles. Magic ammunition is stored in canisters that can be implemented into the weapon and can be refilled by either buying cartridges from the magic black market or replenishing it through another mage's power. Projectile examples include:
Ignis Blast: A blast of concentrated fire and heat.
Aqua Wave: A blast of highly concentrated jets of water.
Glacio Freeze: A blast of highly concentrated ice, snow, and slush. Can freeze objects.
Terra Quake: A blast of highly concentrated earth and rock.
Plasma Overdrive: A blast of highly concentrated plasma, one of Ezekiel's strongest attacks.

Ulysses is an old but wise lizardman, with knowledge that makes him respected in the Librarium. He's often seen as a calm soul, while also patient in teaching his students his ways with the tomes. Yet within his cold, scaly skin, lies an uneasy tension. Despite being taken to them against his will from his home, he is extremely loyal to their cause as long as they spare his people's life. In fact, he will do anything just to save them. When on a mission, he does his absolute best into getting the job done, exactly as it was ordered. No more no less. However, on his free time, he becomes rather humble in his abilities and can be seen giving money to the poor and even helping others with their daily activities. He's one of the more publically liked of Librarium's forces, but otherwise feared by the rogue mages for his capability in matching them in their strength, if not surpassing them.

| History: |
Ulysses Callistrophous was born in the distant lizardman village of Ulkuf, deep into the depths of the jungle and far from any Librarium forces. Both his mother and father were shamans, and unknowingly the last of them to exist in Pandora. Most of the villages at that time were conquered by the Librarium forces and forced the inhabitants to become slaves for the Imperial Government. The shamans were extracted of their secrets and were executed shortly afterwards. The Callistrophous family knew of this and swore to protect their son to their very last breath, while also teaching him everything they knew. In addition, they called upon several close friends in the form of human mages to teach their son to be able to utilize offensive magics to protect the village in case of any Librarium invasion.
By the age of 20, Ulysses was a seasoned shaman and overall mage. His village became a refuge and safe-heaven for any lizardmen refugees that happened to escape the Imperial's grasp. Yet it was only a matter of time when the secret of the village was revealed to the Librarium, prompting an immediate invasion of the town. Ulysses, along with a handful of lizardman mages attempted to protect their village from the incoming forces, killing any soldier that they faced. But they were severely outmanned and outgunned, eventually having the entire village getting overrun by the soldiers. Forced to surrender, Ulysses was taken to the general of the army, expecting execution. Realizing that he was the last of the Shamans, the soldier began to tell the lizardmen something on behalf of the Archbishop. If Ulysses is to join the Librarium Ranks, the villagers will be spared from slavery, but the village be under their control. If he refused, he and the entire village will be executed, the last of both the "free" lizardmen and shaman to be extinguished from Pandora.
Having no choice, Ulysseus agreed to join them, as he was taken away to the Librarium Capital for further training. He was also told that any visible defiance to the Librarium and Mother Juno under his training as a "proper" mage will result in the entire village to be executed. Not wanting to see his family die, as well as his fellow friends and comrades, the lizardman kept himself under control. Years and years went by and Ulysses began to develop himself more and more into magic, settling with Tome Magic he initially practiced back from the village. Never does he try and attempt in fighting back, fearing for his village's life. The more mages he defeated, the higher his rank gone up, eventually becoming an S-Class unit. To the Librarium, he has become a powerful asset in their toolbox and even allowed him to teach others in his ways to produce more finely attuned mages. Ulysseus agreed to their wishes as usual. He will do anything just to keep his village safe and to prevent his family and friends from dying a horrible death.

Tome Magic Tome magic allows the user to extract the knowledge and spells from special tomes and use them in combat. He can use a variety of spells that allow him to use different forms of magic, allowing him to adapt to most situations with ease, and if used correctly can rival that of a pure elemental holder mage. They can be used both offensively and defensively, with some using more magic then some, while also being able to cast their powers onto rune-inscribed objects. Higher ranked spells however take up much of the user's mana, as well as time, and if depleted of his magic, the user will have to rest for several hours in meditation to regain its magic. However, the user can accelerate the process if he meditates in a mana-enriched location, allowing him to refuel on his magic reserves in as little as an hour. Several examples of these spells can be seen below, with elemental being able to combine with abilities to form a spell, with the exception of Special Abilities which are casted on their own without a combination (Elemental Tome + Ability = Spell). Some spells are down below:
Elemental:
Tome Of Fire: The user summons a spell upon the element of fire.
Tome Of Water: The user summons a spell upon the element of water.
Tome Of Earth: The user summons a spell upon the element of earth.
Tome Of Air: The user summons a spell upon the element of air.
Tome Of Ice: The user summons a spell upon the element of ice.
Tome Of Lightning: The user summons a spell upon the element of lightning.
Tome Of Metal: The user summons a spell upon the element of metal.
Tome Of Darkness The user summons a spell upon the element of darkness.
Tome Of Light The user summons a spell upon the element of light.
Tome Of Aether: The user summons a spell upon the element of aether (or pure mana).
Abilities:
Infusion: The user can empower and energize any rune-based object by the element.
Slash: The user, while wielding a weapon, can swing a slash of elemental energy.
Wave: The user, while wielding a weapon, can swing from a distance and launch a wave-like projectile of elemental energy at its opponent.
Ball: The user can fire a sphere of elemental energy at the opponent.
Beam: The user can blast a beam of elemental energy at the opponent. Stronger than "Ball".
Pillar: The user can unleash a pillar beam of elemental energy from beneath its opponent. Stronger than "Beam".
Shot: The user can form bullets of elemental energy and fire them at the opponent.
Missile: The user can form a missile of elemental energy at launch it at the opponent. Stronger than "Shot".

Special Abilities:
Pellatur: The user can unleash a powerful shockwave to repel any incoming attack and either nullify for repel it back to its opponent.
Ponendo Imperium: The user can mind-control weak-willed creatures and minions to assist him in battle.

Marcus is...surprisingly laid back with he is not in his role as Library Hunter. He is easygoing, and affiable quick to make a quip end laugh. He is friendly and open speaking plainly, with sincerity. However, when he dones the armor, his business face comes out. He becomes distant and cold. Try to talk to him when he is like this, and you will get a curt answer. He will mercilessly carry out his orders without fail, and to the best of his abilities. No matter what. Duty, Honor, Loyalty, Courage, Justice, Valor. These ideals mean everything to him. He seeks to uphold the law, and the peace. Dispite this, he is still fair and compassionate, he will try to resolve things without a fight, or if a fight comes, end it with minimal bloodshead. His is slow to anger but when he does, he goes off like a volcano. He believes in what he does, but he is nither blind, nor stupid, he knows that the Librarium is not without its corruption, but he sees them as the best way to peace, and so he chooses to side with them.
But deep in his heart, he just wants to be free. There is no logic to it, no rational, he just wants freedom.
| History: |
Marcus, or Whirlwind as he prefers to be called, was born to a powerful and old Mage family who can trace their ancestry back for hundreds of years. They also had contact with the Royal Family, who would often choose Retainers from among them. When they fell, the Astra family went into hiding, but continued to practice their magic in secret for one hundred and sixty years. Most everyone in the Astra family bears powerful magic, however, the family is not particularly fruitful. Children are rare, siblings even more so. As it happened, his parents were fortunate enough to have two, him and his younger sister named Amara. They lived well off, and his Father was considered a wise and learned man, people would go to him to mediate disputes and seeking advice.
They were happy for a time.
But then, they were betrayed. A single tip was all it took to draw the attention of the the Librarium. They applied pressure, at first with threats, then financially, then attempts to kill them. One such attempt almost succesded, killing his Mother and Amara.
His father swore revenge, and he delved deep into forbidden research. Marcus could only watch helplessly as his Father decended into madness. His lust for power and revenge, and his hate for those who killed his wife and daughter consumed him. He beat and mistreated Marcus, forced cruel experiments and cast unwholesome magic on him. Unable to take it anymore, Marcus ran.
He ran and he ran, but he got nowhere.
The Librarium easily tracked him down, and offered him an ultimatum: Join them, or be killed. He chose to join them. At first, they were understandably suspicious, but Marcus seemed to harbor no resentment toward them, and he made the most of his situation. Time and time again, he proved his loyalty by fighting for them, killing their enemies and furthing their goals. He rapidly rose through their ranks, soon becoming a highly respected Library Hunter. Due to its informal nature, there are no official ranks within them, but he is widly regarded as one of, if not the, best so many recruits treat him as they would a superior. His superiors see him as a valuable tool, the man you gave a job that you wanted done quickly and thoroughly with no questions asked. As a result, he is often scorned and feared by allies and the public alike for his unnatural fighting abilities, and unwavering loyalty. As for what he truly believes in, he keeps his opinions close to him, never showing what he is thinking.
| Magic: |
Whirlwind possesses a massive natural reservoir of Magic, and he can output similarly massive amounts of it, making even simple spells have devastating power. However, due to personal choices, and a lack of any training, his is unable and unwilling to use his full potential. Due to his repressed talants, he has no known specific magic. He mainly utilizes it only with Burst to enhance his physical combat ability.
Burst: A simple controlled explosion of pure magical energy. Whirlwind can use this in multiple ways, by directing the force behind him, he can charge with incredible speed, or direct it behind an attack to enhance its force and speed. It is the only magic he knows and uses, but he utilizes it creatively to great effect.
| Weapons and Equipment: |
An incredibly massive greatsword-like weapon, so heavy that it requires two hands from even the strongest of humans to wield properly, however, Whirlwind handles it easily with one. Built into the blade is a special engine with a gun-like cartridge. The engine can be activated, and when swung, the engine generates tremendous centrifugal force, brutally chopping through whatever is unfortunate enough to be in the blade's way through sheer impact. When engaged with a cartridge, the blade can be charged with magic, in the elements of fire, ice or electricity, further increasing the damage of this terrifying weapon. However, when it was first produced, it was comsidered impractical at best, and a danger to the wielder at worst. The Drive Blade's motor generates tremendous waste heat, and after every such attack, must allow the blade to cool down between swings, otherwise, it could melt the blade, and or blow up the engine. The amount of force produced along with its massive size makes the weapon difficult to control. Production of tje Drive Blade was discontinued, due to the lack of people who were able and or willing to weild this mighty and dangerous weapon, until Whirlwind took a liking to it, and proved that it was useable. As a last resort, the engine can also also absorb and store large amounts of Magic then then release it all for incredible widespread damage, however, this burns out the motor completely, rendering it little more than a large sword until it can be repaired.
He wears a suit of Magic Armor. As they go, it is nothing special, save for being of a high quality. It provides moderate protection against Magic, and great protection against Physical attacks.
He also carries a Rapier for use if or when his Drive Blade is not usable.

He wears a beautiful ring, a very old family heirloom.
Knows how to pilot an airship.
Never play Poker with him. He is skilled at cheating, and has a poker-face that makes stones blush with envy.
"Owns" a private Airship lent to him by the Librarium for his use. It is lightly armed, and lightly armored, but fast and maneuverable. It can be flown solo, but optimally requires a crew of four.

