Weekends are usually busier for some, I guess?

While December is the most traveled month of the year, a lot of people wait until January and sometimes even February to take a trip and avoid congested traffic and resorts. Weekends can also be a mixed bag, especially if you're having family over or other responsibilities.

Also, quick announcement:

i'm going to quietly open character registration again for anyone currently in the RP that doesn't have a second character. They won't actually enter the RP until the end of the prelude, but you can get them ready so that they are ready to jump in. When exactly is that going to happen? Well, I'd like to see our group of current patients develop a bit more and then see what happens during the first night of carnage. So there's no rush. Take your time and make sure your character is exactly the way you want them before submitting them. Also, all the specialty rolls are taken. even the super secret one. Just a heads up.

EDIT: Oh, and on a side note. If you chose to go exploring, you can describe an area how you see fit so long as it matches up with the map description and it makes sense to be there. We're all story tellers and I don't have a problem with people using a little bit of creativity. If you feel less than confident describing a room, I can do it for you.

I kind of took a weekend off xD I will post sometime this week.

I didn't specify, but Shona's invitation to drink was aimed at everyone, and her decision to go exploring afterwards was because of Kara.

I think it would be easier if we mentioned each other in our post in the future. Just saying because I missed a post with someone addressing Rika and I apologize.

Honestly, I'm just not in the habit of hitting the mention button. Having said that, there are also gray areas where I don't feel a mention is really necessary. Should I really send a mention to half the people in the RP even though Shona was just openly telling a story to everyone?

Of course if you don't mind getting a mention to something your character might not respond to, I'll make an effort to use it more in the future.

My latest post was the first where I didn't forget to add the mentions. xD It's srs bsns, especially considering how you have to include it in the original post. Adding them with an edit (as me and Broken know so well :P) doesn't notify the people!

Maybe instead of tagging, we could have a general tag? Just have it somewhere on the post that we're generally talking to people so anyone is free to respond if they wish? That's what I did for one of my posts earlier, but wasn't sure if it was fine aha

This is actually the first time I've heard about the beta. My backlog of steam games is keeping me fairly busy, so I haven't been participating in stuff like that much.
