Day 4:Duel of Goblins, continued

His left fist hit squarely into Lomen's chest, resounding off as his right fist flew forward, barely missing as Lomen evaded the blow out . Zectoll could feel the rhythm of the fight intensifying, and he would not let the beat fall in tempo. He began to press Lomen, aggressively moving in. He could see that Lomen was going for another heavy hit, but Zectoll pressed on, his guard up ready to take the blow in order to get inside Lomen's guard. Zectoll began to attempt to access the stream of consciousness that had flowed within him earlier in the day, gifting him the knowledge of unarmed fighting, his mind praying to whatever higher power he subconsciously felt he was connected with. Lomen's heavy strike flew, not from the right, but from the left. Fully anticipating to take the strike, the blow landed against Zectoll's guard heavily, stopping his advancement. The force of the blow flowed through him, breaking his guard.

Unable to continue forward and reeling from the heavy strike Zectoll barely glimpsed the sweeping of Lomen's legs just in time to tuck his own legs underneath him, rolling to the side, feigning as if he had truly been tripped, using the maneuver and momentum of the heavy strike to deftly roll springing up behind Lomen and using the force of the roll to perform a side kick aimed at Lomen's midsection. The kick was a mirror of what Lomen had done, only aimed higher up on the body.

Lomen felt the impact and snapped his eyes on Zectol as he felt nothing but the air greet his attempt at a leg sweep. With the lack of impact Lomen was cautious as Zectoll rolled and was rewarded with seeing a kick incoming with momentum. Lomen was able to use his hands and left leg to jump back but his left forearm was hit by the blow. It was a strong blow and threw off Lomen's balance, causing him to skid and tumble on the ground. The rocks were not kind to the other cuts, increasing their number, along with tearing open the cuts on Lomen's back, now gently bleeding. Again Lomen touched his back and felt a slight increase in pain than last time, licking the blood off of his fingers as he stood up.

This was a good bout but Lomen felt that he couldn't say it was in his favor. He seemed to be outclassed in speed and that last hit made his left arm feel a bit numb, so it would need a few moments to recover. Moments he wouldn't have. He also had a nagging feeling that he was on the edge of learning something and must push on. Keeping Zectoll in sight was paramount as Lomen focused, taking a few deep breaths to clear his head and he slightly crouched a bit. He lifted his hands in front him to be able to judge how far his fists could truly reach and bounced on the balls of his feet. A few bounces made him feel as if he was a heart pulsing blood through his body, although it made him feel the small tinge of pain on his back from the open scratches.

Cautiously he made his way forward, keeping Zectoll in vision as to not lose him. A few feet of slowly approaching, Lomen would try to quickly approach with a zig-zag pattern, much like he did with against the Alpha Horned Rabbit on his first hunt. As he got close, he would dash to the left and try a quick right knee at Zectoll's midsection using Heavy Strike. It would be using Lomen's full body weight behind it. In order to pull the knee back, Lomen would then twist his body to throw a left hook aiming at Zectoll's right shoulder. It was a risky move, but Lomen was more interested in how Zectoll would react that what would happen to himself.

Day 4:Duel of Goblins, continued

Zectoll felt his foot collide with Lomen's arm, the blow throwing his brother off balance, sending him tumbling away once again. His dexterity and speed had proved to be critical in this bout, he landed lightly on his feet after delivering the kick. Zectoll used this brief moment of separation to recover as well, reforming his guard and readying his stance. He eyed Lomen intensely, preparing for the next onslaught his brother would bring to bare. Lomen began to charge at him, darting from left to right. It seemed that Lomen was going for an all out attack. A wide grin appeared on Zectoll's face, as he realized that Lomen's fighting spirit was much like his own. Zectoll was prepared, his stance and guard ready, he would accept Lomen's fighting spirit. He would not run from Lomen's risky attack, he would meet it with his own, two fighting spirits colliding.

As Lomen dashed towards him, right knee outstretched, Zectoll threw a powerful jab, putting as much speed and power into the blow as he could muster. The reach of his arm was longer than Lomen's knee, and with Lomen committing his full body-weight to the attack, Zectoll doubted his brother would be able to change course in time to dodge the blow. Excitement coursed through him as his fist flew, a look of intensity on his face, a low growl escaping his lips, confident that his jab would land true preventing Lomen's knee attack from landing with full force. Though he felt that Lomen's endurance was very great, he imagined that the force of his jab combined with the momentum of Lomen's dash would be enough to end the bout.