Personality
A lot of people seem to have this misconception about me. I am not overconfident. I am not cocky, because it’s not cockiness if you can back it up. And that’s what Asahi Han’ei has. Don’t you forget it!
Asahi does not have confidence — he is confidence. And he’s not exactly modest about it either. He knows exactly what he's doing, or at the very least, he believes wholeheartedly that what he does is the right thing. And speaking of the right thing, he always believes he’s right. There is no ‘ifs’, ‘ands’, or ‘buts’. In his obviously-deluded mind, Asahi is right. Everyone else can go suck it! You hear me, people of the world?! You are wrong! I’m right. And if you don’t agree, I’ll fight you in real life.
Okay, but real talk? Asahi has a serious problem when it comes to facing certain facts that he might be wrong. It’s been brought to his attention a few times that there is a possibilty tha he’s wrong. Shocker, we know! Who knew that someone who offers his magic for the price of one cent less-than ten dollars can be wrong about things? Well, he never did. Even still, it takes a lot for him to admit he’s wrong, mainly because he refuses to admit it unless someone forces him into a difficult position(i.e. he physically forced into submission or something).
What else is there left to say? Asahi is a ray of sunshine that will burn you if you stay too long in his presence. He will for sure annoy the crap out of you, so either tolerate him or make him shut up because he will never stop going on and on about how awesome he is.

| History: |
Asahi has a modest upbringing. He grew up in a rather modest village, Taiyoko Village, that was located on one of the smaller islands of Pandora. They weren’t a large village, but they were proud. And did they ever enjoy the life of a boaster. There wasn’t a moment that they would be celebrating something. Be it Hade’s(pronounced Hah-day) latest client request from the village’s mage board. Or if it was having a bountiful harvest, there was always something to celebrate. And they were loud. Like, think obnoxious levels. Every single one of them had the tendency to shout at the top of their lungs. They weren’t without confidence, either.
And that went double for Asahi.
Born of the two that were in charge of the village, one could say he was being set up to lead the village. He even seemed to be very capable in magic. The only thing, around this time where magic became outlawed. Still, the proud nature of the Taiyokoians would not bow. In fact, they founded the short-lived mage guild Solar Saints. They opposed the Decretius Librarium forces that would eventually make their way to the village.
-events regarding what happened to Taiyoko Village will be revealed ICly-
And after events then happened, a then-nine-years-of-age Asahi fled with just a bag of essentials, and the company of his older brother(5 years older), Shinsei. He would escort his brother to a town not far from Taiyoko, leaving him with a trustworthy, if not eccentric, elderly couple that owed Shinsei a favor. After that, Shinsei was never to be seen, only rumored a few years later to be with the Decretius Librarium. This infuriated a twelve-year-old Asahi so much that he vowed to not only end the Librarium for what happened years ago, but for also to get answers about Shinsei.
And to do that, Asahi had to do what he promised he never thought he would have to do: join a mage guild. But not just any guild. It was the fabled Cloud Chasers Guild. Joining was rather easy since it was pretty much an open-enrollment kind of guild. Though, the fact it was on an airship was — well inspiring. Considering his origins, which was at a village that was had a view of the sun, it felt homey to him. Of course, when people got to know what kind of person Asahi, one could say that it was met with mixed reactions. Some bashed his head in right away and some took a little while until they bashed his head in. Despite that, it didn’t stop him from being who he was. A proud man, that Asahi. He’s proud of his heretage and there wouldn’t be anyone that would deny him of that.
Sun/Solar Magic is a caster-type magic that allow Asahi to become one with the sun. His magic power is fueled by the sun. anything the sun can do, he will be capable of(to a degree, of course). He becomes what the sun represents. Because of that, his spells have such hot intensity that they could produce searing flames that have a fluctuating low to high temperature depending on mood and passion. Each spell is capable of radiating waves of high heat that are moderated to the skill level of its user(Asahi).
Due to the fact that Sun Magic is entirely taken from the sun, it should go without saying that when the sun is at its brightest, Asahi’s magic is at its strongest. And because of that, he would be at his most potent. The reverse could be applied as well. If the sun is not out(night time) then Asahi would more or less be rendered useless. He would only have his fighting capabilities to get him by. As the sun will go down, so will the potency of Asahi’s magic. Think of it this way: as the sun rises, so does his magic potency. At midday, he is at his strongest. And as the sun sets, so does Asahi’s magic, resting until day breaks anew.
It should be noted that Sun Magic has a close relation to Wood and Plant Magic. This is due to the fact that both are characterized by a prominent of natural and vital energies.
| Spells: | Kōgōsei(Photosynthesis 光合成) - Passive/Innate Spell More of a passive ability of Sun Magic usage than anything else. Photosynthesis grants Asahi the ability to take the energy emitted from the sun, and absorb it into his pores. By doing this, he can heal small wounds inflicted on him from enemy attacks. Additionally, he can store up sun energy inside those same pores to use for later as they will mix with his potent, pure magical power. Alternatively, he may use this stored up solar energy to heal others via physical contact from his dominant hand(left). Due to his skill level, he can only charge up sun energy five times per day.
Taiyō Gaitō(Solar Cloak 太陽 外套) A rather simple spell in both appearance and execution. By mixing innate magical power with energy given to him from the sunlight from either the sun itself or sunlight stored via photosynthesis, Asahi “flares up” in an aura of golden flame, sparks of white and red flaring around him. While active it enhances any spells he uses by almost a quarter of their core potency. Additionally, the aura also increases his own physical capabilities by an eighth of their core potency, this includes but not limited to: speed, strength, defense, etc. He is also able to fly, though consider this a work in progress. Also, there is a standard one to two minute period in which this spell can remain active. After that, there is not only a cooldown period of the same time, but all spells will have half the maximum strength during this cooldown period.
Hōshasen Taiyō (Radiating Sun 放射 太陽) By rapidly ionizing and releasing sun magical energy in either of his palms, Asahi is able form intense yellow and red-orange flames condensed into a sphere the size of a baseball that spiral the more eternano that is gathered. As it spins, steam will surround a small radius around Asahi due to the high heat generated. This will mask Asahi’s presence from his enemies. When its form has been completed, Asahi can either hurl it at a target or ram it into the gut. Both provide equal effects. Due to the spells burning and spinning properties, it will bear a drilling-like effect that can pierce through other spells. The power that this spell has within it can leave a modest-sized crater if hit in the ground.
Taiyōfū (Solar Wind 太陽風) As the heat from the sun surrounds Asahi, he channels it in such a way that it creates a solar windstorm - a condensed one, mind you - in front of him in a ten-pace circumference with him at the center of it. By gesturing his arms, he can command this compacted storm to take the shame of a flaming wall that can block incoming spells of equal or lesser-strength. Or he can command it to take the form of its namesake(windstorm), and send hot currents towards someone as a means of offense.
Outside offense and defense, there is a passive ability that this spell has and that is to cause anything caught within its entirety to suffer first to second-degree burns. If they are hit with the offensive countermeasure, a third-degree burn is possible.
Taiyō Yubiwa(Solar Ring 太陽指輪) Easily Asahi’s strongest and most-dangerous spell he currently knows. It is one that derives from the aura of plasma that surrounds the sun during a solar eclipse. As it is, when Asahi’ physical state is withered out and without light(this could be an interpretation of Asahi entering a state of a magical form of a solar eclipse). His reserves are low, his body is torn up from wounds, and he is near passing out. At this point is where the residual heat from his wounds, from the air around him, from any source remaining, gathers in both of his palms, and takes shape in a constant-rotating sphere of flame.
As both sphere come to the center on their own accord, Asahi, through his pain alone, wills the sphere to rise to the sky, absorbing heat as it proceeds upward. Once it gets to the point that it is above all else, it sends pulses of solar energy, which activate certain processes in oxygen to set a battlefield ablaze, scorching all within its twenty-foot region.
One thing to note about this spell is that it’s entirely controlled by Asahi’s pain. This meaning that it’s as strong as he is in physical unbearable agony. As such, the longer he keeps it going will cause him much strife, almost to the point where he might not even be able to keep the spell active. So, in other words, if his focus isn’t maintained, the orb will simply disappear, even before it has gotten the time to do what it was created for. Additionally, if there aren’t substantial wounds, it won’t have as high of a burning potency as one might think. Less-severe injuries will create less-severe spell power.
Laila is a cheery girl with a big heart and a strong work ethic. As far as she’s concerned, life’s all about doing right by your own. Anyone that’s just out for themselves should be ashamed, and anyone that’s leeching off their fellows is a crook. She believes everyone has a duty to pitch in for others when they’re in need, but if they’re taking when they don’t need, than that’s just not right. Naturally, she has a burning hatred for the Librarium, and wants nothing more than to see them gone for good. She’s a blunt and straightforward type, always keen to speak her mind and not possessing a lick of tact or delicacy. In fact, she didn’t know what those words meant until sometime after joining the Cloud Chasers. The way she sees it, the world is a simpler place than people give it credit for. You just need to see past the bullcrap and do what’s right.

| History: | Laila comes from a village called Sangin in one of Pandora’s rural regions. They were never the wealthiest bunch, and that was exacerbated by the system of exploitation carried out by the Decretius Librarium. Laila grew up helping out her family and those around her with the farmwork, and she grew used to hard physical toil from an early age. She also grew used to the sight of Librarium personnel coming to seize as much of their produce as they could. She quickly came to resent the Librarium just as most in the village did, and the word “Deacon” became synonymous with “bully”. Few enjoyed the Librarium’s oversight, but for the most part, everyone managed to eke out a living from what they did. Laila and the other villagers tended to just keep their noses down and keep working, hoping that things would change for the better eventually.
On Laila’s 13th birthday, things did change…for the worse. A sudden blight destroyed a large portion of the village’s crops for the year. It was a bad situation, though at first, Laila’s parents assured her everything would be okay; they could subsist on the small amount they had left and get back to normal next year. However, the local Deacon had other plans. He announced that the village was obligated to meet its production quota, and that he would be taking what they had left no matter what. The villagers protested swiftly, and in the midst of the action, Laila thought it would be the greatest idea ever to give the Deacon a swift kick in the nuts. She certainly succeeded, and even got away without a punishment, but the Deacon didn’t forget the little girl that humiliated him in front of everyone. Knowing she would be punished if she remained, Laila’s parents decided she had to be sent away. Fortunately, they had one solid method of getting her out of harm’s way; the village had a contact in the Cloud Chasers. They arranged for Laila to be taken in by them. Laila didn’t want to leave, but they assured her it was for the best.
It wasn’t long after being taken in by the Cloud Chasers that Laila learnt to use magic. Over the next 10 years, she became a talented fighter and mage, always eager to live up to the creed of the Cloud Chasers. While she’s more than dedicated to the group, her eyes are always cast beyond random acts of opportunistic altruism; she yearns for the day when the Librarium is just a bad memory for Pandora, and when she can return to Sangin and get right back to the farms she left behind.

To describe Sania briefly would not be very difficult given the fact that she isn’t very nuanced when it comes to the depths of her personality.
Beyond all of Sania’s kindness and polite manner stands a girl who is the very definition of meek, shy, and reluctant. This isn’t particularly because she lacks any form of courage but rather that she lacks the confidence to be assertive, flirtatious, or prideful in any situation. It is due to this that her innate talent in magic may be seen as redundant because she is so cautious to the point of hesitating and second-guessing herself and the situation; especially when it comes to a scenario where she needs to act swiftly. Ultimately, Sania is very well aware she needs to be brave and be better than she is but the truth of the matter is that she struggles to want to; she’d rather someone think her cowardly or pathetic than see her as evil, dangerous, and threatening— she doesn’t want to be villainized and hated.
Her fellow guildmates have found it difficult to break her shell.

