Almost done!Name: Brendan Braize
Age: 18
Appearance:In burst mode, Brendan keeps his humanoid figure, but his features become considerably more like the pokemon he's fused with (Natural armor, Size, Bulk, Extra limbs). Most notably, rather than change his facial features to the pokémon's he wears a mask or helmet resembling the pokémon's head.
Powers:
Brendan Braize is a burst warrior. This means he can fuse with a pokémon using a Burst Heart, gaining its powers and immunities while increasing his physical and defensive strengths. Since Brendan had to use his own fighting skill, he has had considerable combat training.
Weaknesses:
Extra vulnerable to attacks super effective to the type of the pokémon he's fused with. Brendan is an overcautious little shit, preferring to observe a battle before actually fusing with one of his pokémon in order to make sure he uses the most advantageous one. This leaves him vulnerable until he does fuse however.

Hibiki leads his friends Daichi and Io through many battles with the Septentriones, using the Demon Summoning App and the Nicaea befriending many other Demon Tamers along the way. In the end, though he wanted to join Alcor and make his suggestion a reality, he supported Daichi and Io in their desire to stop the fighting, leading his friends against Yamato Hotsuin and Runaldo Kuriki's factions and finally uniting them. Together, they battled Alcor and Hibiki convinced his friends to spare Alcor and have him join them. Hibiki and friends defeated Polaris, and Alcor took the Throne of Heaven, restarting the world to just before the Septentriones attacked.
Cycle 1:
Alcor recreates Nicaea and the Demon Summoning App, leading those who fought against the Septentriones to it, namely Hibiki, Daichi, and Io. The group gets attacked by Arcturus and Hibiki shields the rest from his attack, being erased as a result. The others, meeting up in one op the JP's bases mourn his death, but fight the Triangulum as they appear, successfully staving them off. In the battle against Arcturus, everyone but Yamato and Alcor is killed. Alcor once more rewinds time, this time leaving Yamato in the Astrolabe to use the Dragon Stream to salvage Hibiki's lost data so he may appear once more.
Cycle 2:
Alcor goes to speak with Miyako Hotsuin, the world's replacement for Yamato, and unbeknownst to even her until shortly before this meeting, the Star Cor Caroli. Alcor causes her memories as Cor Caroli to resurface, and she learns that she is the fourth member of the Triangulum. However due to her life as a human, she decides to protect humanity from the creator Canopus. Unconvinced by Alcor, and unable to get the locations of the ones who defeated Polaris from him, she captures and imprisons him and spreads Nicaea and the Demon Summoning App 2.0 in an effort to lure them out.
Yamato is able to keep Hibiki in the world, but eventually the reunited group realizes that they need his or Alcor's help in order to defeat Arcturus, and they manage to bring him back into the world, but in doing so shutting down the Astrolabe that can alter the Akashic Record. This leaves Hibiki's existence in peril as Arcturus now can attack his data freely. With the help of Shiki-ouji and Miyako they manage to defeat Arcturus. The group refuses to submit to Cor Caroli and together they are able to defeat her and enlist her help to ultimately defeat Canopus. In order to prevent further enemies such as Polaris and Arcturus, Hibiki decides to become the Administrator of the Akashic Record and take the Throne of Heaven. Alcor forcibly prevents Miyako from completing her plan to become one of Hibiki's Swords by taking her place.
Hibiki resets the world to before the invasions occurred.
Cycle 3: (Current)
Events of note after the reset to the Sunday that the Triangulum and Septentriones attacked:
May 7, 2017: The date that the Septentriones had first attacked. Those who had defeated Canopus live their lives in peace. Jungo Torii adopts a wild cat and names it "Jungo."
Between May 7, 2017 and May 7, 2035:
December 12, 2019: Jungo Torii, after nearly two years as a test subject for Fumi Kanno and nearly a year after a near-fatal accident from her experiments, brings an ill Jungo to her in an effort to save its life. While Otome Yanagiya and Jungo Torii care for the cat, taking it to several vets before getting a diagnosis, Fumi begins work on a new project.