Lomen knew this would be bad going in and was ready to face the consequences. It seemed to happen in slow motion as he left the ground, smiling back at Zectoll's grin. The motion as Zectoll threw the jab, using a slight swinging motion in order to place more weight behind the blow and to strike true in Lomen's exposed midsection. Lomen could do nothing but feel the impact crash into his body, shocking him to the core, causing some of his breath to escape him as the shock ravaged through him. Even so Zectoll had shown bravery in fighting him head on so Lomen did not regret his hasty decision.

Although he still had to follow through to the end, even with no breath left in him, his body reeling in shock from the impact, Lomen still had something left to give. With his last strength, he let out a rallying roar, using the last of his breath to revitalize himself enough to turn his body and attempt a last left hook at Zectoll's midsection. Afterwards Lomen knew he would likely crash to the ground, with little strength left, but was happy that he could give it his all. This would be his last strike and he knew that after this he would not be able to get up for some time. It would be a bit painful to not be able to stand without help, but the bout was worth that consequence and he would accept his defeat.

Luz

Luz heard that there was going to be a mock hunt between goblins Lomen and Kishi, and to be honested the idea of watching such an event sound awesome; Sadly Luz didn't have the time to watch such an event for she was one of the only goblins without a skill yet. In her mind to fall so far behind the other goblins was a disgrace. So the prideful goblin when into a quiet yet well-lit area to train alone. Once she found a place to train Luz took the spear off makeshift spear off her back and begin practicing on thrusting her spear for tomorrow's hunt.

*woosh woosh woosh*

The female goblin has been practicing thrust her weapon for about 5 minutes. her skin was drench in sweat. Her new body wasn't used yet used to the practice as her old was, that was something she had to fix. So she used her shame of falling behind as a drive to push her body past its limits. She wanted to perform about 20 more good thrust before she took a break, any thrust without the effort put behind it wouldn't count.

Skubli spent a few more minutes attempting to remove a couple more of the odd rocks from the walls, however, it was a fruitless effort. They remained fused inside the wall, unwilling to relent from their position within in the stone.

The small goblin collected the three rocks he had managed to remove from the wall and moved over towards the larger room of the alcove. Skubli slid one of the rocks into a crevice in the wall, hiding it securely. He took the other two with him outside of the alcove, intending to keep one and show the other to Grandpa.

The main room of the cave was live with activity; brothers Zectoll and Lomen battled ferociously in their "mock hunt" as many other goblins watched from the sidelines. A goblin with an odd form that Skubli didn't recognize dueled with an invisible opponent, thrusting their staff into the air again and again in a stabbing motion.

Intimidated by the conflict, Skubli hugged the cave wall, passing by the crowds undetected, slowly sneaking up behind Grandpa. The runt reached out and tugged gently on the older Goblin's cloak, gaining his attention as he offered up the odd rock he had found in the wall.

"Grandpa, I found this strange rock," He stated, unwilling to reveal the location of where he had discovered it for fear of the other Goblins wanting into his alcove. "It's very hard, maybe unbreakable. What is it?"

On his way back to Grandpa Stegs was surprised by something he could only describe as a roar. After he stopped himself from dropping his stuff, he looked around for the source of the sound. Fortunately it was some animal that had infiltrated the cave but just one of the goblins.

It seemed the roaring Goblin had gotten in a fight with one of the others, though the fact that no one interfered meant it wasn't serious. Knowing his own limitation with combat Stegs made sure to try and learn something from the fight. After he sat down next to Grandpa though it became clear even to him that the techniques used weren't suited for animals.

It was only after one of the fighters got hurt that he remembered his berries and he turned to face Grandpa. " Can any of these berries be used for that medicine you gave me a few days earlier? And are any of them edible?"

-The first in many

The fight was very intense and Grandpa had to admit that it was spectacular and he would no doubt see more from the young ones. Grandpa smiled seeing that it turned out that Zectoll won the bout but he seemed very confident and ferocious in his attacks taking the blows then hitting Lomen with powerful strikes. Although Grandpa had to admit that Lomen had put up a very good fight it was truly something that he will remember.

As the sparring match finished up both goblins got new skills.