HISTORY
Sania was born in a small village of unremarkable reputation sixteen years ago, though she admittedly knew very little of her parents— a fact that was due to their disappearance before Sania was old enough to walk. In her parents stead Sania was raised by an old eccentric wizard named Belchardt Akranos, the only noteworthy individual who took residence in the small village at the time; a man whom Sania would recognize as her guardian. It would be relatively early in her life where she would discover her innate magical abilities; a discovery that would change her relationship with Akranos from foster daughter to student. But her tutelage was not conventionally legal due to the laws of the Librarium, though it wasn’t exactly for this reason that Sania’s idyllic life would come to an end.
The phrase “magic attracts magic” is very old and very true— and Sania would witness it when demonic abominations set their sights on her unremarkable village. The resulting battle between Akranos and the demons would result in the near destruction of her home and the loss of her mentor, though she struggles with remembering it in perfect clarity. The surviving villagers branded her a witch, cried for the Librarium, and Sania fled the village in fear for her own life. Following her fearful escape from a place she once deemed her home she now found herself a homeless nomad, travelling place to place trying to survive by any means necessary whether it was stealing food or scavenging what she could. She was twelve years old.
Eventually she found herself being discovered by someone who offered her shelter. But more importantly what she was offered was a new home and a new family— the Cloud Chasers.
Lazulin is a very sociable young man, despite his rather sullen appearance, always willing to strike up a chat with anyone at any time. He's got a rather inquisitive mind when it comes to machines, and is always eager to take them apart and see what makes them tick and what can be changed to better improve or re-design said machinery to suit his whims. When it comes to the Librarium, however, you'll find very few who hold a deeper hatred of them then he does. In his eyes, they're at fault for what his mother has become, and if he had his way, then the entirety of the Librarium would be brought down screaming. This anger and hatred scare him, as he knows that if he isn't careful, he'll end up just like his mother, but at times it's hard to resist th allure of his darker emotions pushing him to enact his vengeance upon every soldier of the Librarium he comes across.
When it comes to his mannerisms with people, he often tends to act with an exaggerated act of confidence and bravado, as well as being a bit of an ass from time to time, pulling pranks and other tricks of the like upon his allies without warning, often using his illusion magic to achieve greater effect. This general cock-sure attitude takes on a slightly more menacing tinge to it during a fight, as he slips into a more threatening and sadistic persona, even adopting a more demonic form to achieve said result through the use of his illusion magic.
When it comes to his past before the Cloud Chaser's, you'll find that he turns as cold and aloof as his appearance would initially lead you to believe, never wanting to speak a word of what happened to him to anyone. All anyone knows about him is that he was attacked by the Hellion way back when, and that he was one of the few survives of the event that brought the attention of Pandora upon the demon. When questioned on the similarities between his Slayer magic and that of the Demon's, he simply states something along the lines of how her cursed magic must've somehow bequeathed it to him, as well as giving him his demonic appearance.
“So, Librarium thinks it's got what it takes to bring the Cloud chasers down a peg, lads. Let's show them why fuckin' with us is the biggest mistake they could ever make.”

| History: |
Lazulin's past is something of a mystery as he boarded the Cloud Chaser's ship in the arms of a member who had just escaped hell. An entire Island, populated by villagers and Librarium soldiers alike, had been set alight by blue and black flames that burned both the flesh and the soul. He had been in the Librarium castle, which was at first untouched by the rampage, when the demon had arrived, burning down everyone in her path. . . everyone but a little boy, whom she seemed to be infecting with their dark magic. In a moment of either fool-hardy stupidity or dashing bravery, the cloud chaser distracted the demon for a precious moment and stole the child away, followed by the Hellion's shrieks of rage as she sent out wave after wave of Hellfire after him. However, as he ducked and dodged, one of the attacks happened to hit the boy, and as the child cried out in pain and agony, his arm being reduced to ashes right before his eyes.
For whatever reason, this caused the Hellion to freeze, and in that moment, allowed for the Cloud Chaser to get away from the scene and from the Island before the entire thing burst into an inferno of profane flames, wiping it clean of all signs and traces of life and leaving naught but a dead rock behind.
Ever since that day, Lazulin has been riding with the Cloud Chasers, having nowhere else to turn to. His first few months upon their vessel was spent in sullen silence as he mulled over everything that happened, recovering from his wounds and feeling disturbed by the physical changes that had begun to surface as well. However, after about a year, Lazulin got up, walked to the guild master, and asked for something to do. And so he worked his way up from a cabin boy to a prominent member one of the guild's raider teams, always ready to teach the Librarium a thing or two. However, for those who know him well, they get the feeling that he's looking for something or someone, ever vigilant and ever watchful of news that might lead him to his prize.
| Magic: |
Hellfire Devil Slayer Similar to a regular fire slayer, except that he uses the profane energies of the underworld to fuel his magic. Along with burning things and all the other effects that fire has on people, Hellfire can also mark it's victims for a short amount of time. These marks can have some varied effects depending on the spell used, but the most common one is a weakening on resistances and defenses on the target, making them more vulnerable to attacks from him or his foes.
All secondary effects of the Hellfire will be minor to low-moderate in terms of effect unless stated otherwise in the spell description(Natsu,if hit by it, could suffer small burns up to the 1st degree(I think that's the lowest) from all sources of fire, for example, though would still be able to safely eat it.)
Hellion's Blistering Rage: A more focused blast of Hellfire, this lays down a curse that cause the muscles of those afflicted to burn with a searing pain, making it somewhat difficult for them to move, lowering their speed and physical attack strength.
Hellion's Claw: Basic Slayer Melee Attack, weakens Magical Resistances/Defenses, can be channeled through Ripper
Hellion's Rending Claw: These flames focus on burning the physical body of those afflicted by the curse, weaeking the physical defenses of their body and the toughness of any armor they are wearing at the time(if they switch armor, the curse doesn't carry over to the new set of armor)
Hellion's Slash: This attack adds some range Lazulin's Claw attack, launching a wave of burning hellfire towards the target with great force. The wave is just as strong as his regular claw attack, though a bit more focused in the area it does damage, and inflicts the same curse upon them as the basic attack.
Illusion Magic: This magic, as the name suggests, allows the user to create illusions to fool the senses of ones opponents, making them believe whatever the user wishes them to believe if they are unable to break free of it or unable to see past the deceptions. At his current level of skill, Lazulin can make rather advanced illusions with an area of about 15 meters, though outside of this area, the illusions become weaker and easier to either break out of or see through.
A trick he uses to get past his limitations, however, is his prosthetic arm. As a bit of a tinker in his spare time, he's modified the working's of his arm into a magical amplifier by drawing out the magical essence of lacrima, which he harnesses in gaseous state in use to gain a purer form of the Ethernano then what can be gotten from the crystals. By focusing his magic into his arm first, he can increase the range that he can cast an illusion(up to a max of 50 meters), at the cost of both a longer casting time(1-3 posts range, depending on how much he uses) and using up the fuel that makes his arm function. If he uses up all the ethernano gas he has stored within the arm, then it'll be nothing but dead weight until he's able to restore the reserves, a process that takes sometime and focus. He always carries extra canisters on his person, which can also double as powerful explosives when mixed with his Hellfire Magic, though given their importance, this is only used during emergencies.
Hellion's Secret Art: Nightmare: By mixing together his Illusion Magic with the profane energies of his Hellfire magic, Lazulin can cast an illusion spell that can bring about either his or his opponent's greatest nightmare and give it physical form. As such, whatever comes forth from the mind of the selected individual or individuals, it will have a physical presence and be able to hurt them while they're within the area of the spell that is defined by a dome of Hellfire.
Now while the illusions can hurt those inside, those trapped in the dome can't hurt the illusions, making eiher escaping via barreling out through the intense and dangerous Hellfire dome, waiting for Lazulin to run out of Ethernano to hold up the illusion, or to find where in the illusionary domain Lazulin is hiding and defeat him. Given the strain this places on his magical reserves, he can only hold it up for 5 posts and during that time, he can't use any of his offensive magics and can barely use his illusion magic to hide himself in the darkened interior of the dome.
A note about the nightmares that form, their base power level will be equivalent to that of the individual whose mind they are taken from, and they rise in power by feeding on whatever terror they illicit from the individual in question. However, if said individual is killed or leaves the boundaries of the dome, then said Nightmare will vanish as well as they no longer have a source to flow from.
| Miscs : |
His guild mark is located underneath his right eye. Has a prosthetic Magi-tech arm that can have it fuel siphoned off to increase the power of both his Illusion and Slayer magic, but this both weakens the power of said arm(which is rather strong when it holds three full charges of pressurized Ethernano gas, and can even be over-charged itself by using one of charges to unleash either a super-punch or a short burst of super-strength), meaning he has to choose when and were he uses these charges, when he has time to refuel(carries about 6 canisters on his person if given time to prep), and try to not get said canisters hit in the middle of a fight.
Note: Ethernano gas, while more potent than regular lacrima, is also highly unstable. While !making specialized weapons out of it is do-able, it requires too much maintenance to be used on a large scale. It also means that those who make use of it habve to be careful not to get themselves blown up in a fight while carrying it on their person. Also, unlike Lacrima, it can be used up much more easily, making it better for things like guns and such, but not things that require a lot of use(his arm being an exception)
Ripper is the name of his self-made Chain-cutlass, powered by a normal lacrima crystals, that can tear through most metals when it's turning at full speed, and can be further enhanced by adding Hellfire to the mix, though this can only be done fro brief swipes, as too much will cause the delicate parts in side the machine to melt, rendering it unusuable.
Black Delilah is a revolver that can be enhanced with Pressurized Ethernano Gas, put dosn't require it to function, instead only needing a small amount of the user's ethernano to fire off it's ammunition.
Marth is a sociable type of person, he can be blunt at times but it is because he hates to sugar coat. He is also a rather laid back person who is easily confrontable, when he speaks he has confidence behind his words. He can be a rather arrogant person at times, not seeing many people as his equal or superior, more so as inferior and beneath him. People Marth deems as superior and equal he is a lot more cooperative with them. Marth lives by his ideals of Honor, Courage, and Loyalty, Marth never preys on the weak or the innocent. When he fights he is usually cool and level headed, he knows that any falter or hesitation can lead to death.
Marth is a rather smart person, he is completely aware of the corruption within the Librarium though he pays no mind to it. As long as it doesn't interfere with his personal goals he stays out of it. When he meets someone new he will assess them, studying their body language, their looks, and the way they speak.
When Marth is on the job he keeps socializing to a minimum, only saying things that have importance to the mission. If you stand in his way of completing what he must do, he won't hesitate to cut you down.

| History: | Marth was born and raised in the swampland's below, residing in a small village named Shinpō that followed the practices of one of the sister faiths. An ancient and rare faith that was near completely lost during the war of faiths. This village was still standing however after many years, relocating every now and then in order to survive, though since the war they have settled in a place far off. What drove them To live and survive, the duty of guarding an almighty and powerful book said not to be read by mortal eyes. Deemed to be a holy book, they secured and protected the book in the inner sanctum of their shrine devoted to the hero.
Though Marth follows the teachings of his faith, he felt somewhat conflicted since it clashed against his curious and knowledge seeking nature. Of the few, he was curious to know the contents of the book, despite it being a big taboo. Once a month there is a big worship in the shrine, Marth took this as his chance to discover the contents of the book.
Curiosity killed the cat
Since then life hadn't been the same for him, the big change led Marth on a different road. He eventually Left the village and joined the Librarium at a fairly young age of 15 because of his abilities. He proved to be a powerful asset to the Librarium and climbed the ranks quickly, his skills and magic a lot more fit for combat and dealing with the beasts below. Marth converted faiths, the teaching of mother Juno appealed a lot more to his lifestyle.

White devil slayer
White devil slayer magic is deadliest against demons alike, making them the best akin to slaying demons due to having holy attributes. Devil slayer magic affects a persons body makeup, because Marth is a white devil slayer he has more resistance against holy and white magic. Marth can utilize his devil slayer magic efficiently and also combine it with his enchantment magic to imbue objects with holy attributes.
Divine light : This spell is more of a defensive/utility spell, the user concentrates magic power towards his body creating a dazzling light blinding those who look at him directly.
Holy mark: The user focuses magic power to either hand or in Marths case his weapon. the user then strikes the foe, leaving a stigma on the foes skin. This stigma temporarily stuns the foe.
White pledge: The user concentrates magic power in one hand and it into the ground causing pillars of light to rush towards and encircle the foe. Once around the pillars are encircled, they converge on the victim creating a huge pillar damaging the enemy.
Holy retribution: The user cups his hands to the side and concentrates magic power into a single point with both hands. The hands are then thrust forward to shoot a steady beam. While shooting the beam Marth can change the trajectory as he pleases.
Secret Art
Heavenly radiance: The user places both hands above their head and amasses a large amount of radiant magical energy that shines bright like the sun above the users head. Once the user is done channeling he throws it at the target causing massive damage, capable of leaving a large crater in the ground. It is only possible for Marth to use it in the day time because it is a lot easier to gather light, attempting at night with his current level would surely exhaust all of his magical energy, causing death.
Enchantment magic
The process of Enchantment amounts to the user to adding their own Magic onto living or inanimate objects, thereby increasing their natural attributes; i.e. enchanting wood to make it stronger than steel. here
Holy imbue: The user imbues holy attributes onto an object giving it special properties. When imbued to a weapon it can increase its power and lethality. The user must constantly be imbuing magical energy in order to keep up the increased power.
Divine touch: The user is able to accelerate the healing process of wounds, depending on how much magic power the user uses is how much the healing of a wound is accelerated.
| Miscs : | Marth wields a magical sword known as the 'Channeler" The specialty of the sword its ability to sync well with its users magical power, making infusing elemental attributes into the weapon a lot less taxing.