January 28, 2020: Fumi completes her project and experiments with rodents finish. Fumi confronts Jungo and confesses a romantic interest in him. Jungo is unable to understand her intentions due to her speaking too complexly from being flustered, so she changes the subject to her finalized project. She gives Jungo a special liquid that she developed for the cat Jungo that is later proven successful in extending its life to well beyond that of a normal feline.
August 6, 2020: Naoto Shirogane, a Persona user, accidentally appears in the universe's Tokyo while searching for new allies for the Mon Alliance. In response to the presence of her Persona and demons, Hibiki sends Alcor to speak with her and determine if she is a threat. Several other people enter this world after learning that Naota had.
October 19, 2020: Naoya enters this world's Tokyo, curious about the similar universe having been entered from another and wanting to investigate for the sake of investigating.
March 3, 2021: Hibiki returns the Demon Summoning App, Nicaea 3.0, and demons to the world in a show of support for the Mon Alliance. He also returns Miyako Hotsuin to a human/Jōchin ichi hybrid.
July 26, 2022: Maribel Hotsuin is conceived between Miyako and a father whose identity is unknown to all but her and her brother Yamato.
May 7, 2035: Maribel celebrates her 13th birthday.
June 13, 2035: Maribel Hotsuin disappears suddenly. Through Alcor, Miyako and her secretive husband learn that she was not removed by Hibiki, nor forcibly taken from the world, but rather that she simply disappeared from it. While Miyako accepted this as the truth, her brother Yamato harbored some doubts and her husband outright believed it to be a lie. It has never, and in many ways never could have, been confirmed whether Alcor, or even perhaps Hibiki, had been entirely truthful.
September 21, 2038: Maribel reappears in the world, wearing a new outfit and a backpack filled with several items, including a GUMP, Devil Riser, and a Dolly Kadmon. She retains no memories of what happened during this time, and gains retrograde amnesia, causing her to forget much of her life before this moment.Name:
Maribel/Belladonna Hotsuin
Age:
16
Appearance:
Powers:
- Dragon Stream
- Star/天狼 Form
- She harbors a secret unbeknownst to anyone, even herself.
Skills:
- Talented with the use of several instruments, most melee weapons, and both handguns and sniper rifles. For some reason, she can't seem to use other types of firearms with any accuracy or skill.
- Able to very quickly and competently fuse demons, though her attachment to keeping things as they are and her unwillingness to remove a consciousness from the world make her outright refuse to fuse demons. Belladonna does not share this reluctance.
Weaknesses:
- Mental Illnesses [Retrograde Amnesia, Severe OCD, Dissociative Identity Disorder ("Belladonna")]
- Genuinely too nice (It's seriously problematic)
- Scared of her own power, and partially as a result of this:
- Has a hard time making and maintaining connections or relationships of any kind with anything, especially non-humans
- Stat weaknesses

Kind of unrelated to the current events, but I guess it makes sense that you didn't just randomly wander into the super secret hideout.

She's back at her own world, never really recruited. She knows about the MA but that's about it, and she doesn't even know much about it. If she's wanted in the mission, I have a cool way to do that since Naoto and Minato might be related. If they are, they don't know it since they met in Q, but there's a HUGE fan theory that they're at least somewhat closely related, if not that she's the child who was in the accident with Minato as a child. Though I think the female protagonist is that child officially? I don't know, I haven't played FES Portable nor know if it mentions it. They look almost exactly the same at the very least, so her being the recruiter in DS2 could lead to cool stuff, even though I'm sure she's left the DS2 world by now to do... whatever the MA is having her do.
Plus, this let me give a lot of (somewhat hidden) exposition and show her character pretty well up front.

Aren't Naoto and Minato from different universes, though?

You said before that all persona games are from the same universe, so...
Naoto is P4.