Goblin Lomen: Lomen learned the skill All or Nothing! The goblin was on the ropes of defeat and as he put all his remaining strength into his attack he learned a combination skill. All or nothing can only be used when the goblin is close to loosing a fight this skill increases his strike power immensely for his next strike against his enemy, however if the attack should miss or does not connect the goblin will loose all the strength to fight.

Goblin Zectoll: Zectoll learned the skill Adrenaline Surge! This goblin grinning widely and using superior speed and power to win against his opponent learned this enhancement skill. This skill can only be used when the goblin is fighting an opponent equal or stronger them himself, Adrenaline surge allows this goblin to enhance his speed and his strength incredibly. However once the fight is finished the goblin will automatically have his adrenaline surge stop forcing him to feel every ache and pain he experienced till its conclusion.

Goblin Lomen: Lomen learned the skill Tactician This goblin learned throughout his fight how to strike and where to strike when to strike. This skill is a passive skill allowing the goblin to analyze the opponents movement and can calculate attacks accordingly. This skill can be enhanced multiple times till the goblin is a strategic genius.

Goblin Zectoll:Zectoll learned the skill Counterstrike This skill was learned when the goblin was able to strike his opponent despite the attack that was used against him by his opponent. This skill is a passive skill allowing the goblin to judge how he can attack his enemy while avoiding the full force of his opponents attack.

Grandpa smiled and soon Stegs spoke up about what he wanted Grandpa first grabbed a few of the berries he had on him and he started to examine them to see if any of them could help in the medicine he showed him before. After an examination he finally told him "These berries are only minor ingredients so it doesn't help much. This blue berry here can actually make the effects of potion stronger but higher doses or better concentrated. I know much young one but I only have minor knowledge in terms of medicine, I can help the pain go away and heal you a bit quicker but that's all. To create better potions you need better ingredients. These red and green berries are also okay to eat but as I said earlier avoid the yellow ones. he said hoping he was able to help.

-Discovery!-

Grandpa didn't notice the little one till he felt him tug at his cloak and again grandpa was surprised. He didn't know how this little one was able to keep sneaking up on him like that. He soon gave Grandpa a rock and he asked what it was thinking it was unbreakable. The old goblin looked at it and he actually looked surprise to see it. He then got up and went towards a wall of the cave and he gently scratched it against the wall to see the color trail. He then proceeded to smell it then bite it to test its strength and the goblin smiled wide. He went back over to him and he said "Young one, im very proud of you for finding this. What you found is call iron ore, these rocks when used correctly can make very strong steel weapons. You found this so I wont tell the others but you need to, these rocks can save your lives and make hunting much easier on you all. I know you will do the right thing" he said knowing the young one was very shy and as the runt of the litter he doesn't really have much strength. He needed to learned to work alongside his brothers and trust them. What he found could change everything for all of them.

Practice makes perfect-

The goblin went to work practicing with their spear tirelessly. Each strike was focused and as such was given great strength behind each attack. Normally it was difficult to gain a skill but this goblin put complete focus into each strike.

Goblin Luz: Goblin Luz has learned Precise Strike This goblin has learned how to focus each strike and as such in battle will be able to put great strength behind their attack.

Day 4:Duel of Goblins, concluded

Zectoll did not see the final blow coming, even if he had, he did not have the energy to avoid, having put everything into his counter-strike. The hook hit him the side, knocking him off balance. As Lomen crashed to the ground, so did Zectoll, his body rolling past Lomen as he tumbled to the ground. The cavern floor was cold and hard against his flesh, a stray rock nicking his forehead. Zectoll did his best to rise to his feet, the spar had taking a lot out of him. He could feel the dull ache of blows upon his body.

After rising he went over to Lomen, to see how his brother fared. He could feel the knew skills he had learned. Through the tumultuous effort of the spar. Surely he thought, that Lomen also gained several skills. Together they had gained much, in both pain and skill. You are a fierce fighter indeed brother. Zectoll said as he reached a shaky hand to Lomen, attempting to help him up. Though he was standing, Zectoll was completely exhausted and sore from the bout, his feet trembling slightly as he walked.

Luz

*Woosh *woosh woosh* bing*

After minutes and minutes of hard training Luz finally got a message in her head.

Goblin Luz: Goblin Luz has learned Precise Strike This goblin has learned how to focus each strike and as such in battle will be able to put great strength behind their attack.