Pythia has been described as quite possibly one of the most temperamental members of Cloud Chasers, though it is clear that there is much more to Pythia once you peel back the layers of her personality and the motives behind them. Once done you will see an individual that is fighting against oppression not only because it is righteous and noble but also the only thing that they have left to motivate themselves due to the loss they have suffered throughout their life; without it there is nothing and for Pythia Nsiferum that is what truly terrifies her most. But to cover up these fears, doubts, and misgivings Pythia has decided to live up to two principle ideologies in her life— trust no one, and create an armor of rage and zeal.
And there is a lot of rage and zeal; and perhaps even more distrustful paranoia.
Pythia is very wroth, proving that it is better to be irrationally angry for a small thing than show someone it is acceptable to do even the slightest affront. This admittedly can make working and interacting with Pythia difficult and she knows it; she just doesn’t particularly care. In terms of priorities, the only thing that immediately concerns her is the mission at large and her crusade to punish all those who support the Librarium and their disgustingly immoral and unethical acts against the people of the world as she all too well is aware of their evil actions that she will never forget or forgive. Being criticized for being “irrational” or “wroth” is insignificant for her and it is extremely likely that any critic who utters such phrases to her will be reminded that they are an irrelevant moron or naïve fool to prioritize feelings over goals.
Her peers and comrades in Cloud Chasers have found her difficult, but few even know of the reasons for Pythia’s motives and ideals.

HISTORY
Ever hear the story of the Librarium and how it usurped the throne from the Royal Family? Pythia Nsiferum knows it well, a fact that should not come to a surprise since it was Pythia’s ancestors that were driven from the throne and persecuted for the centuries that followed; hunted like mad dogs who refused to be leashed and put in their place. It would be a story that Pythia would be reminded of in her adolescence time and time again; almost to the point where she could recite it word for word. It would be one of Pythia’s first lessons— the past can never be forgotten if the future is to prosper. It would be a lesson that Pythia would learn when her family’s hidden compound was discovered by agents of the Librarium when she was thirteen years old.
The Librarium’s law had finally caught up with the Nsiferum dynasty and their refusal to bow to their magical oppression. Rushed into a secret chamber in her parent’s quarters before the final hour of the attack, the vicious ruthlessness of the Librarium’s agents was in full view. Pythia has never forgotten the visage of her parents being run down by magical blades; there was no trial, only death and slaughter. Despite all of her training with sword and flame, Pythia couldn’t muster any strength or courage to battle her parent’s executioners; she remained hiding, shaking in fear as her mind kept replaying the horrific event— a recollection that she would continue to remember in her nightmares for the years that followed.
Alone and broken Pythia ran from the compound and eventually found the Cloud Chasers. The rest is history.
Reynolf is one of the more, for lack of better word, indolent member of the guild. He can easily be tricked into work by piquing his curiosity, to which he will then work with unbefitting and frightening tenacity.
In general, he tends to keep a calm and collected disposition, being able to look at a problem from a different point of view if need be. It is hard to make him express any emotion other than deathly indifference. However in important matters, mostly concerning the guild or it's members he tries to help to his fullest, whilst trying to draw the least attention to himself.
In general, he idles about in the guild until he is pulled aside and is dragged alongside with to missions. In that, many of the guild members may view him as lazy, and unspirited. Though, Reynolf himself does not care of the image he projects upon his fellow members, and only takes offense if his friends and fellow-members were to be badmouthed.

Reynolf hails from the east, with their own culture and traditions but still very much under the theocracy of Librarium. His family wasn't exactly well off, as they were struggling to get by. His father would work endlessly, day in day out to provide food for himself and his son. On some days his father would go on without food just so that Reynolf could eat, and in tandem would place a false facade of being 'filled' just to reassure Reynolf. Whenever his father was home he would be snoring away, trying to get even a wink of sleep before toiling away once more and disappearing for days on end.
On his off days, Reynolf would stand idly alongside the cliff face. The wind hitting his visage was always a comforting feeling- almost motherly. For hours he would just stand, sit or lie down by the cliffside and let the wind soothe him in his lonesome.
There was an employer interested in a lost art of the blessed wind. Many rumours sprout about an old civilization whom had honed their art to near perfection. Many records date of their existence, but not many of where, or rather how they disappeared. Only a handful of leads or hearsay stated that their ignorance and pride had gotten to them and their ancient village was decimated by a natural force, an earthquake. Many claim it was a righteous act of god whom delivered retribution.
His father worked under this employer as a miner. Employed under harsh and unfair treatment, being paid close to nothing but with no choice he had to do it- if not for himself, for his son.
Reynolf admires his father's tenacity but worried endlessly for his deteriorating health. On a fairly mundane morning, he went to visit his father to surprise him with some food knowing he had not eaten for a few days and starving himself for Reynolf. As he approached the towering mine opening he was waved to pass through. After a few twist and turns in a damp, and dark tunnels he had finally found where his father was stationed. With nothing but Reynolf's echoing footsteps to accompany him he tread on. As he approached the end he found his father on the floor, collapsed from fatigue. Rushing up to his side and holding him up he had noticed how much lighter his father had gotten. He shook him tersely, but after his father did not as much as grunt nor breathe he began looking for a pulse... he found none.
From them it was a blur of years that Reynolf himself avoids speaking of. He took his father's position and in a few years there was a freak accident that collapsed the mine. Oddly enough, while the project failed and was abandoned, there was something pulling him back into the mine, a voice. He had continued his digging, and after months, nearing a year, he had found a structural pockets filled with tomes upon tomes, tablets upon tablets and writings upon writings of the civilization.
A few more years of self-teaching, years of trial and error, he had gotten a firm grasp of the lost art. There was an extended invitation towards Reynolf, to join the Cloud Chasers, to which he accepted to further his studies.
Recently, Reynolf's ears prick up about rumours that have sprung up of a live user, blessed by the winds much like Reynolf. However this individual is said to be a descendant of the civilization of old and had inherited the powers directly rather than through tomes. He has set an eye out for hearsay pertaining to the figure.

Fallax Venti - A lost magic, specifically a subsection of Wind magic. This particular magic had been lost due to the practitioners being far and few inbetween. Ancient winds are called upon and embodies the user, the winds itself have a peculiar whistle that is easily distinguishable when entering battle against Reynolf- earning him his alias.
Reynolf is still capable of doing rudimentary air magic- like basic air projectiles, levitation and deflection. However, said subsection gives him peculiar, and unknown magicks.
| Spells: |
[Aer's Celeritate]Speed- By using pressurized air, and reduced air resistance he can propel himself at remarkable speeds, surprising speed-based enemies when he is able to keep up with them. [Ventus Carmina]Wind's Dance- Air begins to shape on both his arms and legs, forming a blade-like structure (akin to a short scythe) that can be used in melee combat. The Wind seem to spin endlessly in place, giving the wind it's odd whistle- but more importantly the gyration gives the wind it's sharpness making it able to rival blades made of the finest smith and steel. Since he has to utilize both his arms and legs, his fighting style is almost dance-like in it's execution, granting grace and fluidity in one fell swoop. [Ventus aetheris]Wind's Aether- By making winds encircle and dance around his form he can effectively turn himself invisible to a degree, particularly bending light away from himself. However this process is extremely taxing, requiring utmost concentration on Reynolf's part. A slight fluctuation in his calculations can effectively nullify his own ability and would hence reveal himself. It is mostly used in reconaissance and infiltration and cannot be effectively used in extended combat. It is more strenous if many light sources are present, or if the sun is at it's highest point. [Son Murus]Wind Wall- In an area infront of Reynolf he channels a partition of air. The winds are very turbulent, able to divert and ricochet projectiles, and to a lesser degree- spells. Particularly ones that are weaker. People that try to pass through the walls may suffer cuts just from the sheer strength of the tempestuous wind. The wall itself cannot be moved once it is made, as the winds are too turbulent to be transposed and can only be dispelled. [Null Spatium]Vacuum- In an area around Reynolf he makes a dome-like area and forcefully pushes the bulk of air outside of it. Inside the dome individuals begun to feel lightheaded due to the small, finite amount of air left inside the dome becoming more and more lethargic as time passes. Reynolf himself is not averse to the effects, he would also be extremely worn-out due to the exertion of the ability itself. He is still training himself to get used to the different pressure and the low amounts of oxygen in the dome.

Sometimes the happiest among us hide the deepest scars.
Nemu seems very bright and cheerful, always smiling and playing around. She's very understanding, despite her sheltered upbringing, and overworks herself in trying to please everyone undaunted by failure or rejection. However, just beneath the surface lies the unshakable fear of suddenly losing everything. It happened once, and it can certainly happen again. She's seen firsthand what the Librarium is capable of. The guild is her home now, and she will protect both it and her friends with every ounce of power she possesses. Her fierce loyalty is rivaled only by her insatiable curiosity. She gets into everything--especially the things she's not supposed to. Like a compulsive child, she can't stop herself. It's no small wonder how her friends coined the saying 'Wherever Nemu goes, trouble is sure to follow'.

Shen is an old charm-smith from the distant frontier town of Rivant, and Nemu's grandfather. She was raised by his hand, never knowing of her parents. Shen maintained a frustrating silence when it came to them; at best, he offered only a pained expression. Under her grandfather's care, she was firmly and frequently reminded that she was different, and if the wrong kind of people discovered her, they would never see each other again. Through avid practice and refinement, Nemu's magical talents grew year after year, but so too did her insatiable curiosity and appetite for adventure. Doomed to live a sheltered life. One day, restless and bored of her studies, she snuck out and wandered beyond the village walls. But the Pandoran frontier is a dangerous place, but surprisingly it was the Librarium, not hungry beasts, that discovered her. The world went dark, and she awoke to shackles and the company of the Librarium's undesirables and dissidents. The prisoner transport ship that carried them was destined for the gallows. Were it not for a chance encounter with pirates, she might have met a gruesome fate. The raiders were intent on freeing their own comrades, but one of them, a firebrand figure by the name of Charlotte, took it upon herself to save Nemu as well. As they escaped on gliding skiffs, her grandfather's warnings echoed in her mind. Would she ever see him again?
Perhaps the result of the magic's interaction with Nemu's peculiar physiology--the exact cause is unknown--but a small measure of sleep magic leaks from Nemu's body constantly. Living creatures in her immediate surroundings feel drowsy and calmed, but otherwise suffer no ill effects. Moreover, the effects can be ignored easily, just as anyone can work hard despite being fatigued, but they may be less attentive.
This spell can be cast in one of two ways: Nemu chants words of power in the traditional Shamira language and infuses a wide area around her with potent magic, which spreads out in an intense wave of silver mist. All living creatures within a few hundred feet falls asleep immediately and begin to dream. The wave of magic travels very quickly, taking only a few seconds to cover the entire area; it is difficult, but not impossible to outrun. Mages with remarkably strong willpower may be able to stave off the sleep effect, but the fatigue will set in quickly as their body is convinced it needs rest. Any obstacle that blocks contact with the mist, such as a magical barrier or some form of spatial magic, will preclude the effects entirely.
The spell wears off after a few hours, and any affected creature that remains asleep for the spell's duration will feel revitalized and empowered upon waking. An affected creature cannot wake themselves of their own accord, but can be woken forcibly by anyone else; if a creature is awoken by any means before the spell's duration ends, it will be fatigued as if denied several nights of rest.
If Nemu cannot speak, she cannot cast this version of the spell.
She can cast this spell as Eye Magic, but it can only affect one creature at a time and relies on eye contact rather than physical contact with the magic. Otherwise it functions the same as the wide area spell.
Nemu can communicate telepathically over long-distance with any number of creatures in the midst of a dream. Moreover, she can allow dreamers to communicate to one another through her magic. If a creature is only lightly sleeping, the messages may seem distant, incomprehensible, or go entirely unnoticed.