Luz then looked surprised. "Wow that took *pant a long time" Luz said before letting herself fall back from exhaustion. "I wonder how many skills goblin Zectoll and Skubiii have?" she wonders outloud as she tried to catch her breath. Hopefully, her lung would stop burning in a few minute so she could get back to practice. While on her break she began to wonder would stats she should improve after increasing her Endurance. While she already decides to use spears instead of blunt objects like clubs and stones so maybe she would befit from improving her dexterity and speed; that way not only would she be able to hit her target more, she would be able to stab them a bunch of times just to make.

She will get on it in a few minute(After Jangel13 next post)

I see, thanks for telling me Grandpa. Help yourself to any berries you might want. Stegs was a bit disappointed that his collection of berries wasn't as impressive as he though but it was a decent start. He separated his loot in several piles, one pile consisted of berries he wanted to plant, a lot of the red and green ones as well as most of the blue's, the second pile that he wanted to use in case a hunt failed consisted of the remaining edible ones, he also kept a handful of blue berries to experiment with. The last pile was completely yellow and he was planning to throw it out to prevent any of the others getting sick.

As he made his way to the cave entrance Stegs reconsidered. The yellow ones might be useful as poison, in case the tribe met enemies they couldn't defeat and weren't planning on eating. Still concerned about the injured goblin and seeing that Grandpa was busy talking to Skubli, Stegs decided to do something that might get him in trouble. He searched the cave for Grandpa's supply of berries and plants so he could try to make the same salve Grandpa made for him.

Lomen was not able to stand on his own and noted a hand appear in front of his face.

You are a fierce fighter indeed brother.

"I see it runs in the family brother. I hope you have learned something from our bout."

Lomen took the hand and got up to his knees first before slowly standing up. He patted Zectoll on the head and smiled.

"But you have proven yourself the stronger fighter this time. Now it is time to rest and it seemed our hidden brother has found something of value."

With a gesture of the hand, Lomen pointed to the iron ore and made his way over, slowly and wobbly. When reaching Grandpa and Skubli, he half sat/collapsed down and intently looked at the iron ore. His senses told him that it was an important stone and once he memorized the sense of it, he glanced around the cave and saw a hint of it towards one of the untouched back wall. Lomen smiled at Skubli and pointed towards the wall.

"I don't know what that stone is, but from Grandpa's expression it is an important stone. I also seem to be getting a wierd sense from it, so it must be important. With that in mind, there is no time to waste. There is some over this way, just a bit into this wall..."

Lomen shambled over to the wall, grabbing a small stone along the way. After reaching the wall, he felt around the area and started to chip away at the wall. It was extremely slow from already being exhausted after the fight, but Lomen did not want to waste time. Any moment he stood without learning or working was a moment wasted. Although he had to be sure to stop and breath a few times to gain stamina back slowly as he chipped away at the wall. He could sense the iron in the wall, but it was probable just beyond a thin layer of the wall since it was still faint, but noticeable.

The goblin had fought hard and did his best to take on his brother the entire fight was well worth watching to those who paid attention. The goblin would no doubt need to rest for a good few hours at the very least if he was going to be in fighting shape tomorrow.

The goblin was exhausted after practicing so hard. The sad thing is that she had to work and practice the motion to a great degree in order to learn a single skill but still it meant that with enough practice in a certain way she could gain other skills. As she pondered what she would do next their was no doubt that the goblins Skubli and Lomen were going to help change the small group for ages to come.

Makings of agriculture-

As the goblin planted the berries he soon gained a new skill that would help his brothers and sister in the long run.

Goblin Stegs: Goblin stegs has learned Planting This skill was learned when the goblin planted the berries into the ground. He gained lesser knowledge on how to plant and harvest low level plants. Not every hunt for food need be difficult.

AS the goblin learned planting he then went to look into his grandfathers hidden stash of plants in order to make the salve. Because the young goblin was making a simple salve and had lesser knowledge of message he was able to be careful in concocting the medication. Goblin Stegs gained Healing salve and from then on would be able to recreate the salve if he happened to find the ingredients needed to make it.