| Age : | 24 (looks 18-20)

| Appearance : | Sayuri is tall at 5'11” with an athletic build. She has waist length blood red hair and dark violet eyes. She generally wears black boots, black pants, a white sleeveless shirt, and white cloth bandages wrapped around her palms and forearms. She sometimes wears a black jacket with a flame design on the back over her shirt. When traveling she also wears a brown traveling cloak with a hood her head when necessary. She also wears a pair of swords that are disguised as black bouken crossed behind her waist.
| Personality: | Sayuri is generally abrasive and blunt rarely pulling her punches or abiding by formality. She sees it as unnecessary and forgoes it entirely. She is very calm and difficult to anger or freak out. Once you do piss her off however she is extremely difficult to calm down. She is also sort of lazy as she prefers to lay around, cook or train with Irene. One of the only other things she isn't lazy about it jobs. Especially when those jobs involve fighting as she always enjoys a good fight. She has a hard time making close friends as her kidnapping as a kid left a lasting impact when it came to trusting people so it take a lot for that to happen. Once you are her friend however you have her utmost loyalty and trust. If you betray her however you will have to work twice as hard just for her to not hate you. She is also extremely protective of Irene and will go to length to protect her.
| History: | Sayuri was born as the daughter of one of the six Pirate Kings and grew up surrounded by the guilds and has really only seen the negative side of the Librarium. Her mother died a couple months after she was born and as such grew up without one though was none the worse for it. She was born with a natural talent for energy based magics, such as Fire or Lightning Magic, and well above average magical reserves making her a natural born mage. Seeing this her father started teaching her magic as soon as she was able to learn. Though he started off teaching her Darkness magic she became drawn to Aura Form Magic after watching one of her fathers friends dispatch a B-class beast with ease. She picked it up quickly and kept with it. Life was good for her until she was kidnapped by a Magic Researcher when she was eight. She was held for a year until she was rescued by a combined effort between her father and the Librarium. After she was rescued she had developed a permanent and incurable cough though was completely healthy otherwise. Over the next couple years she continued to train but her father had gotten over protective and was it was irritating her. When she turned thirteen she left and went to join the Cloud Chasers as she'd heard good things about them though she still kept in contact with him. When she turned sixteen she volunteered for a long term job working with a Deacon that worked as an informant for the Pirate Kings. Over the two years she worked with him they became extremely close as she did with his daughter Irene. Eventually he was found out and asked Sayuri to take Irene and take care of her. She agreed and fled with her taking her back to the Cloud Chasers and adopted her. She raised her as if she was her own as even going as far to teach her magic to protect herself. She also trained herself and became an S-rank at the age of 20. She continues to work mission taking Irene with her whenever possible leaving her behind only when it was too dangerous for her.

Aura Form Magic – An entirely combat based magic in which the user uses their magic to generate a colored Aura unique to each person and form it into weapons, armor or other objects. Creating most objects is fairly simple and just created by your thoughts. This includes things like swords, walls, armor, and things of a similar nature. However anything heavily mechanical or complex you need to have decent knowledge on how it works mechanically in order to create it. Things like revolver, repeating rifles and pretty much any machine. The creations only take one use of magic to create but can be strengthened by adding more. The more complex the creation the more magic it takes. How solid the creation is has no bearing on the magic usage. Her aura is a dark red color.
Daeshic Transformation Magic – Due to the Lacrima implanted in her when she was kidnapped she has the ability to turn into a Half-Angel Half-Demon called a Daeshi similar to Take Over. When using she is transformed her physical abilities are increased and can use Light and Dark magic. Due to training she is able to only partially transform and the more she is transformed the more her physical abilities are boosted. When the transforms her magical aura feels extremely unnatural. The more she transforms the more her aura feels this way.
When fully transformed her eyes take on a golden color, she grows wings and a tail that look like a mix between a Dragon and a Devil, she grows black and silver horns that sprout from her head and sweep back, and her hair gains silver highlights. Her arms and legs also transform. Her arms look similar to the Devil Bringer except sleeker and cleaner. Her shoulder has a similarly styled “pauldron” and her lower legs take a similar greave-like appearance. The colors are also changed; the glowing blue stops glowing and is silver, the red is a dark violet, and the blue is black.
| Miscs : | Her Guild mark is placed along her lower back. Despite her personality she is an excellent cook. She sometimes cooks for the guild when she has the chance. Sayuri's Theme
Marianne is not a nice woman, not in the slightest. She doesn't believe in being sweet, demure, or even pleasant around most people, making sure that everyone knows where they stand when they approach her, though she does show respect to those who have earned it from her. Most, however, find her to be aloof at best to what they have to say, and downright hostile to those who have earned her ire and spite, just as likely to cut them down as she is to greet them with a look of utter disgust. She isn't one who makes friends, but to those whose presence she tolerates, she is . . . an interesting person to be around, always speaking her mind and never suffering for lying of any sort. If you're bad at something, she'll tell you that to your face, but will follow it up with tips on how to improve and what needs work. She's never mean for the sake of it, there will always be a reason behind her words, no matter how cruel or dismissive they might sound.
However, underneath her rough exterior, lies a tortured and stressed soul. Marianne has always been under the impression that she needs to be the very best that she can be and that she could never show even a smidgen of weakness, not even when it may be self-destructive to keep up such a facade. Not only that, but she is often struck with severe night terrors and struggles with an addiction to a certain medicinal herb known as Juno's Mercy that is used by the Librarium doctors to relieve pain, often taking it in her off time to soothe the shakes and paranoia that often plague her when she isn't on the job, though this often leads to her becoming high-strung and irritable if she is kept from her next fix for too long. While some would seek assistance for these kinds of issues, to Marianne, to admit that she needs help now would only be exposing herself as a weak woman who isn't fit for the position she holds and should be sent away to the Abbey of Juno to become a Sister for the rest of her days. This belief has often led to her refusing to see doctors or nurses, no matter how serious her own wounds are, saying that she can tend to herself before storming off. Her pride and stubbornness and the lengths to which these traits can take her, are not to be underestimated.
“Honor and Law. These are the things that keep our society together, and those who do not uphold these values are little better than worms crawling in the dirt.”

Marianne was born to the Shimizu house in one of the capitals of the Librarium, with a loving father and mother, and some years later, a little brother to care for an protect. As a child, one would find the little red haired girl to be quite sociable and kind, quickly adopting the words of honor and chvilary that her father often preached about as the traits befitting k the Clerical Knights of the Librarium. She always knew, in her heart, that she couldn't stand the thought of becoming a Nun of the Sisterhood, of spending her day locked away, unable to do anything that she wanted, slowly losing herself to the faith of Juno. As she grew older and the day when she was to be sent seemed grew nearer, it terrified the young girl. However, the day never came, for her father believed that she would do more for the Librarium and Juno as a Knight then she ever could as a Nun, and that sending her to waste away in some dreary chapel was no life for his daughter, not while he lived and breathed.
From that day onward, Marianne took to her studies and training to be a night with a zealous fervor that rivaled that of any priest, eager to prove to her father they hadn't made a mistake. In these early days, the buds that would grow to consume her had been planted, as she drew further away from friends outside of her family in favor of perfecting her form, brushing up on her fighting techniques, familiarizing herself with the names and abilities of famous Rogue Guild members, and most importantly, learning how to maneuver the political landscape of the capital, especially as the first and only girl born to the Shimizu family. As she greww older, she became aware of the corruption of the outer rim of the Librarium's empire, of the hardships that were put upon the people and how the word of Juno was being twisted to suit the needs of those in power. But she didn't let the thoughts of these atrocities fester and bother her like they did her brother. Instead, she resolved that she, once she gained enough political clout amongst the Librarium, would change the system so that such corruption would be dealt with swiftly and with as little disruption to the common people as possible, unlike the uncontrollable Pirate guilds that think that attacking Librarium frigates or bases meant anything other than hardship for the people they espoused to be helping.
However, one day, everything changed. She woke up one day to find that her entire world had been turned upside down. Her father had been executed, his very existence somehow erased from the minds and records of everyone in the Librarium, Her mother passed away with not even a rumor of how it came to pass, her own body covered in strange, horrid looking scars, and her mind filled with hazy, nightmarish visions that plagued her every waking moment, a head of unnaturally white hair filled to the brim with the scripture of Juno despite the fact that she had never been the most devout of believers, and only one thing that could tie it all together: it was her brother's fault. Her father's death, his erasure from mind and record, everything that was wrong with her, it was all the fault of her brother. He had ran away from hi life and left everything on her, left her to be blamed and ridiculed, left her to bear even more weight upon her shoulders, and probably without even a hint of regret.
In that moment, Marianne had never felt more hurt, more alone, and more enraged, and as these emotions filled her, so to did a solemn oath that she swore on her Father's blade. She would find her cowardly brother, wherever he hid, and make him pay for it with his life. He would bare witness to all the pain and suffering his actions had brought upon his family, and no matter how much he begged, how much he pleaded, she swore that he'd find no mercy from her. He was a pathetic wretch of a man, and when she found him, he'd be given a death worthy of his vile, stinking ilk. Him and all the other Rogue guilds who thought they were doing good, unaware or uncaring of the true harm their actions caused the people in the long term.

Mystic Smith Magic: This magic allows the user to recreate any weapon they may have come across and ability it may have, as long as they're able to memorize its structure via saturating the weapon in their magical energy. These creations, formed entirely from the users magical energy, can be dismissed at a whim, and the magical energy expended to create said energy is returned to them unless somehow stopped from doing so. It can also be used to alter said weapon, though usually, such alterations will weaken the blade in some way. For Example, by making a sword that is able to catch on fire to launch said fire, it may lose out a bit in durability, it's own cutting power or the power of the flames being launched. Also, any weapons that are made in this fashion are able to be telekinetically moved and wielded by the user, as well as summoned at a moment's noticed while manifested if the user has been disarmed in some way. Let it be noted that the weapons are ranked in power from E-S, and that the stronger the weapon, the longer it takes to memorize its structure, and the more costly it is to make, limiting how many of such a weapon can be made, as well as how fast such a weapon can be formed. Also, once a weapon is made, it's as real as the weapon it's based on, and thus can't be dispelled or canceled out once it's been fully manifested unless by her own hand. Most of the weapons that Marianne wields are recreated from remnants and ruins of magical artifacts that she has found in her forays to the lands below the floating islands of Pandora, renewing them back to their former glory with her magic.
*note: This magic idea isn't mine, but one gotten from a Fanfiction I read a while back
**Another note: Alongside these weapons, Marianne can also summon a regular, if finely crafted sword(the one she holds in the picture), a Bow and a quiver of arrows, a regular spear, daggers, a halberd, and a greatsword. These weapons require very little magical energy to summon, but hold no other special qualities. As such, they can be brought into existence quickly with only a small cost, though she tends not to use them when she's either in her demon form or wielding one of her A-ranked weapons as they're most useful when summoned in bulk and that'd dig too much into her reserves when paired with the stronger blades.
Carnwennan(C): The Knife in the Dark, this dagger allows their wielder to cloak themselves in shadows, hiding their presence from any who would wish to them harm. This concealment, is only effective in dark and dimly lit areas where there is ample room for shadows and darkness to thrive, but in areas with great amounts of light, they can be found much more easily.
Dyrnwyn(A): The Blade of Righteous Flame, this is the heirloom sword of the Shimizu family, a blade which only spares those with a righteous heart the cruel agony of it's golden flames. Rumored to have been blessed by Juno herself, the flames this blade emits are golden in color and do not behave like normal flames as they require no fuel to burn, nor do they harm that which the wielder doesn't intend to harm. These golden flames hold within them a holy light that burns the life energy of both demons and those who wield the powers of demons(such as devil Slayers and Satan Soul users). As such, this blade can't be used by Marianne while she's currently using any of her Satan Soul abilities, as the flames will actively seek to destroy the demonic taint that courses through her body, likely killing her n the process.
The flames that this blade gives off are intense even without the extra sting given to those with the ilk of demon-kind surging through their veins and can be controlled mentally somewhat to move in strange ways, though they can't take on a physical form without altering the blade to do so. This means that, if locking blades with an opponent, Marianne can have the flames whip out to strike her opponent's hand or perhaps their face/eyes if she's feeling viscous.
Skofnung(A): The Sword of the Madness, this blade bequeaths upon its wielder a great increase in their physical abilities and fighting prowess, however, they lose the ability to reason and fly into a berserker rage. While the blade keeps their fighting skills from degrading, it doesn't stop them from attacking anything in their way, be it friend or foe, thus it's best used when Marianne is alone. It's with this blade, along with her Satan Soul magic, that has led to the death's of many a Rogue Guild and given rise to her title of 'Bloody Mary'.
Gáe Buide and Gáe derg(B): The Twin Roses of Mortality and Exorcism, these two spears make for a deadly combination when wielded skillfully. The Yellow spear, Gáe Buidhe, is a very dangerous weapon as not only does it inflict wounds the tend to bleed more profusely than normal, but they are incredibly hard to heal as well, as while the blood flow will eventually slow down, the wound will remain slow to close and heal as well as being highly resistant to the effects of healing magics. This magic effect can be bypassed, however, by nullifying the magic that is centered around the area. The Red spear, Gáe Derg, possess a spearhead with the ability to nullify any magic it comes into contact with, though for continuous effects, the magic can resume as normal once the spearhead is no long touching the affected area.
*note: Given power requirements, She can only have one weapon of A rank of above out at any one time given her current level of skill and magical power, and two of B Rank. C-Rank, however, can go from 3 to 6 depending on the size and ability of the weapon.
Satan Soul Satan Soul: Voserum, Marianne's only Take-Over, which she has mastered to the point where she can go full-body(for a time), this demon was known for terrorizing villages in the dead of night, stealing away young men and women to their hidden lair. It holds the Curse known as Devouring Void, which summons forth a thick darkness that glows faintly with a crimson inner light. This black substance can be controlled and shaped to Marianne's whims while using her Satan Soul, and will seek to devour anything it come into contact with, first draining the magical energy then drawing in the physical body of anything that comes into contact with it. Anything consumed by the darkness is converted into magical energy that is sent back to Marianne, first healing her wounds, then filling back her magical reserves. This creeping darkness is rather robust and difficult to destroy, meaning that removal is often the best way to deal with it. Given it's nature as a Curse and not Magic, that makes it immune to any sort of nullification magics as well, though her Satan Soul itself has no such protections and the darkness will disperse once she exits the form.
This form also gives a few other effects, such as: enhanced durability, enhanced magical protections, and strong resistance to dark and 'unholy' magic.
However, one issue with this form is that she can't hold it indefinitely, going about 5 posts before the side effects start to kick in. If she goes beyond this threshold, then her Satan Soul will begin to cannibalize her body, causing no small amount of pain and agony as she struggles to hold herself together, not to mention that the demon within will start to leak out, eating away at her mind and soul the longer and longer she holds onto it. If she stays like this for too long, then eventually both her mind and body will be consumed by the demon within, which will take her place and continue to do as it did before.
Also, while in this form, Marianne will count as a demon in regard to how her body reacts to Devil Slayer Magics, so she has to be careful of them while in this form.

Personality: To describe Konrad's personality is to delve keep into the recces of his mind. A very dark place by most standards, but those who notice the calmer more collective man knew that there is a shred of normality in their somewhere. In this mindset, he is indifferent and doesn't much care for conversations and only wishes to get the job done and go home. He has been known to be a bit more "human" in this mindset and he is generally peaceful. This side is the true Konrad Kruze, while in the other hand we have the Night Haunter. A ruthless hunter who fears no pain and only wishes to bring his target to "justice" be that through the courts or by his own hand. This is the byproduct of his childhood losses and his version of justice. To him the only way people will see justice is through fear of consequences and loss, much like the young Konrad was exposed to. This mentality is what shapes the man and though he is a loose cannon there are people who have been known to keep a tight lease on him until the need arises and he is let loose.

Konrad was born near the Librarium capital Keter in the slums outside the great city. His father was the city's headsman and his mum was nothing short of nonexistent, but did this bother the young boy? The answer was a simple no. Konrad found his happiness in his father's work and even begged to attend some of the executions. However one evening would change everything. This evening started like another with the young Konrad, age 12, and his dear father Russ climbing the steps to the execution platform, however little did the headsman or his son knew this would be their last moments together as in a few short minutes the headsman was killed and his son ran out of town. From ages 13 to 27 Konrad would live the life of a "Headsman" and a "Pillar of justice". The town he was born and the neighboring cities and slums would suffer fourteen years of torment and various unmentionable evils at the hands of a boogeyman they called the Night Haunter. In reality the monster was merely a man who had stolen various books of magic including a tome on requip and was using the tools of his father's trade against them. A week before his 29th birthday Konrad would be caught and punished for his crimes. The punishment was to be death by quartering, but the Librarium had use of a monster like Kruze. They would release him and force him to be a instrument in their war on the sky pirates. Konrad was able to fulfill his little game and the Librarium was able to use his old name to sow more fear.

Ignis is an inquisitive soul with a charming bashfulness about him. He does his best to uphold a polite and chivalrous demeanor, though his anxiety and aversion to any form of conflict usually lead him to be quite soft spoken and shy in almost any given situation. His renown as a prodigal Arithmancer and genius of his time, as well as his direct blood relation to the Archbishop, draw a lot of unwanted attention to the meek man.
Try as he may to act modest, there is no denying that Ignis is deserving of his recognition in the fields of Arithmancy. He possesses a keen intellect with a logical mind that is no stranger to comprehending complex concepts and solving equations beyond the capabilities of any ordinary man. Though with status comes responsibility, something he is not quite fond of. The pressure to succeed and his own inability to face his failures has directly caused Ignis to become a very standoffish and irrationally fearful person.
His magic is the only thing he really cherishes; so much so that he submissively follows every order of the Librarium out of the fear that they one day take his right to Magic away as they once did the Sky Pirates.

Once a prodigal student of the Capital Judea's School of Arithmancy, Ignis was highly renowned for his ability to comprehend the intricate nuances of Arithmancy faster than all others in his generation. At the rate he was learning, it was predicted he would reach the Master level by the time he was in his mid thirties. He performed so phenomenally well in all of his studious endeavors that eventually a high performance was always expected from him. The nephew of the Archbishop and a young genius, there was certainly a lot of weight riding on his shoulders.
Unfortunately, he would eventually be crushed by it.
The details of Ignis' nervous breakdown are scarce, though it is believed that he just simply couldn't handle the pressure that was thrust upon him. For reasons he made unknown to all but his closest loved ones, Ignis dropped out of the School of Arithmancy and joined the Library Hunters.

Arithmancy: The study of ancient numeracy and the magical geometry needed to create Magic Circles. Through dedicated study and a keen mind capable of understanding complex equations, Arithmancers have very much established themselves in Pandora as Magical Scientists.
Through Arithmancy, the caster is able to draw and re-create magic circles varying in intricacy in order to conjure up the most basic forms of other Magics. While a far cry from the potential one mage would have in specialising said Magic, Arithmancers sacrifice power for versatility.
Additionally, the art of Invocation was also born under the Arithmancers. By combining aspects of Circles relating to different Magics, Arithmancers are capable of fusing together magics into new and more powerful combinations.
It is theorised that through Arithmancy, any Magic that has ever existed can be recreated. Though the dedication and knowledge needed to perform even the most basic conjurations means that it may be many centuries before an Arithmancer with such ability appears.

Ignis wields an Arithmancer Tome and Aetherquill. The Tome is filled with base templates of Magic Circles already pre-drawn to allow Ignis to fashion spells much faster than if he was working from scratch. The Aetherquill is a special writing utensil that uses a very scarce, unnoticable amount of the wielders magic power to be able to write.
Ignis has a photographic memory, able to memorize everything he sees with intricate detail.
Theodore is as free spirited as one would expect of a Sky Pirate. His ability to adapt and go wherever the wind takes him has made him quite the resilient young man capable of handling a plethora of sticky situations. He has taken to the pirate lifestyle like a moth to a flame, doing whatever he pleases without remorse. He holds quite a sour grudge against the Librarium and is noticeably crueler when dealing with anyone within it's ranks.
Theodore is not the most friendly person you'll meet. He's quite dismissive of others in a rather arrogant manner, as if their not worth his time. He's not above using cheap tricks to get what he wants, not holding any concept of honour when it comes to battle. He has been known to be quite eager in participating in missions that involve sabotaging the Librarium. Born to a family with its roots buried deep in the proud heritage of the Cleric Knights, Theodore and his sister were born and raised to uphold the good name of the Librarium. Their childhood was spent eagerly being trained to uphold the family legacy. Whilst Theodore once showed promise in his venture to Knighthood, his integration into the system caused him to see the unflattering truth of the matter. The Knights, an institution he believed were meant to bring peace, were the cause of so much suffering across Pandora.
Theodore began to rebel against the future his father had planned for him and his sister. He questioned every order, shed light upon every inconsistency and worked tirelessly to expose the Librarium. His voice was but a drop in a limitless ocean. As well as making a fool of himself, he had also brought shame to his family. Though his plight would not stop there. If he could not expose the machine, then he would help dismantle it. As far as he was concerned, his family were sheep enslaved by the system. Theodore began to work with underground pirate groups to cause mayhem for the Librarium at every turn.
Eventually their group would go from harmless acts of vandalism and theft to more radical extremes to get their message across. Theodore became involved in a terrorist plot that would take everything he had known from him. The events of their attack are mostly unknown, with all records mysteriously omitted and no witnesses despite the scale of the event. Though one thing was made certain to Theodore after the attack; he needed to disappear.
Escaping with a group of Rogue Pirates, Theodore took to the skies without looking back at the life he left behind. As time went on, he would come to outgrow the Rogue Pirates he had fled with; departing from them before settling in York.
| Magic: |
Lancer Magic: Relatively simple Holder Magic that involves the magical enhancement of polearms to various effects. Despite being quite an orthodox magic, it's skill is largely dependent on one being proficient with any lance, spear or glaive type weapon to be effective. Theodore's style revolves heavily around large sweeping movements and strong leaps to evade and out-maneuver foes before going in for relatively safe strikes with his glaive. This acrobatic Lancer Style is an ancient art, one that belonged to fearsome warriors who used it to take Dragon's down from the sky to be finished off by their allies. Though the Dragon's are gone, this style is still practiced among Cleric Knights to this day.
Dragon Strike: Magically enhanced strike. Fundamentally simple and used to accompany most if not all strikes.
Slumbering Dragon Strike: Gathers magic power in the tip of the spear at the moment precisely before striking. Causes Theodore to pause very briefly, resulting in a slower yet harder hitting Dragon Strike. Also applies a 'Dragon Mark' to the foe. Up to 10 marks can be applied. Dragon's Rage: Delivers a heavy piercing attack that detonates all Dragon Mark's, resulting in minor to massive damage depending on how many marks were applied before use. If all 10 marks are erupted, Theodore restores a significant amount of Magic Power to himself.
Scale Piercer: A magically empowered pierce that is capable of dealing heavy damage to magical and physical defenses. The attack is considerably slower than Theodore's regular movements. Additionally, the Scale Piercer's force is projected through the target to one additional person behind them. Any Dragon Mark's currently afflicting the original target are also passed onto the secondary.
Javelin Toss: Hurls the magically empowered Spear with tremendous force, capable of piercing several targets before being magically recalled to Theodore's hand.
Mirage Thruster: Redirects the course of the Javelin mid flight. Can only be used once per Javelin Toss.
Charge: Magically empowered spear rush that charges Theodore forward in the direction he faces a considerable distance. Anything caught in the charge is pierced and dragged along until the Charge ends, at which point they are violently thrown off. Can also be used to ascend into the sky or descend down to the earth.
Vault: Magically empowered pole vault that sends Theodore flying great distances. Can be used to escape, chase down fleeing opponents or reach targets that are high in the sky.
Take Over - Hero Soul: Take Over Magic that allows the wielder to take on the form of long lost heroes of legend. In taking on the form of these powerful beings, the wielder is able to use any magic they possessed as well as retains any skills they held. Hero Soul functions differently from regular Take Over magic. Because the forms they take are that of deceased heroes, Take Overs are not obtained through defeating a being and absorbing their power. Instead each legendary Hero is bound to a Relic. Rare and powerful artifacts, highly sought after by collectors and mages alike, Relics hold a semblance of the power once used by the hero that possessed them.
The exact details on how a being becomes recognised as a Hero are unclear, though there are a large handful of Relics scattered across Pandora and the world alike. Unfortunately because of the unique way Take Over: Hero Soul is acquired, mages who wield it can never have access to more than one Take Over at a time. In absorbing the power of a Relic, the mage is latching the Essence of a Hero to their Soul in a method referred to as a 'Soul Bind'. In order to learn a new Take Over, the Mage must relinquish the bond between the Hero Essence and their Soul; returning it to the Relic from which they once received it.
Though because of this discrepancy, it has been noted that at full potential a Hero Soul has the ability to reach incredible levels of power comparable to the original being who wielded them.