Grandpa watched as Lomen came over and talked about not knowing what the stone was but he could tell that it was important. Grandpa wanted to tell him to stop and just lay down but he was not going to force the young one to rest if he felt he needed to keep working. He simply wished that the young one knew his own limits. He watched as the young one grabbed a stone and started to chip away the wall no doubt he thought that the stone was over their. Grandpa went over to Lomen and patted his shoulder "Young one I am proud of your dedication but you must rest or else you will be no help to anyone" he said softly before walking away noticing that Stegs found his sack of berries and normally he would chastise the young one but he had been full from eating the boar meat from earlier so he would let it slide this time. Next time he would chastise the young one.

As the goblin kept digging it wasn't until he got two inches into the wall that the ore revealed itself again being difficult to break at all and with the goblin still weak from the mock hunt he wouldn't break it off today.

Day 4:

"But you have proven yourself the stronger fighter this time. Now it is time to rest and it seemed our hidden brother has found something of value."

Zectoll smiled widely as Lomen patted him on the head. Indeed, two new abilities I have gained, abilities I feel will be critical in the coming days. Zectoll was filled with a feeling of growth, as he had made another step towards realizing his goal of defeating the Great Black Wolf who ruled the northern mountains. Adrenaline surge would allow him to narrow the gap of speed and power between himself and the Wolf, and Counterstrike would enable him to avoid grave injury while also fighting back against the great beast.

Though he still had much work to do in developing himself, the fact that he was taking steps each day to fulfill his goal made him feel a sense of confidence and purpose. He followed Lomen over to see what was going on with these stones, though with each step his eyes became heavier. Your endurance knows no bounds brother Zectoll yawned as he watched Lomen working to get more of this special stone out of the wall. Stones and rocks did not interest him much, and he was completely wore out from the duel. I am going to sleep, I will learn of your special stones when I awaken. Don't work too hard, for we shall hunt once more tomorrow. Zectoll sauntered off to his corner of the cave, curled up into a ball and went soundly too sleep.

Stegs wondered if he should try adding one of his blue berries to the ointment, but decided against it. Those medical supplies were all they had after all and he had no idea if the ointment would end up wasted thanks to his experimenting. He began to look around for the injured Goblin and eventually spotted him attacking one of the cave walls.

Despite the fact he had no idea why Lomen would do something like that Stegs didn't ask. "Ehm excuse me, I have made some ointment for your wounds." Now that he had accomplished all he wanted to do and more, Stegs had no idea how to spend the rest of the day

Skubli quietly followed brother Lomen as he moved towards a potential new source of iron. While the discovery of iron outside of his alcove meant that he no longer had all of it to himself, Skubli was satisfied that his siblings had no other reason to go prying into his alcove.

Brother Lomen's progress was slow, chipping away bit by bit of the stone without much progress. Skubli watched quietly for a short while before he silently crept forward, excavating the stone just to the right of Lomen's chest. The runt's claws dug at a much greater speed, quickly burrowing into the stone until they clanged against the hardened iron ore.

Skubli shambled a few feet away and repeated the process, this time locating iron with much less effort. After a few minutes of this process, he stepped back and looked warily at brother Lomen, curious as to how he would react to Skubli locating many different deposits for him.

Luz

After waiting a few minutes the flame on her lungs had burned itself out; it was time to get back to work. While on break Luz through of a way to improve her dexterity. Luz then when outside, gather some mud and begin using them to paint circles on the stone walls. Each circle was a slightly different size and was placed right next to each other in a circular pattern; of course, to do this she had to make multiple trips back in forth but she fed that her training would make it worth it. Once she made about 7 circles Luz took step back to admit her work.

"This will do." Luz told herself proundly with his fist on her hips. She then took her spear off her back and held it with two hands, took a deep breath, and relaxed with her eyes closed. After two seconds she then opened her eyes and immediately begin thrusting her weapon multiple times with the goal of trying to thrust her spear in the direction of the circles so that for her perspective the tip of the spear would be the point in the cycle when she thrust. Of course, she had to do this a feat few away from the wall in order to not risk break her spear on it.

In short, it was kind of like target practice with thrusting with the main goal of trying to thrust in the distraction of all seven circles as fast as she can. When she finally thrust in the direction of all seven circles with missing she would start again, again, and again while counting down trying to beat her last record. Any half-ass thrust wouldn't count, she had to start over if her thrust lack resolves, for no warrior should fight without spirit.

I am going to sleep, I will learn of your special stones when I awaken. Don't work too hard, for we shall hunt once more tomorrow.

"Sleep well brother. I have learned much today as well."