"From high above the carnage of the battlefield, the shadow of storm clouds cascaded us in darkness before we heard the thunderous roar of the winged beast. When we gazed up upon it's magnificence, there he stood; riding the storm as if it were his own personal pet."
The Nameless Hero, rightly anointed so by historians who show a keen interest in the time before the War of Faiths. For you see, not much is known of him compared to the other Heroes of Legend. There are no bards who recite songs of his praises, no statues built in remembrance of his deeds and no recollection of his name ever written down in any history book. Truly, the Old Dragon King is an enigma. Those who know of him are few and far between; descendants of those who knew him centuries ago who had passed down tales of his legend from generation to generation.
The Old Dragon King was not a hero of man, but a hero of Dragons. For reasons unknown, he thought tirelessly to protect the Dragons from the Librarium who sought to eradicate them. He was present among the War of Faiths, with an old folk tale surrounding him claiming that he soared high above the battlefield on the back of a Dragon. Yet despite his most valiant efforts, his mission would ultimately fail. The direct cause of his death is unknown, but shortly afterwards the Dragon's were hunted to extinction.
Through Take Over: Hero Soul, Theodore is able to assume the form and abilities of the Old Dragon King. Though his control over such power is rather limited, only being able to transform his arms currently. The Old Dragon King is a master of his mighty glaive, a weapon that allowed him to reach his foes whilst riding on the back of a Dragon. The Old Dragon King earned his name as the Storm Rider for his control over weather related Magics such as Wind and Lightning. With his presence came large thunderstorms and intense winds that churned around him at his command. It was said that he would rip the lightning from the skies and hurl it at his enemies as a mighty spear.
Additionally, the Old Dragon King was bestowed an artifact of great power by the Dragons. An ancient chime that when tolled would reach the ears of his faithful Dragon steed, Coaxoch. Even though he is still in possession of the chime, the Dragon's are extinct now and the toll of the bell is met only with silence.
Partial Take-Over:
Storm Spear: Generates lightning around the casters hand in the form of a mighty spear before hurling it at the opponent at near untraceable speed.
Crash Spear: Creates a Storm Spear that is thrown directly towards the earth, releasing a large shockwave of lightning in the immediate area.
Lightning Glaive: Empowers the Old Dragon King's glaive with lightning magic, increasing it's deadliness.
Gale: Releases a wave of violent, churning winds that sends foes tumbling away.
Ravage: A more compact version of Gale, releasing a cutting orb of wind in a single direction. A versatile spell that can accompany various melee strikes.
Full Take Over [LOCKED]
Enhanced Physical Ability: In his Full Take Over form, the Old Dragon King has increased strength, speed, stamina and durability.
Storm King: The Old Dragon King's magic presence was so tremendous, that he brought large thunderstorms with him wherever he went. Theodore's Take Over possesses this ability on a lesser scale, summoning forth overcast rain clouds to his vicinity.
Windsteed: Strong currents of wind carry the Old Dragon King through the skies for a brief moment, allowing quick movement in battle.
Turbulence: Creates two wind barriers. The inner barrier is a strong shield of wind that surrounds the caster only while they remain stationary. It is capable of withstanding heavy punishment before breaking. Additionally, the outer barrier acts as a persistent effect that drains magic over the duration. Causes the trajectory of all incoming projectiles to be altered in a way so that they veer off course slightly.
Eye of the Storm: Creates a turbulent hurricane around the Old Dragon King and his enemies, creating an arena of wind that makes escape incredibly difficult.
True Storm Spear: Raising his glaive into the sky, the Old Dragon King calls down a mighty bolt of lightning from the storm clouds above. The bolt deals heavy damage and moves at blinding speeds once cast. True Storm Spear can only be used while outside, as the bolt has to come directly from the sky above.
Storm Barrage: Casts a variation of True Storm Spear that calls down several smaller bolts of lightning across a wider area, rather than a single powerful one.
Lightning Rush: A spear charge that sends the Old Dragon King rushing forth in any direction with a powerful, enhanced pierce.
Storm King's Tribute: While his glaive is enhanced with storm magic, the Old Dragon King is able to release a powerful burst of lightning in the form of a devastating piercing attack. The Storm King's Tribute is a slow strike, but one that can turn the tides of a fight if a foe is hit directly. After receiving massive damage, the victim is also briefly paralyzed by the sheer voltage of electricity coursing through them.
The Old Dragon King Take Over ends once Storm King's Tribute is used, as it requires an exponentially high amount of Magic to use.

Kage is a strange person to be sure. Dispite her rather solum and mysterious appearance, she displays a sense of humor that is so throughly dry, that most miss it. She is constantly fascinated with seemingly mundane things and seems to not grasp socal norms. Her isolation has made her a bit odd in the head, it's extremely hard to tell what she is thinking or what she will do next. Kage also excludes a quicky personality, conveyed through body language and gestures. She has a chort temper with people who fail to understand what she is trying to convey. She is very passive, preferring to simply watch then interfere. She shows a frightening ferocious and lack of anything resembling mercy or honor when fighting; She fights savagely and without restraint.
| History: |
To tell her history, would be to tell the history of the her country, and the terrible fate that befell it...
A long time ago there was a civilization, the original inhabitants of what would be known as Pandora. Their name was lost to history, they are referred to as the People by the few historians that know of them. They were a great and powerful empire, advanced for their time, in magic and mechanics, they built the original airships, upon which the modern airships are patterned, though these were much inferior to the ones now flown. Unlike most other humans, The People had powerful collective magic, which means that they could combine their strength to accomplish extraordinary things beyond even the most powerful Sorcerers. However to do this, they needed Archmages, people with the talent to shape and channel that power. These people were were very rare, and held in great esteem. But even rarer were the people who did not fit the mold and had unique magics of their own. These people were shunned as outcasts, often killed for even the tiniest reason.
The People built massive temples strange structures that still dot the jungle below and were a powerful nation that conquered most smaller regions nearby. They had to be, for the jungle was a dangerous place, but their collective magic made life possible. They had great wealth and prospered but it was not enough for them, they desired ever more power. As a result, they delved deep into research of the nature of magic. But one day, something went wrong. They awoke a Great Black Daemon. Enraged at this intrusion it cast a horrible curse known as the Blackening, so called for its symptom was a blight that spread throught the body turning the infected black. Those that contrected it were slowly devoured by it, going mad, dying outright, or worse, turning into monsters.
Their civilization collapsed practically overnight. In a desperate bid to save the people, the most powerful Archmages came together with most of the remnant of the people, and wove a powerful spell. What the spell was meant to do, precisely is unknown, but the being that originally unleashed the curse was not about to let them escape its wrath. As it was being cast, the daemon took the spell, combined it with the Blackening, and the end result was the People became Shadows. This event is called the Shading. They were beings neither alive nor dead, bare fit of their magic, and cursed to live an endless existence, no longer knowing pleasure, nor pain, nor food, nor water, nor warmth, nor joy. They are Wraiths, clinging the the world of light. They haunt the deepest reaches of the Jungle, where even sunlight does not reach.
But this is not their story.
For centuries after the Shading, The People drifted as wraiths, fading, forgetting, slowly loosing any semblance of sentience, becoming mindless, flighting shadows. All except one. Kage was one of the rare People born with a unique magic, Shadow magic. The curse reacted strangely with her magic. She, like the rest faded, but she kept her magic and her sentience, if not her sanity. For the centuries that followed, she merely existed. The first hundred years or so, it was not too bad, it took time for some people to fade completely, and she had company. But all too soon she was completely alone. The isolation, boredom, and the curse drove her mad. It took some time, but she eventually regained some sanity. She watched from the shadows as new people arrived, new cities were build and the floating islands were formed. She observed the powerful and unique magic that these people wielded, and eventually she formed a plan. Or a half-baked plan. She would join these 'Wizards' and see if they could lift the curse.

Living Shadow: A strange and powerful form of Shadow magic, formed from human magic combined with that of a Shadow Daemon's. The most notable feature if this magic is that it turned the Caster into a living shadow.
Beneath the clothing Kage appears to be a 3D silhouette of a person, but she lacks details, face, eyes, or any identifying features.
As a shadow, she is completely insubstantial, it takes concentration and magic for her to solidify enough to affect the physical world. However she can use this to her advantage, most attacks will pass right through her. Her magic also gives her to ability to mold her body into any form she wishes, and use it like a weapon. She can merge with surfaces to become more like a literal shadow. Like this, she is almost completely invulnerable to attack. Other abilities her magic give her is to merge with other shadows and manipulate their owners like a puppet or steal shadows and use them.
Weaknesses: -Light, Kage cannot exist without some form of shade, this can be other's shadows or the shadow of clothing. Natural light itself does not hurt her, per say, prolonged exposure will cause her to fade, but she can recover by hiding in shadow. The only way to truly kill her would be to isolate her from any form of shade. Light magic, on the other hand, does burn her, but instead of doing physical harm, it burns her magic, speeding her depletion.
-Magical Limits, Kage only has a finite amount of magic. It is the only reason she can interact with the physical world and it is also the only thing keeping her sentiance intact. Should she use too much, she will revert to a mindless shadow. She can recover, but it is possible that she will not.
-Communication, Kage cannot speak, nor make any noise at all. The only way to communicate is to use magic to become substantial and write, or use sign language, which not many know.
-Substance, it requires a significant amount of magic for Kage to become substantial. Breif periods are sustainable but extended use tires her quickly.

Huangdi is the son of the current king of Xia, a country in the far east far away from Pandora that was founded by the first king of Xia thousands of years ago. He is the first born son and thus the eldest sibling out of 82 siblings, all of them are the children of the multiple concubines of the king. Being the eldest of all the children, Huangdi was the one who would inherent the throne in the future and thus lived a life of complete discipline and lack of freedom.
Everyday his life was filled with constant lessons from many advisors and teachers that the king himself had appointed to mold him into an heir worthy of ruling Xia. From political history to mathematics to horseback riding to a massive array of different topics he studied under the best the country had to offer though let's just say that he was not exactly a well behaved student. He was lazy and did not listen to his teachers and would be criticized for this on a daily basis.
There was one man that could challenge the young prince and make his blood boil was Xia's most powerful general. Zhen Fen Qiao. Fen Qiao was Huangdi's martial arts teacher and he taught him everything he knew by beating it into him everyday. It was the only way to teach a child as stubborn and foolhard as Huangdi. Everyday they would spar, forcing the prince to learn his martial arts and magic fast during this intense, hellish training. No matter how many times he lost, he would be set ablaze with a new goal to beat his teacher and train by himself whenever he had time.
As the years grew on Huangdi had not only matured, but grew stronger and became respected by many for his intelligence and combat prowess though there was also another change in him. His drive and luster had dulled from a depression that had started to consume him. Never had he seen life beyond the castle walls and felt that his world was confined and small when his desire to experience the world had grown more. Life was predictable and he knew how it was supposed to end for him; become king and be forced to marry some princess from a nation as an act of peace.
Zhen Fen Qiao had saw the results of the years of the prince being confined in his royal birdcage and felt pity for him and devised a plan. The Xia Kingdom was sending over delegates to Pandora as a sort of cultural exchange program to promote a new aliance between the new nations. Fen Qiao had convinced the king to allow Huangdi to travel with them and act as an ambassador for the two powerful kingdoms. For once of his life, the prince had seen the world beyond the walls though little did he know that this would change his life.
The airship that was bringing Huangdi, Quia, and the other delegates were caught in between a battle between a pirate guild and the Librarium after a storm had blown the airship off course. Their ship was blown out of the air and the next thing Huangdi woke up in a field of wheat surrounded by farmers of Pandora. They took him in and treated his wounds, provided him with food and water even though they hardly had any for themselves. Their kindness and selflessness moved him though he didn't realize the squaler and mistreatment they faced until he had saw the state of their village.
It was on the day where the villagers had to make offerings to the village Deacon, the crops that they had worked so hard to produce. The Deacon was a fat man, fat like a prize winning sow protected by the Cleric Knights while herding the fearful villagers. Needless to say, Huangdi was livid and fed the Deacon his fist. Perhaps luck was on his side; during his clash with the Cleric Knights the pirate guild, Cloud Chasers, had arrived on the scene and gave him aid in battle. It turned out that the guild was already going to liberate the village from its Deacon.
At this moment, Huangdi decided that he would join the Cloud Chasers. He could finally explore the world and carve his own path.

Five Paths of God: A magic completely unique to the country of Xia. It is both a martial art and magic that requires absolute perfect control of the users own body in order to properly bring out its true potential. The Five Paths of God was originally meant to be a spiritual practice that was meant to help its pracitioners reach a perfect equilibrium and become closer to the gods.
To break it down to its simplest form, Five Paths of God is the manipulation of the flow of raw magic within the body and match it with the flow of the body in order to create a perfect unity between the body and magic.
The different aspects of this magic can be split into five parts: Path of the Fist, Path of the Step, Path of the Shield, Path of the Body, and the Path of the Mind.
Very few practitions have ever mastered the Path of the Body and the Path of Mind due to the danger that poses to the mage's body. Many have become crippled and many have died trying to attain these new heights, but those that attain and master these techniques without becoming crippled or dying are revered as gods of war.
Path of the Fist: As the name states, this Path focuses on strikes. The flow of magic is used as a medium for his strikes allowing him a variety of strike attacks.
Heaven Burst Fist: While punching someone, a flow of magical energy will burst from his fist and create a shock wave to damage the opponent. Twin Heaven Burst Fist: A variation that uses both fists instead of one in a two-level thrusting punch, creating a much larger and stronger blast compared to the one handed variant. Heaven Burst Kick: A variation of Heaven Burst Fist. The flow of magical energy is gathered to his leg and creates an explosive force of air to damage the opponent. Heaven Burst Ram: A drop kick variation of the technique. While it is very powerful due to two powerful shockwaves instead of one, it does have a drawback. Due to the person being in the air instead with a soild stance, they are sent flying back from the force of this technique.
Internal Shock: When punching someone, he can release a flow of magic via vibrations from his fist that will create internal damage where ever the fist lands. The severity and effects of the attack vary depending what part was hit. Internal Shock (Kicking variant): Literally the same attack, but with kicks.
Heaven Soaring Fist: By gathering the flow of magic into his fist, he can release it as a flying fist via pressurized air. The attack will have the same exact power as a regular punch from him. Heaven Soaring Kick: Variation of Heaven Soaring Fist, but stronger due legs having stronger muscles than the arms. The projectile takes the form of an arc.
Earth Dividing Blade: The flow of magic is gathered to one of his legs and forms a sharp blade. Needless to say, a direct kick from this is not advised.
Autumn Tempest Dragon: A massive flow of magic energy is gathered to one of his legs, the magic power exudes with autumn colors and taking in the form of leaves. When the user kicks, they create a serpentine dragon made of pressurized air flies straight towards its target and will keep on going, obliterating whatever is caught in its trail of destruction.
Sacred Art-Mountain Crushing Tempest: The flow of magic energy gathers into his arms and he sends a series of fast palm strikes that hit the target so fast that they are being juggled in the air before being sent flying by the last palm strike.
Sacred Art- Sleeping Elephant Tempest: A great flow of magic energy gathers into both of ther user's fists and the user punches the air, creating a massive elephant made of pressurized air and energy that explodes leaving the impact point obliterated. (To be gained)

Path of the Step This Path is all about movement techniques, footwork. This is considered to be the most fundemental and the most important aspect of this magic since it does not matter how hard one can hit if they can't even reach their opponent.
Lightning Stroll: A technique that allows for high-speed movement. The flow of magic is gathered in his ankles, which acts as both a reinforcement for his ankles bones and improving speed. Because the movement is based around the ankles, the movement is much more refined and allow for even faster footwork.
Cloud Stroll: A technique that allows movement in the air. The flow of magic is concentrated around the soles of the user's feet and create bursts in the air, making it appear that the user is actually hopping in the air. However the trade off is that the user cannot use his Lightning Stroll or Thunder Stroll due to not having any real footing.
Sacred Art-Thunder Stroll (To be gained): Essentially Lightning Stroll, but to the absolute extreme. The user is able to move at such high speeds that they look like a bolt of lightning. This technique is usually followed up with various non-magic attacks. However, the force created by would break his ankles and damage the muscles in his legs, making him immobile.
Path of the Shield: As the name suggests, this Path deals with defensive techniques.
Art of Motion: From the palms of the mage's hands exudes the flow of magic that creates a repulsing force. This force is then used to redirect projectile attacks, but the user has to rotate their body a full 360 degrees to send it back to the user. The strength of this technique varies depending on the strength of the projectile. It can still be overwhelmed and leave its user damaged by the attack.
Iron Tempered Will: The user concentrates the flow of magic on the surface of the body, creating a powerful coat of armor with great durability. It makes the user's body as hard as iron though there are weaknesses to this. To spread it all out around his body makes it weaker as it is less concentrated. Using it on a specific point of the body will make it stronger, but leave the rest of his body vulnerable to attacks. This can also be used to enhance physical attacks since the body is hard as metal.
Path of the Body: This path focuses on enhancing and healing the user's body. As one the two final Paths of this magic, it is considered to be extremely powerful though not without the risk of destroying their own body.(To be attained)
Heavenly Healing Art-Meditation (To be gained): A technique that cannot be used in battle. The user sits in a lotus position and concentrates the flow of magic to his wounds, forcibly speeding up his cells to heal his wounds faster. However the user cannot move or break concentration or else he will stop healing. Do not expect this to replace limbs or missing organs as it does take time. Heavenly Healing Art- Altruisum: It is essentially the same technique as Meditation, however this technique allows for the healing of others rather than himself though this magic still follows the same requirements except that both healer and patient have to hold still for this to take effect.
Raging Tempest Embodiment (To be gained): The mage forces the flow of his magic to increase his blood flow through out his body, making them become exponentially stronger and faster. His metabolism is increased to the point that his own sweat vaporized, making it look like his body is surrounded by clouds. The drawback is however that his heightened metabolism means he absorbs nutrients faster than before, meaning that overtime this ability would be weakened. Using this technique allows him to use techniques that he cannot use otherwise due to his physical own limitations.
Forbidden Art: Burning Blood Embodiment(To be gained): A technique that pushes the mage's body to their very limit. Their muscle mass and overall weight decreases due to the immense amount of energy that his body is using and their skin turns crimson red, radiating an intense heat.
The strength and speed boost that comes from this technique is in a league of its own. A regular punch in this state is fast enough to ignite the air and many of his existing techniques in this state are ignited as well. This form allows its mage to use new techniques that he normally would not have access to.
However due to the signifigant power boost the user receives, the side-effects are severe. Just because he can ignite the air with his fists doesn't mean that he is fire proof. Those flames will burn him and the physical stress that it takes to maintain this form as well to use its techniques will shred the mage's muscles and break his bones.
Path of the Mind: This path is considered by many the most difficult to master. The mage directs the flow of magic to their brain and make temporary alterations though at the risk of detoration of the brain. (TO BE GAINED)

Personality
Snide, rude, and sarcastic. Those are three words that could sum up Ranulph's personality. He is blunt and he certainly doesn't sugar coat that he is indeed a member of the Librarium just to be in a position of power over others. Ranulph is not under any illusion that the Librarium is a group filled with heroes; he is very aware of the corruption that runs deep within the order though he truly doesn't care. His general belief is that the world is an incredibly shitty place and that the only way to survive it is to become one of those who stand on the top of it and no matter what methods he would have to use, he would stand on top as well.
It is typical behavior for him to mess with people and tease them, often pranking them when they least expect it. His pranks are needless to say are tasteless to everyone except him.
However it would be unfair to dismiss his remarkable intelligence just because he is a jackass. Ranulph is one of the most brilliant potion makers the country had ever seen. His intellect is nothing to be trifled with as it really should be something to be feared. He can adapt quick stratgeies on the fly, solve complex problems with ease, and will typically remain two steps ahead of even most people with high intelligence.

A slum rat from birth, he had to steal and fight in order to survive. His parents could not provide the life that was needed for a child nor did they even want to so Ranulph was on his own to survive. Over the course of his life, he had stolen many books to fulfil his curious nature and to escape from the brutal reality that was his life. Some of the books that he stole were ones about the art of potion making and with the knowledge from the tomes, he had begun to teach himself how to use magic in secret.
Through trial and error over the years, Ranulph had started to become a skilled potion brewer, creating potions that were far more powerful than most mages beyond his age. Not only did his skills in potion brewing increase drastically, but his knowledge of potion ingredients grew as well. Ranulph's knowledge of many fields of science ranging from animal biology to botany to chemistry had increased vastly to the point where he could begin creating his own original potions with the knowledge he had gathered.
At some point he had joined the Librarium though the events that had lead up to his allegiance are unknown. This caused a number of rumors about Ranulph to spread like the plague throughout the Librarium. They were, however, without substantial evidence and that's how he keeps it. Those that dove in too deep had met an unfortunate end.

Potions:It is classified as a holder magic. Potions are created through many complex formulas that had mostly be used for medicinal and commercial needs though very few mages use potions for combat due to their limited amount of potions they can use and generally how expensive it is to procure the ingredients necessary.
However those who have mastered the art of potion brewing are known for being powerful, versatile mages. The abilities that a potion can grant the user are nearly infinite and they make for amazing support units due their versatility. Even the same potion can have a different effect depending how it is used although the effects tend to not be positive. A potion whose magical scent is meant to wake up those who are under sleep magic can be poisonous if it is consumed.
Potions can come in different that are not just water. They can be turned into a solid state of matter or in a gaseous state so how a potion is used really depends on its form.
Requip: The Workshop: To get around the limit of potions he can carry, Ranulph learned how to use Requip Magic. With his requip magic, he can summon any potion from his workshop to use whenever he needs to.