Lomen watched as Zectoll went to sleep, seeming to have spent all of his energy with the spar. With a small sigh, Lomen almost passed out, grabbing the wall to stay upright and turned to face Stegs.

"Ehm excuse me, I have made some ointment for your wounds."

"Oh. Thank you brother, I am honored to be given this."

It was astonishing to him that one of his family would go out of their way to give him some medicine when he had lost, but accepted it graciously. As he winced from the initial pain of applying the ointment to his back, he saw the more openings in the wall. At the end of them was Skubli, a little worn out and looking towards Lomen with questioning eyes. With this Lomen looked at his two brothers and smiled, feeling some tears drop from his eyes.

"I could not have asked for more caring brothers. One who is a fierce warrior, one who is a caring healer, and one who is a hard worker. I am happy beyond words can describe."

As he wiped the tears from his eyes, his legs buckled and dropped him to one knee before slowly rising back up.

"Ah. . It seems my body can't stand much longer. I am sorry I cannot give you two anything in return for your kindness, but I will give you two something soon. That is a promise. Unfortunately for now, my body must rest."

With a weak walk, Lomen made his way to his small area, half collapsing as his body came to rest on the ground. With the last of his energy he looked towards his brothers.

"Thank you."

With a thumbs up to them, he turned to give an acknowledging nod to Grandpa Goblin before resting his body soundly to sleep.

Having grown bored from not doing anything but worry if he made the medicine right Stegs wondered if he should copy the two goblins that were fighting earlier and try to increase his poor combat skills somewhat. He picked up his stick but found it somewhat lacking as a weapon without the rock attached to it. Stegs was certain no one would complain if he used one of the spears, but he felt it might be better to have some variety in the weapons used by the clan.

Stegs then killed some time trying to come up with a weapon design on his own, but most of the ideas seemed impractical. Sure he could sharpen his stick but then he would just get a spear with a wooden tip, instead of a horn on the end. Wielding two sticks at once was impractical because it would make it harder to carry any loot back to the cave.

In the end it seemed his previous weapon was the best choice, at least for the moment. He picked up another rock from the cave floor and set off looking for scraps of hide he could use to tie the piece of stone to his stick, while making a mental note to check the knots every and then to prevent the club from falling apart a second time.

Sleeping it off-

The goblin soon rested after the big fight he had with Lomen and he would soon find out that because the fight was hard won that the next day he would get his first debilitating status ailment. The next time he would wake up he would see a timer in front of him and above said timer would be Status Ailment: Sore he would feel aches and pains over his body but it was a sign that he gained muscle mass from the hard exercise that was the mock hunt.

The goblin helped heal his brothers wounds with the ointment grandpa teached him to make and he afterward started to make his club once again. As it got dark the goblin soon went to sleep knowing that he helped his brother and was now working towards becoming a talented healer.

The young runt was using his skill of excavation and was able to dig through the walls faster then his much stronger brother Lomen. As he dug he soon hit another vein of iron ore. He found an area where all his brothers and sister was able to see the ore that would change everything for them. He soon fell asleep near his alcove knowing he was safe their being the only one small enough to fit their.

Target Practice-

The young goblin soon created targets for herself to use as she grabbed her spear and thrusts the spear as fast and as hard as she could. As the young goblin used speed to developed her strikes to be quick and hit hard she soon got tired. It took a very long time and it wasn't until she was exhausted that she learned another new skill.

Goblin Luz: Goblin Luz learned Quick multi strike this skill was a hard one to learn but because she trained for hours on end she learned how to strike multiple targets with great speed and precision however this also quickly depletes the goblins stamina so it should only be used sparingly.

Once the goblin learned the new skill she got to tired to keep training. She then fell asleep for the next day.

The Goblin was touched by his brothers kindness and how they were working hard to help him in their own ways. Eventually thought the hard fought goblin was able to pass out and fall asleep from his fight. He would gain the same ailment as Zectoll however because he was treated with the salve from Stegs his timer would be half of that of Zectoll all goblins can heal from their wounds but getting treatement will always lessen the time it takes for the body to properly heal.

The very next day Grandpa looked out and noticed that the sun has shinned down and while their was mud and some puddles outside the cave it was safe for the little ones to leave once again. Grandpa stayed at his regular spot and waited for his young ones to go and explore once again hoping he will not need to perform a burial service later.
